An aura chilled to the core but shining brighter then the sun skipped across the halls of the Kage's building until a certain door was reached. Turning the handle of the door the figure entered only to be met with a crowd. Taking a step back the girl with hair fair and eyes wide glanced to each figure in the room. Earlier she had been told to come to the Hokage's Office by her Grandfather in order to claim needed material. But it was full. So many souls in need of assistance and not the proper soul to assist. This was a typical occurrence of Thirteen, Bad Timing for the Bad Luck Child. "Oh, So Sad. It seems the Duwende have cursed this Office." She spoke softly to no one. Thirteen the known name of the girl, kept inside the door frame holding her hands behind her back swaying on her heels. She kept a bright smile even if the Atmosphere would grow noticeably cold. Rather then associate and possibly intrude on the conversation of others, Thirteen kept quite and to herself waiting for the arrival of the Hokage. However if he would not come soon then she would leave and return at a later date in hope of meeting him then.

Noctis turned and gave a light bow to Orebezus."I shall handle the new arrivals Anbu-san." Then with the help of more shadows clones her herded everyone outside the door and closed it.

Noctis looked at Amake with the Hokage's satchel in hand. He reached into it and pulled out a headband and tossed it to him."Congratulations on becoming a genin of Konoha, you can find technique scrolls at the academy and dojo."He told him moving onto the next one.

Noctis then turned to Hayashi, he opened a genin chart and found his picture."Mokuton eh?"He thought to himself. He then pulled out a headband and tossed it to him."The last Mokuton user to pass through here turned into a traitor, lets hope you don't end up the same way." His hand was in the satchel and something appeared in his hand and it was a Mokuton scroll. He looked at it and tossed it at Hayashi."This should help you learn Mokuton."

The Noctis clone could feel the introduction of a chill, usually something that didn't occur since he was the only one off such a feeling. His cold blue eyes looked over the people and fell upon Harlow. He looked at the genin chart and looked at her name and bloodline. It was the same as his, so they sent another clan member here. Why would they do that when Noctis was already here? Well he didn't want to think about his clan anyways."Harlow Shinsetsu, You are here for your headband." He said more stating than asking. He reached into the satchel and pulled a headband and tossed it to her as well."There you go."

Amake took the headband, and wrapped it around his sash, and proceeded to turn around towards the door without a moment hesitation, and a word said as he left. It wasn't his style to talk, he stayed cool headed, as he wrapped his newly acquired headband around his sash as he walked towards the academy to start some training.

The sound of her name being called rang through her ears and forced the Femme to turn towards the source. Thirteen's ocean hues came to lock on a Man with hair like Night and eyes dulled. She could feel the stern demeanor of his voice. However being the only Harlow Shinsetsu in the building she was forced to close the range between them. "It seems the Blessing of the Qilin has brought a Medium." She beamed keeping eye contact with the Male. Reaching out she took hold of the headband proposed to her. A smile not faltering Thirteen bowed her head respectfully in thanks, "Thank You Sir. With this the Devas wont devour my bones and use my blood to sow their seeds." Much of what Thirteen says made no sense but she was no less sincere in her thanks. Holding the sheet of steel and cloth Thirteen was left with the question oh where to put it. She wondered if it really mattered. Would putting it on wrong upset the Devas? Well what ever the answer was she would venture further on it later. Thirteen didn't want to continue taking up the little space she occupied much longer. It was crowded enough. Without a single word Thirteen turned on her heel and hopped on one foot out of the office and continued this pattern out of the building. Training was needed.. But what to train in first?

Jae knocked on the Hokage's door, bending her knees and righting herself as if she were waiting in line to go to the bathroom or something. She didn't want to be here right now and would prefer going to the exam location now. She needed a distraction, she needed a fight. "Sir, we were told to come here." Jae said, a little out of character of her to speak in haste.

Matsu and Hitomi waited in the office for close to an hour when Matsu turned to Hitomi. "There's this festival going on at the Snow village this month." He began, suggestively. "I was thinking that you might be interested in going. I mean, it seems like things are slow here and you might want some time to relax." Matsu tried to think ahead and keep himself from rambling. He glanced at the shinobi around them. "I was thinking we can go right now." The statement sounded more like a question. He smiled as he looked to Hitomi again, hoping not to have been too forward. Matsu attempted to try and get more time with Hitomi after having embarrassing himself.

'Festival, huh?...' Hitomi smiled and nodded her head. "Sure, that'd be great." After much time waiting, the girl had finally regained much of the energy she needed, and the prospect of a festival excited her, causing many images to appear in her mind of extravagant decorations, a beautiful snowy village, and various festivities. The girl's eyes shone with joy, but her grin slowly disappeared. "There'll be lots of people, won't there? I don't do well with crowds..." The last phrase was spoken in little more than a whisper, as if she was too embarrassed to say it out loud. Truth be told, embarrassment was not the reason for her reluctance, nor was it a fear or dislike of crowds. But of course she did not disclose any further reasons, and simply looked away in a huff, as if saying that was an embarrassment in itself.

Jae heard mumbling inside and sighed, realizing that there were people already there to see the Hokage. Just as she was about to turn away to wait up against the opposite wall to the door she recognized one of the voices. Hitomi. They had been on the same team for the mission against Jack. There was another voice she didn't recognize accompanying Hitomi's light pitch but it went unregistered in Jae's mind and therefore she didn't particularly pay attention to it. Jae did hear, however a more distinct and stricter voice halted the Kunoichi in mid-step. She listened for a second, catching the instruction issued by what she assumed was the ANBU since the Hokage was not in the office currently. Jae didn't waste any time. She turned and headed for the Academy. She had an exam to hurry up to. Her head spun, warning her to take it easy but with a few deep breaths she had quelled the queasiness.

Once the Anbu spoke, Hitomi took a moment to think about what she should do before coming to a decision and starting to head out of the office. "Before we go, it would be best to check in with the Hokage. No wonder he wasn't here, he was at the academy." She spoke in realization before casting her gaze downwards. The girl was disappointed that she wouldn't be able to head for the festival immediately, and then immediately realized something and grew nervous again. Her emotions were constantly fluctuating now, which caused her composure to stiffen yet again before calming back down. 'Remember what you decided, Hitomi!' The girl mentally nodded and turned to the Hyūga. "Do you want to go to the academy to let the Hokage know?"

At first, the idea seemed to catch but then, Hitomi seemed to retreat into herself. Matsu watched her curiously, wondering if the suggestion had struck the way he had hoped it wouldn't. He began to feel the hot burn of embarrassment as he fought to find words that would save him from his daring leap into the unknown. Suddenly, a Leaf ANBU appeared and addressed the shinobi waiting there for the Hokage. The village leader had apparently been at the Academy the entire time. Hitomi told Matsu about going to see the Hokage about leaving but she stopped again as if debating something. Matsu looked puzzled but quickly smiled and nodded as she asked him if he wanted to do as she planned. The sudden consult with him made Matsu feel pretty good all over again. So she does want to go! I hope the Hokage won't have a problem. "I hope the Hokage won't have a problem with that." Matsu said, leaning on his other leg now.
