Honō Hokori
[ "A supplement to all others, yet weak on its own." ]

So it was witnessed...
Honō's concerned gaze only grew increasingly worried as the whirlwind of activity was suddenly sweeping Wanryoku up and away by medical professionals and words so complex that it left the silver-haired Genin stunned. Green eyes spotted Soraru, beyond several pairs of shoulders and heads, and Honō called out to his teammate. But his voice was small and easily swept away and Soraru left without a backward glance. Honō thought he would be left there, an awkward figure taking up space in the hallway, his clothes unknowingly speckled by blood from the transfer of contact with the bulk of the advisor. A small woman, garbed in what Honō could only assume to be the standard attire of a medical worker, was there, speaking gently to him, taking one of his hands and guiding him deeper into the building. Looking down, Honō spotted the blood trail Wanryoku had walked into the hospital, the puddle of his collapse a smear in the center for tainted footsteps. A cup of water was suddenly in his vision and Honō realised he had not heard a single thing the kind-faced woman had said. He opened his mouth to thank her, to apologise - but it only made her frown and Honō was suddenly pushed to a seat. His shaky descent to the resting position told him something, at least; his body was trembling. He probably looked like a mess, and that was why this kind woman was focusing on him rather than on patients who actually needed her care. Again, he tried to apologise to her, but she only held the water in front of him, so he took it, hands slow and unresponsive, and again, with her face right in front of his, he had no idea what she was saying through that concerned twist of her mouth but she was walking away again and Honō was seated in an unknown part of the hospital, plastic cup of water in hand.

Aspects
Strengths :
• Evironmental Lens:
Is able to accurately estimate the weaknesses and viable exploits in the
surrounding environment. Be it the stabilising pebble at the base of the wall,
or the angle needed to fell a tree where needed.

• Soldering Teammate:
Honō will support his teammates by means of supplying weapons, tripping
up the opponent, or manipulating the environment to his allies' advantage.
Honō will watch his teammate(s) to get familiar with their tells, thus
becoming more and more accurate in reading their intentions.

• Sleek Steps:
Due to his training in the Hari clan, Honō has no difficulty traversing slippery
surfaces, even over uneven terrain.

• Latticino Hands
Honō's work has gained him steady hands and the ability to perform minute,
detailed work. Finicky work, such as the setting up even the most intricate
traps, holds less trouble for him.

Weaknesses :
• Cracks:
Honō was never trained for proper combat, and as such has a tendency to
flee instead of fight, especially when out numbered. When hit with an attack,
his urge to flee only increases.

• Jewelled:
Honō's choice in clothing marks him out from other shinobi; restricting his
movements slightly and hindering most chances at stealth.

• Fragility:
Trained in his work instead of his responsibilities as a shinobi, Honō lacks
the strength most individuals garner from their everyday training.

Fears :
• Broken Shards:
Knowing he isn't the most skilled shinobi in the village, Honō fears his
teammates will leave him behind if he fails to meet their expectations.

• Shattered:
Honō was never the strongest, or masculine, individual in Kumo. He fears
this makes him a target of assault; verbal or physical. Whenever he leaves
the workshop he is constantly anxious and alert of his surroundings,
misreading the words and reactions of the people around him to negatively
apply to him.

Class Disciplines :
• Legendary Smith
The user is able to gain a 5th title rank from every applicable smithing tree. 'Training' for Legendary takes 10 posts of crafting work, provides an additional 1 post off of crafting times, and gives a Grandmaster NPC (of the same area) for usage. In addition, any item solo crafted (without an npc helper) is non-reproducible by non-Legendary titled smiths.

• Balanced Master
Any jutsu learned can be paid for with either chakra, stamina, or a mix of the two. Any further chakra types are also subject to this. Recovery amounts for chakra and stamina are doubled while working, and working counts as relaxing.

• Lifetime Disciple
This discipline is for those wishing to gain from a lifetime master, never to be one themselves until their master is deceased. Gaining knowledge from over the course of their studies, the disciple will receive twice the benefits from each of their master's smithing trees (up to their completed titles), while in the living presence of them. After their master's death, they will successfully pass on a permanent, one-quarter of the benefit to their own Lifetime Disciple, if any. (round up to the nearest applicable number, as designated in the smithing thread)

Reductions :
• Glassblowing : Two [ 02 ], out of every four [ 04 ] posts, reduction for jobs
• Woodworking : One [ 01 ], out of every four [ 04 ], posts reduction for jobs
• Tailoring: Two [ 02 ], out of every four [ 04 ], posts reduction for jobs
• Infusion Artificer: One [ 01 ], out of every four [ 04 ], posts reduction for jobs

Personal Attributes :
• A Natural's Touch:
After long study and a certain knack at birth, Honō has what many people call a "natural talent" for creation of glass objects. Because of this, every third creation is exceptionally superb, granting a 50% increase to profits made from that item.

• Black Glass Mentality:
Honō's years of training with Katon [ Fire ] jutsu and glassmaking and mainpulation jutsu has helped him learn a deeper understanding of volcanic glass. As such, his experiments with enchanting any volcanic glass with Gellal has been cut by half.

• Uncanny Aim:
Preferring to create and maintain distance between himself and the enemy, Honō has spent a considerable amount of time crafting range weapons, especially throwing weapons. From this he finds himself creating double the expected number every second attempt without the extra cost of material or time.

Hono
He was still at the hospital. But one moment Hono had been staring at a cup of water in his hands, having just watched Wan, blood pouring from his arm, get taken to some room somewhere in the hospital and the next he sat outside on a patio with a cup of tea in hand. Someone spoke behind him, and there was a bit of bustle from beyond that. ”Shiro, we need you,” the young woman said, trying to alert him to the situation. Who was Shiro? And… what was going on?

As he relaxed upon the patio he could not help but enjoy the moment of peace. While they were few and far between he took the time to revel in them when they came. However his peaceful moment was quickly shattered when his assistant came running outside citing an emergency surgery. When he heard her words he did not hesitate, now was the moment he trained so hard for and now he would excel.

Dumping his leather and fur coat off his shoulders as he ran through the hospital towards the front wards he ran into the group transporting the injured giant. While his mind raced he spoke up,"Status?" To his question, much to his surprise the staff too were doing their best as one of the senior nurses responded," Patient is Wanryoku Jingi Horobusu. Blood pressure sixty over thirty, heart rate stable but blood pressure is dropping." Moving to the side of the cart they were transporting him on Shiro began,"Alright get him into surgery room two. Call doctors Tanaka and Jushiro and have them on standby to switch out." Turning to another assistant he nodded,"Two bag transfusion of O neg, prep four more." Moving around the cart to where the giants head was he patted him lightly on the face,"Stay with us big guy. Your going to be alright. Can you tell me your name? and how old you are?"

Much to his surprise the giant of a man was capable of answering both questions, one tough som b***h. Despite the coordinated madness that was going on right now Shiro felt right at home where he belonged. Despite the hundreds of thoughts that raced through his mind each one was focused entirely upon the task at hand and he could tell that his assistants were as well.

Once they reached the surgery room he sent another one of his assistants to get the hospitals anesthesiologist. While he was gone he set about preparing the giant for surgery. While he did not need to think about what he was doing and allowed his body to act on memory he did maintain and acute awareness of the giants condition. While the others set about hooking the man up to the EKG and getting the XRAY ready he set about clearing the mans shoulder and arm of clothing.

With a quick seal his hands were engulfed in ruby chakra. With quick precise movements he used the chakra scalpel to cut through the cloth and leather which bound the mans arm and shoulder. Returning his attention to the team with his work completed he nodded,"Keep it calm everyone, we can do this. Lets stay focused, work together, and goddess willing we will be able to save the arm. We trained for this, we have studied and prepared, lets show the village the caliber of doctors we are."

As he finished the anesthesiologist came in and quickly set about putting the giant of a man to sleep. For now he had nothing more to do then wait while the Xrays were developed and the anesthesiologist did his job. So making his way to the prep room he watched the images of what remained of the mans arm take shape. Once they had, for the first time in his life, shiro wondered if he was capable of this surgery. While the shoulder, elbow, and wrist were all still intact, his humerus, ulna, and radius were all shattered and splintered. While he looked over the images he started to develop a plan. The bones, while shattered, were not in all that bad of shape all things considered. While he would have to do it section by section to rebuild and rejoin the shattered pieces he knew in that moment, that it was possible.

With that knowledge in mind he decided right then and there that he would not doubt himself during this procedure lest he let his resolve waver. For a moment he allowed his eyes to watch the work of his assistants. One was giving the giant a coagulant, another was prepping the tools he would need, and another was assisting the anesthesiologist. However, he was ripped back to the current world by the sound of the EKG alarms going off. Snapping back to life he rushed back into the room,"Status?!" His assistant chimed in instantly,"BP dropping rapidly." Rushing to the giants wounded arm he nodded,"Increase the flow of the IV, now. Chiyo, prep the crash cart. Kugutsu, four hundred CC's of phytomenadione, directly into his shoulder, make sure its in a flow vein." Without even realizing his his chakra was reacting to his heightened state of emotions as small ruby streams fluttered off of his body.

His eyes quickly raced over the mans arm looking for the source of the increased bleeding. Every other second he quickly looked at the EKG to track his BP and gauge his time frame, which was small to say the least. Forming another seal he engulfed his hands in his chakra and ran his hands over the giants arm trying to find the vein that had come open. At the same time he called out,"Another IV, lateral circumflex." While his hands and senses searched for the vein he could hear the EKG's beeping slow which elicited a response from Kugutsu,"BP drop slowing." Shiro made note of what he had said but he still needed to find that damn vein. Though it was at that time that he finally managed to find it as he began to speak softly."Do not go softly into the black abyss. Be strong for it is not the time to stand before the goddess. By the touch of my hands I refuse your passing, and reject this man." While he spoke, the streams of ruby began to gain in size and frequency as his hands became engulfed in the aura. Starting at the top Shiro's hands began to slowly slide down the giants arm. As it did the beeping of the EKG began to slow and normalize as he finished at the mans wrist. While he hadnt even come close to fixing the bones he did manage to repair the veins in the arm and keep them from causing him to bleed out. Internally he cursed himself a bit for waiting so long to attend ot it but at the same time he figured the doses of phytomenadione would have done its job. That was something to note when he transferred control of the patent to Dr. Tanaka. Taking a deep breath he arrested his chakra and nodded quickly,"Good work everyone. Kugutsu, Chiyo, good reactions and nice hustle. You two did damn good. The rest of you, good work as well." Looking up at the EKG he could not help but smile a little bit as he watched the mans BP slowly start to rise.

Though before he could truly relax, Dr. Tanaka entered the prep room. Turning on heel he quickly headed in and began to brief her on the situation,"Humerus, radius, ulna all shattered. Expect extensive tissue and muscle damage in the arm. We have given him three IV's of O-Neg, medium flow, four hundred CC's of phytomenadione, and hes under for about seven more hours according to the anesthesiologist. Oddly enough the phytomenadione seems to be having a reduced effect on his clotting factor so be aware of that. His blood pressure is currently dangerously low so if its possible I would wait for it to climb and stabilize before starting the actual surgery. For now, hes stable, still critical obviously, but stable."

Finishing up the report he smiled softly to his friend and gave her a soft pat on the shoulder,"Hes all yours. Good luck in there. Ill be on standby in case you need me." With that he logged wans handover and stepped out of the prep room and back into the hallway. It was right about now that he realized that his body was starting to shake. From his hands all the way up to his chest. With a soft growl he shook his arms and headed towards the small patio that he took refuge in. Once he was there he stood against the wall with a heavy sigh and allowed himself to slide down it. From there he simply pulled a small cigarette from his pocket and ignited it with a flick of his lighter. His adrenaline had been running so high that he was somewhat amazed he had been able to think clearly during the entire procedure. But now it was over, until the next emergency to come crashing into his ward.

-----{ 'I } thought fever dreams required having a...fever,' came the first thought, skittering across the blackness of his subconscious. Thousands of needles prickling at the very edges of existence, a soft roar of waves ebbing and flowing, a tide of the universe reaching towards him.
              -----'Wan, honey~'
-----A voice? Feminine? With emotion...What was that? She sounded.
              -----Hawt.
-----Wait, wasn't hot spelled with an O? And without a W?
              -----Shut up.
-----Who in the name of the gods was telling him to shut it?
              -----"Don't forget your lunch!~"
-----Again, the female voice. A flash, swirls of color and a strange pressure within his loins.
-----Loins? What was this, a pitiful excuse for a porno?
              -----Shut up!
-----Who kept telling Wanryoku to shut up? Glaring at the strange voice, ignoring for the moment the fact he didn't recognize it, he instead focused on the feminine one. Stereotypical or no, the voice was...sultry. Colors began to swirl inside of the darkness, changing, reshaping themselves into something more...suitable. Motherly, in fact.
-----Wait, wasn't the voice sultry? Then why is it motherly?
-----Enjoy the moment, Wan. You'll be up soon enough.
-----Again, there was that voice! It held no tone, and seemed to come from somewhere deep inside of him. If he had an a** it would be puckered in caution, and anyone could bet their asses he'd be checking it for an invading hand or three. Instead, the lights swirled, becoming a mass of black hair and smoky golden eyes. A white outfit with a tight fitting style, yet loose in others. An expression of a mother worried about her little mountain muffin, though with a side o-
-----'Mountain Muffin? Where did this voice get such stupid ideas?'
-----Yo, shut it! This takes time, effort, to write like you.
              -----'Write?'
-----Gods be damned, ignore me and look at her! The swells of her assets, the shape of her hips, those lips...
-----'MMmmmmm....I see where you're going with this, voice-in-my-head, but....' Had he been able to look down, he would have before continuing. 'Um...yeah.'
-----Somehow, the voice gave the impression of an eyeroll without actually doing or showing it happening. In fact, this voice in general gave the impression of belonging to some mid twenties boy with a receding hairline, a bulging gut, and an overinflated opinion of himself.
              -----My wife would agree.
-----Wanryoku's attention returned to the female, eyebrow upraised, if he actually had one. What an...interesting...figure...
-----From all around came a bright light, followed by a cold surge of pain, nausea, and then...

-----Wanryoku sat up in bed, his expression a mix of terror, horror, and...lust. The image remained with him, a strange feeling of desire and curiosity bubbling within him, though this, too, quickly faded as details of the world around him came into being. White walls, floors, and the scent of cleaning materials told him before he was even fully awake that this was probably the hospital. Given the throbbing in his right arm, the surgery had likely been successful, and for that he was grateful, but...the rest? There were questions as his gaze swept the single roomed facility, ignoring for the moment the window and restroom nearby in favor of looking at his own body. Wires and little squares were attached all over his flesh, and what looked like a thin senbon lay buried in his right arm with some sort of white liquid within it. An annoying beep kept sounding, the speed increasing with relative frequency for no reason. So many machine, not enough know-how let Wanryoku befuddled, until he sat back, eyes wide open, as he realized one horrible, horrible fact. Or, rather, two.
              -----He had to piss horribly.
-----And something was 'blocking the way', as it were.
-----A roar of shock would filled the hospital a moment later.

Honō Hokori
[ "A supplement to all others, yet weak on its own." ]

So it was witnessed...
I jolted awake, spilling the cup of water evidently held in my hands onto the floor in front of me. White walls, white floor, bright lights, and the smell of chemicals; was I at the hospital? When did I get there? Jumping to my feet, I found the movement slowed by thick material forcing my gaze to focus on the thing I'd caught out of the corner of my eye upon waking. Clothed in heavy robes made of blues, purples, and whites, I was definitely not wearing my typical outfit. But...why?

                              "A-are you alright, sir?"

I looked up at the nurse who'd spoken with wide eyes. I hadn't even noticed her approach, which was unusual. My training normally gave me a sense of what was in my vicinity without even thinking about it, but that sense wasn't there. Also why was I so much taller than her? "How did I get here?" My voice sounded strange, but maybe because I'd just woken up.

The woman looked about as confused as I felt. "You came in with Wanryoku, and had to sit down after he passed out."

What? No I hadn't. Wan was the last person I wanted to face right then, after what I'd done. I'd left after the deed was done and wound up sitting in front of Hakanai's home in hopes she would return soon. I think I fell asleep. So why didn't I remember getting to the hospital? And why was I wearing robes? The hell was going on? I took a step back, nearly tripping over the seat behind me, and then bolted past the nurse toward where I remembered the bathroom being. Shoving the door open, I was met by a sight I'd started piecing together in the back of my mind. Staring back at me in the mirror was a different face altogether. Hono, right? The kid we met during the ice monster attack, and again at the dojo earlier that day. But why...

If I wasn't in my body, who was?

Or maybe this was all just some weird dream. It certainly didn't feel like one. Hands shaking, I splashed some cold water onto my face from the sink, dried off, and headed back out of the restroom. I had a couple of options here. I could find my body and figure out who was in it, or I could make sure Wan was alright. Well, 'alright' being relative. If this wasn't just affecting me, someone else could be stuck in his body. With the amount of pain he was likely in, whoever was switched with him would have to deal with the repercussions of that. Wan was closer, but I couldn't be sure someone wouldn't try to take advantage of the power that came with being... me. Not even physical power, cause I didn't seem to know any of Hono's abilities. But the one that came with the title I bore.

                              s**t.

Check on Wan. Maybe he wasn't awake yet. And then find my body. Right. I needed to stay focused. If this was in fact village wide and not just limited to myself and Hono, should we be attacked, we would be in danger.

I made my way hurriedly down the hall until I found an information desk. The woman behind it stared at me for a second, and I stared back. Oh right, I wasn't myself. They probably didn't recognize the kid. And given the general lack of panic, it didn't seem anyone around here was affected by whatever was happening, so I got the feeling she wouldn't believe I was the Raikage even if I told her such. Pursing my--Hono's?--lips in agitation, I sighed internally. "Can you tell me where I can find Wanryoku? I think he's done with his surgery by this point." If it wan't already confirmed, the voice that wasn't mine did verify that I wasn't me. His was a bit higher in pitch, and much softer than my own.

Before the nurse could answer a roar echoed from somewhere down the hallway. Was it weird that I could recognize its source just from how loud he was? I moved before the woman in front of me could even react. The nameplate on the door helped me find him, as did the encroaching nurses to find out what was wrong. But despite not being in my own body, I made it to the door first. I heard a 'Hey!' from behind me. I didn't stop, and shoved the heavy door open.

They had to strap two beds together to fit the giant on it. His right arm, the one I'd basically destroyed, was wrapped in an assortment of material to keep it still. I swallowed the lump that made itself known in my throat from the sudden pain in my stomach at the sight and moved forward cautiously. "You alright, Wan?"

After their master's death, they will successfully pass on a permanent, one-quarter of the benefit to their own Lifetime Disciple, if any. (round up to the nearest applicable number, as designated in the smithing thread)

Reductions :

Honō gasped - a second he was looking down at the cup of water in his hands and now he was looking out over the village from behind railling. "Ah-!" An aborted cry of panic and he dropped whatever he was holding, not even aware of it - smoke billowed into his face from seemingly nowhere and his mouth needed to be brushed to rid itself of some morning-horrid. What had happened?! He felt as though he had just run, or gone through something, as his heart was pounding and - Honō recoiled back, feet doing a mad scrabbling against the concrete patio while his head knocked itself hard against the wall behind him. A tight-lipped look of panic dominated his features while a small whimper squeaked up from his throat. His clothes - his hands...!

Honō gasped in a loud, whistling breath, heart beating hard and fast now. A dream - a very real, painful dream. Honō ducked his head down between the knees he didn't recognise and squeezed his head with his elbows on each side. Eyes were clenched shut, willing himself to be as small, compact, and silent as possible. He was shaking - could feel it and, if he didn't feel it, he could certainly hear it by the rattling of his outfit. Wanryoku was taken by the doctors, he had sitting outside the room but now he was here and Honō was beyond frightened. What should he do?! Breathe, a voice not his own said. Just breathe and know use what you can do.

Right. Like, when they were on the mission. Just... right. He could... he could find someone he knows - someone he can trust. Honō knows he's still in the village - no way he couldn't recognise the Raikage's towering office. A shaky breath and Honō opened his eyes. He blinked at the lit cigarette - he doesn't smoke, why would he? Arms visibly questionable in being able to support his weight reached out, so he was on his hands and knees. From there, he reached up to the railing to haul himself up to his feet. The sight of how high up he was didn't help, not really a fan of distances. A quick glance around and his gree- his eyes found the door And he walked through it. A hallway - the hospital? Was he still in the hospital? Honō flinched, nearly falling back out onto the patio, as a... yell? It sounded so loud and booming to be a yell - Wanryoku! It was so close by! Without hesitating, Honō moved towards the source of the sound - again Honō faltered, this time falling to the side, clutching the wall for support. He recognised the trail of clothing that just dissapeared into a room. Slowly, heart pounding, Honō moved closer, still having to lean against the wall with one hand, as he approached the room and peeked in.

With wide eyes and a stunned stance, Honō saw himself speaking to Wanryoku.

-----{ T }here was something inside of him!
-----What many had failed to realize about the large man was that he had never before been within the walls of the village hospital. Injuries were shrugged off, broken bones ignores. Even when patched up after the many attacks that had plagued the village's history there had been nothing he'd gone to the hospital for. In fact, blood type had been a random guess on the hospital staff's part, because anyone who came close to him with needles would have ended up with one in their eye, ally or no. Strange as it was, Wanryoku was the type to simply tough it out instead of seeking aid, for a scar always carried more history than clean flesh, after all. Yet what this small rambling in his mind meant was that he never did know what a catheter was, nor why it was necessary, and a quick, sharp yank stifled his cries as pain like none a man should ever feel in his lifetime lanced through him.
-----Due in no small part to this pain, Wanryoku missed others reacting to his distressed cries. Namely, the entrance of Hono, who would enter to see Wan clutching with his good hand a mass of blankets wrapped around something...large. From the pin pricks that were his pupils, to the redness in his face and arms, and the way that strange vein bulged on his head, it was clear he was in some sort of pain. Yet when the boy spoke, Wanryoku's eyes snapped towards him with his jaw still lowered in a silent scream of what could only be described as the worst bullshit he'd ever had to deal with. When Hono spoke, however, the giant fell still, and his jaw slowly closed as his expression became one of anger, and mistrust. "Who are you?"
-----To those who had known Wanryoku for any length of time this response would make sense. Nonverbal cues, the stance, movements, and overall actions of an individual, down to their methodology of speech and twitches. These things were a treasure trove of information for warriors to study, to better predict and understand their opponents in combat. In dealing with people Wanryoku had already developed a sort of understanding of how certain people talked and acted, and looking at Hono? Hono was a male with little acceptance of his self worth, always acting reserved with an aversion to making eye contact. Words often came out with caution, a twinge of fear, and a heavy helping of uncertainty. Honorifics and other formalities were his bread and butter, and in a situation rife with uncertainties, and possible danger, he would never have barged in without dry washing his hands.
-----And he most certainly never called him 'Wan'!
              -----

Honō Hokori
[ "A supplement to all others, yet weak on its own." ]

So it was witnessed...
Wan was still himself. Or at least that's how it seemed watching him react to being in a hospital room and well... I averted my gaze, though I wasn't sure if it was to avoid embarrassment on his part or my own. However, in response to my brief phrase, his pain was all but forgotten momentarily as his eyes were fixed on me. Anger registered, and obvious distrust, and I realized he'd caught on that something was wrong in the three words I'd spoken. I didn't know any of Hono's mannerisms, and I wasn't exactly trying to hide who I was.

Someone came into the room behind me but didn't move past. Thinking I was in the way, I stepped aside, but when there was no response, I glanced over my shoulder. The pale-haired male standing there was gawking at me with probably the most dumbfounded look I'd ever seen. That alone confirmed that I wasn't the only one who had switched bodies. And given the look...

I decided to explain to both of them at once. "This is going to sound crazy," that much was more to Wan than the genin standing with me, "but I'm Kaileer. For some reason I'm in Hono's body." Bringing a hand to my chin, I considered the situation as best I could, and glanced at the other boy--Shiro, if I remembered right. "And I'm going to take a wild guess and say you're not in your body either. Ah...s**t." I was almost certain Hono was the one in Shiro's body, given the look I'd received. So he'd ended up in the hospital still, but it couldn't have been based on location because I knew for a fact I hadn't been here before I woke up.

I needed to find my body. My image was already hurting enough. I didn't need someone doing something stupid, and I wasn't entirely trusting of just about anyone right about then. Some less than others, so the risk was there that one of those people had been swapped with me. "Sorry, but I've got to go. I'll stop by again once I figure out what's going on here." With that, I slipped past Shiro and headed for the exit. I fell asleep outside of Hakanai's home. So maybe I was still there? No I doubted it. But it was a place to start at the very least.

                              [Exit]

Aspects

Honō visibly flinched back at seeing his own face from a completely new angle - and it was looking at him! He feared this was some premonition of his own death, but his body just... talked. Gr- His eyes were the only thing moving, his body stunned into stillness. Did he really sound like that? He sounded... oh, he hoped his voice didn't any those he spoke to... Honō blinked.

"K-Kaileer sama...!" Honō gasped. The Raikage was trapped in his weak frame!? He'd never felt more ashamed for his lack of training - he had worried his inexperience would be a hindrance to another, but this? "Oh, I'm so sorry..." He bowed his head low, at a loss for much else to say in the face of this completely unexpected... event. Kai-himself? Honō's body drew near, and again an unexplained chill of fear snipped through his spine that touching his original form would cause something... bad, so he flinched back a half-step, allowing Kaileer an unobstructed exit. Now, however, he was alone with Wanryoku and didn't know how to address who he was inside another other person's body. There was hair in his eyes - he hadn't ever had such long hair before...

Honō fidgetted in the doorway, uncomfortable and unfamiliar in this person's form.

"Wuh..." Honō tittered. "Adviser Wanryoku?" He spoke, the man's earlier hostility having put Honō on edge, not good in dealing with any form of agressions.

Soraru

He’s been in a mad rush to find his body to get his sword back, but suddenly Soraru found himself in a room, on what looked like a hospital bed. A needle and tube stuck out of one arm to some weird machine, but the other gave away whose body he was now in, much to his dismay. There was no pain other than a distant throb, likely due to some sort of medication.

Off to the side stood a pale-haired young man, having just entered the room it seemed, as well as nurse peeking over his shoulder as if something had just happened.

Toso

After trying so desperately to get someone’s attention to help the dying squid, the poor pup would suddenly find himself in a hospital room. However, not as a patient. Toso stood in the doorway staring at Wan, who sat in a bed made of two separate ones lashed together. Above and beyond that was that the world was no longer grayscale.

Opening his eyes back up a small smile crept across Shiro's face. Goddess if felt good to be back in his own body. While it had only probably been an hour at best it felt like forever since he was inside of his own body. Turning his attention to the world around him, he realized quickly that he was still in the hospital, and in the room where Wan had been placed. Well that answered the where, though he gave up on the why as that would likely elude him forever. Instead he simply did a quick check on Wan's chart, and upon seeing everything in order, headed back towards his patio. On his way he found his jacket in a ball up against he wall. Letting out another sigh he picked it up and brushed it off before sliding it onto his body. Why did his coat have to get all dirty, leather was such a pain to wash and treat. Though right now he just wanted to be somewhere other then here. So up on reaching the patio he lept over the railing and was off towards the village proper.

-----{ P }ainting the canvas of his mind with a swirl of images and tones he'd never seen before, the pain from the sudden shift to a broken, battered body forced a rapid inhalation from Wanryoku despite his best efforts. A throbbing knee, a dull absence of anything from his arm, and the aching pain from his groin told him before his eyes opened that the body switching had, for the moment, returned the giant to his proper form. No longer was his body that of a woman, lanky and lean without a scrap of muscle upon it. Though, perhaps, that was an unjust statement, given few outside of the late Axel had ever gained the sort of body needed for heavy weaponry, let alone heavy lifting.
-----Pausing as his mind attempted to stop spinning, Wanryoku took the time to consider his position better. If in fact this witchcraft had ended, and his body remained his more or less permanently, then the next question came to his arm, and more importantly, how to speed his recovery. Memories of Kaileer's cold fury remained fresh in the konin's mind, from the ozone scent in the air, the fear of those who watched releasing a palpable musk as the fight ensued. More, the fear and acceptance on Axel's face, the ice that was Kaileer's gaze, and the gut-wrenching agony of the blade shattering his arm. 'Would I have done it a second time,' he wondered, gaze settling upon the bandages that even then were beginning to itch.
-----Gods, how had he forgotten recovery itch?!
-----Grunting, the giant looked around his room, far too small for the likes of him by half. Two beds had been pressed together and seemingly fused at their joints to allow for his width, while his legs were forced to dangle over the edge of the feet due to his incredible height. Metal braces under the bed were obvious, given how little his moment so much as shifted the beds themselves, but that was only the least of his issues. The doorway had been widened by force, likely with sledgehammers or explosives to clear the bulk of it all just to allow him entrance. At least, that's what Wanryoku figured. That or someone grew angry and unleashed jutsu on it at some point. The windows, barely large enough for a regular man to look through, were but pinpricks to someone of his size, and the needles? Gods, where had they found a syringe large enough to put cables into his system? They looked like little garden hoses, and a part of the giant wouldn't have been surprised if that weren't what they were. This place...it felt tight. The ceiling was its normal height, the average ten feet, and that meant standing would be nearly impossible for him. that thought alone made him hesitate before sitting up, ignoring the groaning of the bed as it protested his weight.
-----And then the thrice damned alarms went off.
-----Swearing under his breath in his native tongue with as much venom as he could must, Wanryoku waited for the doors to open and a young woman in a nurse's garb strode in with an apprehensive look. That look...It hurt more than he would ever admit, for it was the same look he had earned when first arriving in this part of the world. Kirigakure, the land of Mist, had been his first home for a short period before finding that the Mizukage he had asked to serve had no place for him. Memory of wrestling that giant, six tailed slug burned within his memory as he remembered the faces of those who witnessed that fight. It wasn't awe, nor joy that those eyes had held, but fear. Fear of him. A giant among even his own people, Wanryoku stood at nearly twice the height of anyone in the village, and ever day that was made more apparent. But that had been largely changed due to the time being here, where the villagers had learned that despite his appearance and manner of speech Wanryoku was a compassionate man who wished for nothing but the prosperity of others. And now? That look, that one of fear, sent him reeling.
-----It seemed more was to be done to fix himself, not just the repair of his shattered limb.
-----Taking a deep breath, the giant gestured lower on his body and grunted. "Remove this, and get Hono. I have work to do." The words left him with a gruffness he hadn't expected, from a throat that was parched far more than he felt should have been the case. Lifting one hand to touch his face, to feel at his eyes, the giant remembered the last time bones had been broken, when his brother and he had wrestled a bit harder than was necessary. The medicine the Shaman had rendered upon him had left his mind weakened, fuzzy, with strange shapes and colors dominating his gaze for days after. This...felt similar, but worse. Stronger. More potent.
-----How strange to think that Shinobi were so much more advanced than his people, and yet in other ways so much...weaker?
-----That brought him up short. This...weakness...it couldn't last. The barbarians of the north were coming, Wanryoku's own kith and kin set on decimating this land and its people for the sole intent of proving they were better. No one would be left unscathed. No one would be able to resist the hoards, not as they were, as he had seen them. There was no time to rest, to relax: he would need to become stronger, physically, and learn further arts of war to defeat an opponent he feared above all others: his father.
-----And that's when it came to him.
-----A weak man Samuru might have been physically, but not in the ways others might have expected. The late Jounin had been a Blacksmith, a maker of weapons and singer of metal to shapes of greatest need. It had left his physically weaker body toned, shaped for a war that was fought more within than without, but which brought to mind his own people. Blacksmiths...perhaps he could learn the art, design and make weapons that would serve the shinobi best. Thinking, Wanryoku remembered in a flash that Hono was a crafter, a smith of some sort, though one of glass than steel. Perhaps he knew of someone? Shaking his head, the giant simply waited for his young friend, new though he might be, to come as ordered to visit the giant adviser.
-----If he was still Kaileer's adviser, anyway.

The genin, well known about this area, meandered into the hospital just as they had the kages office, bickering in jest about something in the language of their native tongue back in the Swamplands. Jay let the girl down from his back, making a bee line for the men's locker room while Jeon stopped to talk to the receptionist on their behalf. She didn't like separating from Jay too often, and he too hated being away from his more jovial half, but when they went to work here they got a lot more done, a lot faster. As such, she spoke her pleasantries and then shook off the small bit of anxiety, turning in the opposite way he walked. They each entered separate rooms to prepare, which was the first stage of purification. It was always odd for them to be so far away, and still think the same thoughts. Even as the shower blocked out their ability to hear outside to each other, light echos of a pair of voices humming a song in their native tongue. The process of cleaning was short, as was arming themselves in clean scrub uniforms. They met again outside the locker rooms, and the pair looked at each other askance. He reached down to adjust her shirt a bit, and she brushed stray hair down behid his ear. Then they stuck their tongues out at each other, silly to their cores by necessity, and completed a secret handshake they'd done since they were youths. They entered the back room where tools and the like were brought after surgeries, after patients left and the like. It was a tedious and thankless job, but so long as they could do it together, they could enjoy it. Once the piles were separated, they donned gloves, masks, and got to business. [1/4]

So first thing was first. Jay wheeled all of the dirty cloths and linen towards the large washer behind Jeon, who had already begun rationing out the amount of bleach and detergent that would be required in various cups and piles of tablets and pods. When he arrived, he looked over her shoulder, bouncing a little bit to the tune she was humming. Sure enough, the measurements he observed were on point. With a heafty lift he emptied all the stuff onto the ground in front of himself and went through the process of separating things into piles based on use - sheets over here, blankets by those, then gowns on the other side. Leftover socks went with gowns, and scrubs also had their own piles. Jeon scooted on by, aiding him for a few seconds before remembering she forgot something. She dropped her gloves and mask before running out of the room to grab the metal tools they'd be cleaning while Jay began the process of putting things into the washers and starting the wash cycles on the large metal machines. When the last door closed, he turned to see what Jeon was working on.

Now that he was done with that, she welcomed his aid to get the tools they had to clean done. She left it to him to begin separating them into piles as he was so good at while she turned on the large tub and tumbler. Jay gained a somewhat puerile joy from making sure things were neat and in order, and as part of this job he did a pre scrub of everything before he separated them to get any left over bits or caked blood off before it went into the tumbler. Jeon put four metal trays in place to keep things from mixing when they went into the water, and watched the tub fill its way up. At some point or another, the twins stopped working, and did a small dance beside each other, whistling the tune together, one of their favorites, before sharing a laugh and getting back to work. A few minutes after he was done, the tub was full and the tools, all the bone saws, scalpels and hammers, went into the water. About the time they were all going, Jeon went to change out all of the clothes from washer to dryer. Jay set out baskets for the clean clothing while she did that, and then they had a small Jam session while waiting for things to finish.

When at last the tumbler stopped, and the water began to drain, Jay and Jeon were already folding the newly dry clothing together ina system of teamwork that took less than half an hour. Each linen went into the baskets, and then each basket went against the wall to await use. Each tool, following this, was transferred to a waiting tub of sanitizer solution to continue the cleaning process. In five minutes, once again Jay had decided it was once again time to organize, which didn't take long honestly with Jeon's help, and now part one of the day was complete. They took off their gloves and the masks, and went back to see what else could be done around the hospital. [Purification done.]

Immediately as they came back to the front of the hospital, the receptionist hailed them and passed along instructions to them. They were required to grab examination tools and head on down to emergency, where they'd be working as CNAs. Without a second thought, they went to grab stethoscopes, a pair of small metal hammers, and made a bee line for the small room they'd be performing examinations in. A mask covered their faces once again, gloves over hands. Jay took a seat at the computer, logging both of them into the system and bringing up all required windows to do their job. Meanwhile, Jeon prepped the rest of the room for patients, wheeling in this and that, grabbing thermometers and wooden sticks. About two minutes after they walked into the room, they were open for business.

They spent the next two hours looking at sick children, briging a sort of ferverent energy that they had become well known for to the patients. For the most part, Jay logged in names, brought up credentials and printed out wristbands in good time. Meanwhile, Jeon-Gyeon took temperatures for her younger brother to record, listened for erratic or labored breathing, even took blood pressures here and there. It was a smooth process, with unfettered teamwork even with some of the younger children who offered themselves up as less cooperative. That really only served to spur on the somewhat youthful Jeon, bringing a sort of empathy to the youths. A few more patients came towards the end of that shift, and then they hit a slow period where the two of them had time to kill at their job.

Naturally, they spent all of the time they had left doing paper work. Jeon took the seat this time, while Jay ran around like achicken with his head cut off opening and closing cabinets, drawers, and closets to file away cleared documents, store some for a doctor to grab, organized mail. It was bnusy work, something to keep the duo busy between patients. After all, it had been three hours since they first arrived and the day had plenty ahead for when they finally got tired of the hospital. Until then, they would find things to do, sick children or paperwork. One way or the other, they would stay on their game until another pair of CNAs came to take over. [Diagnosis]

It was following this that a physician came to the duo, one who had watched their progress and helped them to learn the basics of diagnosis and purification, as well as some techniques to identify and, more importantly, solve problems. He informed the duo that there was a man who required consultation. The person was requesting that a physician come to him, which was fine because he was still feeling under the weather. He handed them both labcoats and the patients medical history, which would be useful for what they had to do. They nodded, thanking him for the oppurtunity and got immediately on the way to their destination. [Consultation trip part 1]

Upon entering the facility, Hatsu would be reminded of so much that had transpired here. Most of her lest favorite momries had been made here, but this time she wasn't here for that. Walking up to the receptionist, she would greet them with a kind gesture. "Hello, I had heard taht Wanryoku had been admitted here. Could somebody tell him he has a visitor?" With a nod and a whisper to another nurse, Hatsu would sit down in the waiting area while the nurse went to give Hatsu message.

A light knock on the door frame of Wanroku's room, a nurse would be standing in the doorway. "It would seem you have a visitor." The nurse would be speaking in a nervous voice, a giant standing before her. "A black haired girl with red eyes is in the waiting room, waiting for you." The nurse seemed kind of rushed, as she would immediately walk off.

Tsumetai [ Cold to the Touch ]: The skin of each Shinsetsu clan member is chilled; producing a refreshing, almost intoxicating aura. This aura does not stretch far from one's person, and only the Shinsetsu and those in direct contact with him/her can truly appreciate the feeling. Because of this attribute, humidity is a foreign concept to the Shinsetsu, and only the most extreme of heats will cause those within tsumetai's effect to break a sweat. Additionally, this consistent cold has weathered their skin and innards, providing an internal and external resistance to freezing temperatures. Although not exactly topical, it should be noted that thanks to their relaxing aura, the Shinsetsu are considered some of the most desirable lovers in the world.
