She cared not for their business and walked straight up forward to an ANBU member. "I'd like to accept my exile and leave", she sneered through her request and crossed her arms, shifting her body way to one leg and narrowed her eyes as she looked at the ANBU member.
"Iron is the support to hold up great things. I'll be the support for those greater than me!"

He dropped to a knee and rested while the others gathered, Chōumei setting up their formation and strategy. Kiru and Kyo were the support team, meant for healing and Genjutsu breaking. If they were overwhelmed, however, Chōumei gave them permission to retreat and seek reinforcements. He doubted it'd get that far, but if it did, Kyo'd do it. Tsubaki was already ready, wanting to go it would seem. Kyo too, was anxious. They had to retrieve the box, and not to mention, they had to await ANBU permission to return to the village after retrieving the box. It seemed this day wouldn't be ending anytime soon. The ANBU at the gate nodded and without a word motioned to the ANBU above the gates. With a concentrated motion, the pair of them opened the gates for the girl to pass through. Putting a hand out to stop her, for a moment, the ANBU that she had approached withdrew a waterskin and a compass. He looked into the girl's eyes and shook his head.
"My father was Exiled, years ago. The world moves on, you're strong, you'll make new friends and a better life." He said as he handed the items over to the girl.
"Takumi is in the Land of Rivers, Southwest of here. Eventually you'll find the traderoads if that's the way you want to go, Farewell, Young Miss." The ANBU spoke, before returning to his guardpost.
Kirumi was the last of the group to arrive, hurrying to catch up with the rest of the group to find that box, the egg as well if it was still is good condition. To her luck, the group was getting ready to go and embark on their assignment, leaving her ample time to go and stand next to Kyo while waiting for their signal to jump into action. Between the bird and the box, this was turning out to be a very eventful day to say the least. Hopefully the box could be recovered soon so they could move on to things that would be more worthwhile in their careers as shinobi to the village.

→ Ⅰ Ｍｙ Ａｃｔｉｏｎｓ Ⅰ← ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ For the first moment after receiving the equipment, Saeko felt like someone had offered something sincere without the need to add in any hierarchy stink or stigma to her leaving the village. She had felt like the Hokage merely kept up with his duties and offered only a stink of how he fought for the village as well as the acting head of her clan had acted as if she were a dog to leave out in the streets. Saeko nodded in response to the ANBU member as he spoke and accepted his words. She let the anger within her subside for a moment as she started towards the gates, readying herself for her departure. She took one last glance back before she continued forward and exited through the large gates, making her way through towards the roadway. It would be a few days possibly before she reached Takumi. She did not know how far it would be, but she would listen to the advice of the ANBU member, heading southwest by following the compass and finding the trade-roads soon after. Sighing as she completely left the village, everything around her felt like a blur and her memories of the village and its location were merely static in her mind.
Choumei's plan was straightforwards enough for his tastes. Honestly it was the only real option at this point as far as their information went. He had to admit Choumei was pretty sharp. Following her closely but still far back enough to evade if need be he stopped for a moment and took a deep breath. Pulling the chakra reactive crystal necklace from under his shirt he pressed it to his lips and softly began," Blessed ancestors who teach my hands to war and my fingers to fight. My goodness, fortress, high tower, and deliverer. My sword and in whom I trust." Shoving the crystal back into his shirt he dashed forward to catch back up to Choumei. He honestly hated operating with no intel on where they were going or who they were after, but he wasnt privvy to that information so he would simply suck it up for now and fight to the best of his ability when the time came.
As the squad arrived at the Eastern Gate, they would find that the ANBU at the gates were under guard change, and that two of the ANBU were being tended to by medical professionals. One still had an arrow lodged in his right shoulder blade, and a two other men, in non-ANBU clothing lay among the injured. However, upon closer inspection, it would appear these two men were dead. One with a hole through his chest that faintly reeked of ozone, the other a sliced throat.

食 Arriving at the gate first with Yasu-chin given their straight path for the gate Chōumei would slow her approach as she'd notice that the scene was roughly depicted signs of a struggle between the guards and from the Arrow lodged in one of the Anbu being tended to Chōumei could guess at it being the culprit who took the box. "Well We're on the right track team, but it seems like the guy we're after isn't here. If he was the box would be with him. Though it wouldn't hurt for one of us to talk to the Anbu here and gather the information. Though I'm not sure who wants to hang back and relay what they find to the team. I'm up for volenteers~"
Chōumei would let her thoughts flow out to the others as she'd express this desire to have one of them investigate this area and question the Anbu for more information on the enemy. Chōumei tough would personally take the time to look over the bodies a and run over to the Anbu to introduce her team to their superiors as well as request permission to continue on the trail. While looking at one of the dead ones, Chōumei tried to see any signs or marking that might be unique to this group, but what did take her back some due to her slightly sensitive nose was the smell of Ozone she'd assumed came from a Raiton blast from one of the Anbu, but she wasn't sure if that was the clear case. Trying her best to seem kinda professional Chōumei fought the instinct to nervously twirl her hair when facing a superior and would just flick at it a little with one finger as she'd talk to the Anbu. " Herro~, Sorry if I'm intruding into a crime scene, but we're on a mission of our own chasing after who I believe was your assailant. Since we're short on time I'd like to leave one of my squad members here to further gather information on your fight with the intruders. Yet for now I'd like your clearance to leave in chase of this dude since he stole something very important to the village. I've a connection with one of the Yamanaka clan members on my team so she'll be able to relay the path we're heading to and let you know so you can send back some information about our actions outside for the Hokage to be informed of. "
Bouncing around on her toes a bit since she was ready to run and leave already Chōumei knew in the back of her mind it was important to have communication and information when fighting an enemy who could hurt Anbu like this, but she really didn't like the fact that they might of been making it way further ahead, but then again due to this fight they were likely injured and weakened so the lack of clues to their escape route was likely no longer the issue since their injury would possibly cause them to make more mistakes and leave a better trace to track.
((OOC:: Komo stepped up in the chat for the investigating bit so we can all dodge that part since she's pretty much been playing the role of our spy minded squad member so lets let her work that detective brain. ))

Their depth and devotion to the weapon arts allows their skill to increase with every rank allowing their weapons to cut through defensive bukijutsu techniques of the same rank.
• Walking Contradiction: Chōsu has oddly no trouble when it comes to performing genjutsu, contradicting and overriding her clans normal weakness in this area, and all ninjutsu and genjutsu slots are compounded into genjutsu, yet learning genjutsu does take one [1] more post for her than others. (not conflicting with buki discipline b/c she "would of" had them)
• Prodigious martial-Artist!: Chōsu has a large and curvy build and flexible physical shape that allows her to learn and practice most any(soft or hard) Buki or Tai-jutsu style rigorous or not with just one [1] slot. Provided her curvy physique has the benefit of mass for hard-style, and springy flexibility for soft-style. (though purely light-weight styles are restricted when heavy) Yet this is a taxing task in terms of the time it takes to learn these Jutsu increasing learning requirements by one [1] post.
• The Hunter's Instinct: Can always find The [Chakra Virus] monster in the general direction from her location.
• Basic Stance Physical :: E :: training The user holds their weapon at the belly button level, with the tip of the blade pointing at their opponents throat. This is a simple, but aggressive stance.
Coming to land next to the two fallen people Yasu's mind instantly went to work with the limited time the Choumei's curiosity bought him. First to the one that smelt of ozone, sniffing quickly he quickly came to the conclusion that it was a raiton jutsu that had blown the hole in him. Though that wasnt what he was interested in. Examining the chest side of the hole first he then flipped the body over and checked the back side hole. His main objective was to tell where the blast entered the body, from in front or behind. Flipping the man back onto his back Yasu moved next to the one with the slit throat. He had finished bleeding quick enough with a wound like that which made his job easier. Pulling out a kunai he measured the width of the wound in comparison to the size of the kunai as well as from which side the kunai first pierced his throat. Weather the throat was cut from in front or slit from behind. Once he had gathered as much info as he could he moved to examine the rest of their bodies checking their pockets for intel and their chests and arms for any markings. Once he had completed that he knelt next to the anbu with the arrow in his shoulder. Pulling the arrow from his backpack he compared the two and upon reaching his decision returned the two halves of the arrow back to his pack. Lightly patting the anbu's other shoulder he nodded,"Good work." Rising back to his feet he took the next few moments to intensively search the area for tracks that were not on the main road out of the city, but instead led off the main path and into the woods outside the village.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXTsubaki raised her hand and waved when Choumei told the man she'd like to leave one of her squad members here. She had no problem sticking back and getting all of the answers. In fact, she already started getting a closer look at the scene, watching for indents in the ground and specific marks in torn clothing. There was a chance the assailant had a special weapon that could be used as an identifier or that he was really heavy on his feet. She wasn't sure how good she was at noticing details but she knew she could ask the man for anything he'd noticed. "Yeah, I'll stick around no problem," she spoke aloud to let the rest of the squad know she volunteered. She then got very close to the dead man with a hole in his chest, almost touching the wound before realizing herself.

Yasu then stood up and led the way, moving off the road and into the woods surrounding the village. Kyo looked to Chōumei and shrugged, following the male. Following the group towards the wounded ANBU members, Kirumi felt sad that she could not do anything more to help the defenders of the village from whatever had stolen the box. Choumei spoke up and offered to leave one of her Yamanaka shinobi here. While Kirumi would not hesitate to offer to lay back here, allowing the group to continue up ahead at their fullest power, it seemed like Tsubaki had beaten her to that volunteer chance already. She silently furrowed her brows, doubting that she could do anything if something came up in the pursuit of the black box. She idly watched as Yasu investigated the bodies, finding herself being drawn in closer and offering to help, but peeling away after feeling like she would get in the way. Now standing around and taking up space, Kirumi looked at Choumei before waiting until the order was given to act next.
As Choumei approached one of the ANBU in a Platypus mask would approach, his silver eyes scanning out from behind, as the girl spoke he nodded and the bill of his mask bobbed in time with his motion. He listened to the woman speak and brought his hand up beneath his chin in a stereotypical thinking pose, nodding again as he let her team move around with his other units.
"We'd be glad for assistance, but we don't need much here. We've gotten a good measure on what happened here. We got hit in a pincer motion, three on either side of our four man gate team, just before shift change. We took down two, the two dead men there, and injured three more. They were opening the way for someone else to break through. He came running through and hit our forces with a blast of blinding light, that's when our two were injured. Commanding unit didn't see the arrow fly, just the bright light. Bird took the arrow to his shoulder and fell. It was poisoned, but the medics have tended to the poison already. Just having a harder time getting the barb loose, it fragmented on impact." He said as he turned to look over to his men.
As Yasu knelt over the man with the slit throat, the ANBU with the arrow in his shoulder smirked and threw a rock at the boy to get his attention.
"That was my handiwork. Right before I got shot, I cut him across his throat just before he could stab Tiger there in the back. Tiger's arm was still stuck in that ******** with the pig face, put a chidori clean through his stomach and the man clenched over on him. If you kids are going out right now after those guys, be careful. The others are injured, but fierce now. They're fighting for survival, not just to escape. Even a cornered mouse will bare its fangs, when cornered by the cat." He murmured, leaning back down, then looking up into the sky.
As Tsubaki referenced staying to help with the investigation, the platypus masked captain shook his head.
"Patch me into your link and I'll refer word back to the Kage on your situation beyond the gates, but you have my authority to take action." The Captain spoke as he looked between the young girl and the squad leader.

食 Chōumei continued to lightly bop up and from from her dancing in place form one foot to the other do to her anticipation of continuing the chase. Yet she found herself intently listening to the Anbu's "platypus story", though the though did arise, "Wonder if that's his favorite animal, or the Hokage doesn't like him very much." Forgetting for a moment about the mental link the rest of those connected to the teams link would hear their leaders passive fore-thoughts and she'd embarrassingly because herself as she'd only show signs of this mistake outwardly by the way she started to twirl at her blonde locks of hair.
Chōumei paid special attention to the number of men mentioned in the exchange. Their were six initially for the pincer but they opened the way for the one, their leader and most certainly from his description in attack preference and the arrow, well he had to be the one that attack big Birdtha. Chōumei would stop her little dance upon hearing about him and would give a slightly more serious and focused expression.Once she'd gotten her full of information on the number of people they had to fight and a vague plan of attack was forming in Chōumei's head she'd share her thoughts with the other after verbally calling for Tsu-chan to patch the platypus in. "Tsu-chan can you patch the platypus into our brain thingy. We'll get moving once you're done and we'll continue the chase their. I've's gots an idea on how we'll be cornering these mice without laying a finger on them. I'll leave the more advanced detailing to Yasu-chin, and you Tsu-chan, also mister platypus I'd appreciate any insight you've gots for my lil'ole squad here. Don't wanna miss go losing any of my shugah'bees! Heheha. " Once the link was up platypus would start the group heading out again and with a wave woudl signal the action.
"Well first I'd like to welcome mister platypus to the nihongo~ mind meld. everyone introduce yourselves by name before you give your input so he know's who he's talkin ta, Kay? Alrighty now for my plan. Or what I cobbled together dancin there. Ya see, like that fella back there who was hit by the arrow said, they're injured and probably panicked, but that just makes them more aware and sharp, there on just more dangerous. though that can be turned on'em. Hyper aware or sensitive also means more easily made paranoid and you know what that means for those of us more skilled in genutsu. Turning them about with genjutsu and causing them to clash with each other and the environment more than they do with us first should up our chances for picking them down to maybe two or three so it's a more balanced fight. Though I'm counting on Yasu-chin as our clinch on that arrow dude. He's gotta have some sort of light weapon or jutsu that's blinding people, cause it's the second time I've seen...well heard of it and then saw in a trance, but NONE THE LESS~SSS."
"Its Intel right, so I say we use the shadows to restrain him and it should be easier cause the light source can produce shadows just as well as it reduces them. Just need to set up a straight line to the guy. that's as far as i got, but the area beyond the village is a bit vague to me so I won't be much help in narrowing down their continued route. Also the formation as is should stand but in the end I think we'll need our numbers to close the deal once we get them down to as few of them as we can. Alright, now you guys jam it out, and give mama some idea's. also mister platypus i think you could help with the route a bit right?"

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXThe ANBU bragged about his 'handiwork' and sent shivers down Tsubaki's spine. She knew Yamankas had a natural affinity for ANBU work but she wasn't sure if she would follow that path... wasn't sure she ever wanted to be so casual about murder. The detail that caught her attention was the chidori attack, though that was more her personal interest than investigation, which she wouldn't even be doing now. She nodded to Choumei and then the man as she connected him to their telepathy. Choumei began going off in their mental chat room and even planned a binding assault move. She asked for ideas as she left the gates. Tsubaki looked at each of her teammates and bit her lip. "Tsubaki Yamanaka. Let's go find this b*****d," she thought as she followed her leader out the gates. She'd be better use on the planning committee when she saw the killer.
