Poppies in bloom: Blue variant Plague's chakra takes a final change in coloration. As when her chakra turns red, as it turns blue, the purple bubbly consistency in her chakra seems to bloom into a brilliant light blue field of small poppies. In appearance, the poppies seem to slide and fly off Plague as she moves around. This alteration in her chakra only seems to happen when activating her Jiongu bloodlines' jutsu. It does not have any effect on Plague physically or any opponent that comes into contact with it. However, a sense of dread may worm into the back of an opponents mind at the sudden change in color.
Threaded Life: Plague is capable of transmitting iryojutsu through her Jiongu threads. In fact, her mastery of iryojutsu is so prevalent that an imprint of her iryojutsu are left on any heart she possesses even when separate from Plague. Every heart is capable of recreating her iryojutsu.

Dirty Blood v2 | Through a great concentrated effort and a great many back alley brawls, Tetsu has gained the ability to reach the next level in Taijutsu. Able to learn up to S rank in exchange for never being able to learn above C rank in genjutsu, with this PA both blocking the effects of the first Dirty Blood PA as well as lowering it a rank further than normal.

Nindo: "Follow your gut." Personality: A boisterous and jovial child, it's hard not to notice Chosuke when he's around. Background: Born to Choshiro and Hazumi Akimichi, Chosuke hails from Arashigakure, where his family runs a small bakery. While he's always been happy to lend a hand with the family business, his true aspirations lie beyond the bakery walls. Being raised on war stories from his father's time as shinobi, Chosuke wishes to continue the family legacy and become a mighty warrior, someone who can protect his village and those he holds dear. Thus, following the great war against Kogarashi, he entered the village's ninja academy and began his journey to become a shinobi.
Being a rather friendly and outgoing kind of guy, Chosuke's familiar with many people of Arashi, but none more so than Shikane Nara and Inoyuri Yamanaka. With all of their parents being close friends, he's spent a lot of time around them and developed a good friendship with them. Thankfully, they're both far more levelheaded than him and help to quell some of his more reckless tendencies. In return, he's given them his full support and loyalty, willing to stick by them through thick and thin. They've all got a long way to go before they can truly call themselves shinobi but he confident that as long as they stick together, they'll get there in no time.
Having gotten his first taste of real combat when the academy was attacked by mysterious creatures, Chosuke's eagerness to grow and improve his skills have only grown and with a shiny new headband around his waist, he's ready to work hard and take on whatever challenges come his way (so long as there's time for snack breaks along the way.

First Class:Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Berserker → Your external training and devotion to taijutsu have allowed you to have moderately increased Strength and Fortitude. Your hardened body naturally is as protective as Heavy Tier armor without its drawbacks. Degradation of the user's natural defenses applies in the same manner as armor. Once depleted, any damage the user takes, no matter the rank of damage applied increases the user's active strength and speed mildly for two posts. Should the user take additional damage before the end of the second post, the increase stacks, refreshing it's active time. Second Class:Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Brawler → Your taijutsu is just one side of your skill, as you are also versed in utilizing ninjutsu as well. Your Speed and Agility are enhanced by [+1] and you gain an additional [4] ninjutsu slots per rank. Once every other post all three of your activations in a post can be used for offensive taijutsu. Additionally, the user gains a keystone technique and two additional custom slots for taijutsu. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. ▱▰▱ Specialization: → Taijutsu – Taijutsu: If this class is taken as the first and second class, then the user takes 2 disciplines from this class and an additional taijutsu style.
Dedicated Disciple: A disciple who chooses to specialize in a small number of their class's arts. Limiting themselves to three of their class's styles, granting overwhelming in all three styles up to S Rank. Any additional slots that would be awarded for their class's styles are converted into a 2 point increase in any stats of their choosing. In addition, these masters of their arts are able to have a 1 point increase in their stats cap of 8 making it 9. Styles granted from rewards may be learned but do not carry the overwhelming property and the user is capped out at 5 styles.

Pa: Uchiha Dominance- Born as Uchiha Royalty. Noaki's sharingan hypnotism lens holds the power over not only summons and wild creatures, but over people as well. Using her sharingan hypnotism lens while having eye contact with a person. She is able to give a single simple command to a person of her body rank or lower. To non shinobis the commands can be more in depth. The hypnotism sudden and the person rarely notices it till the action is complete. People of her body rank can break from this by using an activation to concentrate.
You're all set to go, unless I am missing something horribly wrong.

I am gonna have to deny this one, Yozen is purposely restricted because it is what it is, a nullification Bloodline. It's old, yes but the restrictions are there for its balance. I do apologise, but it would be a bad call on my part to allow the clan to move around it's established restrictions.

I have to say this PA is denied for a few reasons. A.) It is stretching the means of a PA and is treated more as a technique than a passive trait. B.) A technique with the spirit of this lens feature is featured already in the Mangekyo portion of the bloodline and cannot be replicated unless the Uchiha is a Genjutsu user as one of their base classes. I apologise for this.

Kenshin Endgame PA This judgement should settle the issue of how much the stamina cost of Reiken virtue states can be reduced. I will not be self-approving this because I want another moderator's opinion. This does not follow the outdated PA rule regarding reductions but it does adhere to the newest guildwide rule regarding reductions and uses it as a guide.
Stern Spirit | Reiken no Michi virtue states cost one rank less in stamina to activate and maintain. The stamina cost of the virtue states cannot be reduced beyond this.

Nindo: Death is drawn to life, so live and live well until you can live no more. Cheap advice from the immortal, sure, but no less true. Personality: Where to begin with the girl in Kya's shadow. There was once a time where this would be filled with the hopes and dreams of a girl beyond the grasp of a world that was beyond her to carry. Her sister was the Truth Bearer of a foreign religion, similar to the leader, and sought to bring truth to the world. In that, Nava looked up to her. She believed, wholeheartedly, that her hero was immortal and more that she didn't, Kya made good on that belief until the very, cold and bitter end.
Nava took it harder than the rest.
Now, much like Moody Blues herself was, Nava is a storm of emotional complexity too difficult to ever fully grasp. The center of it all, however, is that she turned her back on almost all the teachings of her late sister, of her surviving two siblings, and has gone full in on the path of Jashinism.
Nava's heart has grown cold and closed off. She has learned deeply and particularly obstinately that she is here on a mission. Her sister fulfilled her goals as much as she could and in the end the waves dragged her down as they almost always promise to: violently. As such, Nava has latched onto violence as her methodology and specialty. It is how she loves, how she hates, and how she teaches. She is intentionally vague on what her goal is, but no matter what it's consistently clear that she is absolutely focused on it.
That isn't to say she's an unfeeling zealout. No, she experiences her emotions fully, and intensely. There is simply an overriding, almost metaphysical imperative that now drives her.
In how she interacts with others, Nava is a mixture of her sister's snark and smugness and the resigned, reigned in observant child she had been before rebelling to live with her sister in Konoha. A smile almost always remains held upon her features, and unlike Kya, Nava always believes she's the smartest, baddest b***h in a given room. Where her sister believed that people should be wise enough to clear her path on their own, Nava's rebellious streak has contrived that notion, and now people should do more than move: they should bow.
Regarding friends, she holds them near and dear, with the understanding that they're probably just in the way. But her judgement is too good for her to fall into stagnancy like her sister did. She loves, and she loves hard.
Regarding her enemies? She doesn't respect very many enough to see them as such.
It's worth noting that Nava has spent an exorbitantly long time being the runt of the litter, and one of Na'tan's fair skinned daughters. She's been bullied, condescended, and at worst ostracized for looking different: she doesn't take too well to it anymore.

Biography: Much like with Kya, I tell the background in both personality and in roleplay. Nava was a child of the Land of Claw, like her sister, and followed her after their second oldest sibling died when Kya was sent out on her mission. Nava is the youngest of six, surviving three others including the Great Serpent herself, and left the VORTEX with them when Kya was killed. One thing briefly touched on in Kya's long history is that she only had half siblings: Nava's father was a Hyuuga from the Land of Claw.
