The witch and sorcerer were obviously hoaxes! The droid uses it's thermal detonator to blow them away.

The droid misses the girl's legs as she jumps to avoid the slash. The droid turns around quickly to slash at her spine.

The droid activates it's humor module so it can laugh at the creature as it tries to fire a blaster with clawed paws! The droid attempts to get in the line of fire so it can deflect some of the blasts back at the creature.
