Nindo: " --- " Personality: Proud and Passionate. Jinrai is a bold man with the temper to match, he is proud of his lineage as much as he is of his own skill. While a kind, he is often considered abrasive to others who are not tempered to his mannerisms. Honor and Tradition are the cornerstones of his philosophy on life and battle, fairness and equality remain his key defining traits that he sees in others. Boisterous as he is the man holds no subtlety to being jolly or rowdy, given the time and place and will always love a good fight. He is well learned, intelligent and wise for someone of his years with nothing but the best education but he seldom shares occultic knowledge with others outside those on a need to know basis. He holds a competitive edge with many of the other clans in the capital, but none more than his very own sister, Yoko, whom is his twin. While he respects her, he is constantly in a ongoing battle with her -- her medical to his sealing, his martial arts to her weapon practice. Yet, at the end of the day, she's still his sister and he her brother.

Biography: The Seinaru Enjo clan is said to be one of the oldest of the Five that originate in the Land of Iron, the secluded jewel in the northern mountains with an entire culture lost to the present world as a whole. Jinrai and Yoko are the Twins of the Seinaru, born to Hayato the current head of the Seinaru clan. Katsu, the twins mother was another Seinaru of the clan and the two were born into a curious standing -- they each have equal claim to their clan's legacy and a future possibility to the seat of Shogun. Jinrai was raised with the best education available to him and been groomed for his position to one day become the successor of the clan, yet knowing full well that only one of the two will inherit the legacy. Ever since they were young, Jinrai had been in a competitive state with his sister Yoko and their father often encouraged the both of them to always challenge each other. A bitter rivalry the two shared since their younger years well into their induction into the academy and military forces of the capital. While his sister practiced the medicinal arts, Jinrai took more esoteric studies as he dove into their clan's prowess with the Fire element. For years, Hayato had the two constantly prove themselves in trial by combat against one another to test their strength and keep them in line. The twins were at an odd conundrum with their privileges, it wasn't common for two heirs to be born to the legacy and often they would have to either share a seat in meetings or only one of the two could attend -- often Hayato didn't intervene on the two and let them handle what came of these situations.
Jinrai's family were militaristic and keen on strategy and war, teaching the kids years before they are conscripted the strategy of war. They uphold the tenets of Bushido as many of the other Royal families do, with Jinrai being of no exception. Those who do not enter military service often become blacksmiths, professors or doctors while some become specialists in ninjutsu. Sage mode is a well known practice of the Seinaru clan and a small sect of the clansmen are Ninshuu practitioners as a result, believing it is the source of their natural sage mode. Jinrai himself remains distant from some of the religious views of the clan. The views of the other four clans have been a pendulum in recent years and Jinrai harbors differing feelings for each of the four. The Raiu and Seiryu he sees as two opposing forces, he harbors contempt for the water for their attempted treason to the current Shogunate while he harbors a mix of respect and envy to those of Raiu. Mahofu sit as an anomaly for him, their use of darker occultic forces and the practice of dead makes him want to keep the clan distant, while in the last few years the they've harbored similar views of their respective clan's legacies and the use of its power. Finally he shares a respect for those in the Hogosha, but tend to wonder of their state in the capital, often he remains curious of their isolationist ways.
Yokai had always been a problem for the Samurai and the Five clans but in recent years their numbers and activity have become more prevalent than ever. Jinrai and Yoko were trained in the past five years to remain diligent and set aside their rivalry when it came to defending the people. Yet, Jinrai is always on constant competition with his sister and the recent attempted attack of one of the clans to the current head of the capital left a rift. Hayato, the twins' father, had become busy during the current days with the chaos left in the Seiryu's clan's absence and had little contact with his son and daughter in the past year. Now the Zaishin capital sits on what Jinrai could only describe as a powder keg with the tension amongst the clans rising while the Seinaru themselves are in a struggle as well, unsure of what to make of the current days. A letter was sent to each of the twins on an important matter, a summons from Seizo himself with a request for their aid.

First Class: Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Berserker → Your external training and devotion to taijutsu has allowed you to have a [+1] stat increases to Strength and Endurance. Your hardened body naturally is as protective as Heavy Tier armor without its drawbacks. Degradation of the user's natural defenses applies in the same manner as armor. Once depleted, any damage the user takes, no matter the rank of damage applied increases the user's strength and speed by 1 stat point each for two posts up to 9 points. Should the user take additional damage before the end of the second post, the increase stacks, refreshing it's active time. Second Class: Ninjutsu ▱▰▱ Genius Keystone → You may create a "keystone" technique; this technique is essentially a Ninjutsu ninja's signature move, with power, aesthetic flair and versatility as described in the Keystone Guideline. In addition, you are able to use your third activation for any ninjutsu, whether it is offensive or defensive, once every two turns. This discipline may not be taken in conjunction with another Keystone Discipline. Finally, Genius Keystone Ninja have the ability to Korabo their ninjutsu for 1 activation with varying cool downs depending on the rank of the techniques. E-D - None C-B - 1 A-S - 2 S+ - 3
▱▰▱ Cross Class: → Taijutsu - Ninjutsu: Grants an additional 5 ninjutsu slots at D, B, S Ranks. Grants an additional taijutsu style at C, A, S+ ranks. Additionally, the user gains access to the following technique.
Nin-Tai Armor Rank X : : Spiritual The user may cast a ninjutsu, however as an alternative for its normal state, the user is able to create an elemental armor of the technique that guards the user from techniques that rank and lower while retaining any knock back, status or other effects it may apply. To keep this elemental armor active after taking damage, the user must pay the cost of the technique interacting with it, consuming an activation. If the user is able to strike a target while this armor is active, the ninjutsu is cast from the point of contact, making direct impact on the target, requiring the cost of the ninjutsu be automatically taken from the user's reserves for no additional activation. The user must pay an upkeep two ranks below the rank of the technique with a minimum of E Rank. This technique has no activation, however, requires being paid for at the rank of the technique it is augmenting.

Additionally, hand signs may be executed with one hand. The user's fire techniques all cause an additional post of burning while adding an additional tier of burning/burns to fire based techniques. • Fanning Flames | The user's fire based techniques may be doubled in size for no additional cost. Character: Sumire Mahofu • Part of Me | Sumire is able to control her miasma much more easily. She is able to control the Miasma as if it was part of her body. [ For example, can have Miasma go forward and back, left and right, etc, instead of just having it be there ] • Whispers of the Wind | Sumire is able to have her joints [ hands, elbows, knees, feet ] covered by the Miasma. If it comes to contact with anyone, they suffer the effects of the miasma as it is stated in her bloodline. Can only be used when she's in a cloud of miasma.

Nindo: --- Personality: Siegfried's a quiet and humble man, he is not much for words and exists in a state of his own melancholy over his own past. Originally human, he is often confused at the feel of the odd thoughts and emotion he has, uncertain if its a byproduct of inheriting his wife's bloodline or the fact he is returned to life. He suffers mild forms of psychosis and dementia as well as traumatic flashbacks whenever his memory starts to return, his wife's name being a hard felt blow to his psyche each time. He is a thrill seeker for his own pleasure and loyal to those he trusts, few as they are while he often seeks out history and his past. Ever curious he is as well of the strange bloodline he has, he shares a kinship with other Kemono who are naturally born unlike his unnatural reincarnation.

Biography: Siegfried was on another continent not native the the shinobi world, he lived in poverty and had been a scoundrel of sorts. Mother died to the plague and father to that of war, he was an orphan at an early age and lived mostly on his own in the city of Lammershagen. At one point he came across another in a duel, his rapier to another's b*****d sword as a member of the city guard caught him in the act. They fought but he had been bested, a scar across his chest from Wulfram's blade still there in present day. Ever since such a loss, he turned his ways around and vowed to better himself for better or worse and chose a more chivalrous path. Joining the guard himself as a means of reformation, yet he couldn't completely leave his old habits behind.
Years have passed and he along with a few others separated, Siegfried remaining in the city and became a mercenary for hire and a locksmith by trade. He was close to another woman at the time, Karla whom he eventually married. She however harbored a secret that Karla wasn't entirely human but instead a Kemono, nor was she a native to these lands who followed another man out west. By a tick of fate, he eventually was tempted more and more to visit his wife's homeland, held not by much in the city.
He remained married for six years, grateful for the woman and all her curiosities and Siegfried eventually made the decision to follow a few old friends east as well. Some time along the passage out east to Konoha abound a ship, Siegfried had begun to fall ill after a brief skirmish with another ship and a man with poisonous smoke who was after his wife. In just a few short hours of illness since the fight, Siegfried succumbed to his sickness and died as he was listening to Karla's confessions -- he only smiled, admitting he was only sad he wouldn't see her home before he breathed his last. Karla was a woman who was a fugitive of the land of iron, to her dismay her husband had been caught in the crossfire of a Mahofu assassin and had instead fell to the exposure of the clan's miasma. More assailants were bound and Karla chose the selfless route and began to use Iryojutsu on Siegfried who gave his life to defend her.
An attack came again as their ship began to sink. Karla lain lifeless beside her husband while he was in a coma, his soul brought from beyond at his wife's sacrifice. With that, he also inherited the woman's bloodline, reincarnated with the rat beastkin. The ship sank, and Siegfried was lost at sea until he was found again weeks later on the shores of Tea.
A foreigner to the world of shinobi, samurai and other people native in Fire Country. Found washed ashore on the coast of the land of tea, Siegfried was found in a state of near death seven years ago. Taken in by monks, he was rescued and tended to while in a comatose state, eventually waking a week after being found. Ever since, he has been in a state of amnesia, only remembering fragmented bits of his past and where he came from. The name Rat was the only thing he knew of himself, and a great pain lingered in his mind over loss.
He only remembered he was chasing old memories, fleeting loss of the name Karla pain him still. For seven years he wandered the five shinobi nations, remembering pieces of his past little bits at a time. Old faces he found, but his was often unknown to their's. In Fire country he now resides, reminiscing about the truth of his wife's sacrifice and offering his services to the fire Daimyo often as he could. He was not Siegfried he would often say, and would follow up with "Not until I remember."

First Class: Buki ▱▰▱ Expert (Rapier) → The user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. The shinobi can pick a single weapon, or two if dual wielding, to apply this focus toward with examples such as Katana, Spear, Bows or even Dual Daggers. They acquire a Keystone technique that is unique to them with an additional 2 Custom Techniques derived of this special ability. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. With a minimum of 5 chakra or stamina paid.

Second Class: Tamer ▱▰▱ Chance Encounter → You are allowed to have a pet with a mythological aspect to them. This branch requires the pet has a minimal of four TA points, (points may be borrowed from later in the class if a single class, as well as bypass that rule of TA per body rank until C-ranked). This pet may have one additional Tamer Attribute. In addition, this pet gains an additional 25 chakra and stamina per the body rank of the user. Finally, this pet may be summoned and dismissed either the summoning jutsu, or by any means of calling a pet, (whistling, shouting at the heavens, etc), as long as the means makes sense within roleplay. The chance encounter also blesses you with one of two options; either every other rank you gain [10] Ninjutsu or Genjutsu or mixed slots for a total of [30] slots (D, B, and S), or, you gain [1] additional Taijutsu or Bukijutsu style every other rank for a total of [3], (D, B, and S). ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Tamer-Buki ~ The user and pet can Korabo bukijutsu techniques together for a single activation with varying cool downs depending on the technique's rank. ▰ Blade Blitz | Rank X | Complex The pet grips their weapon in their mouth if unable to use hands. The pet moves at blinding fast speeds, increasing their speed by [1] per rank of the technique. The pet flashes forward five feet per rank of the technique, slicing those along it's path with the blade infused with the pet's desired element.

Strengths: • Coordination - Siegfried is akin with working in tandem with his rats. • CQC - His natural abilities are further enhanced by the bloodline along with keen skill with a rapier. Weaknesses: • Genjutsu - Little to no training against illusory arts and mental attacks. • Seals - No knowledge of seals and time-space techniques. Fears: • Cheese - Siegfried has an irrational fear of cheese, the smell and texture puts him off hard. It is unbecoming of him to like the Cheese... He hates the smell, the look and the implied memories of it all. • Kemono - He was not born or raised as a Kemono but has been reincarnated with the bloodline of a full-blooded Kemono, others of his kind spook him.

• United We Stand | Siegfried's tamer pet is not a single animal, but calls upon a swarm-like mass of smaller rats aptly named the Black Death. The Black Death must operate as a single mass when dealing in combat interactions and function as though they were a singular entity. Attacks that hit a swathe of rats affects the entire swarm as well, this extending to other techniques that would also benefit them in other ways; both positively or negatively. Siegfried can disperse the swarm and remove the Pet from combat and prevents them from being a target, this also prevents the pet from being used in any way. Conversely, gathering the swarm puts them back into combat but any resource drain and other factors remain on the pet if regathered in the same encounter. • Deft of Hand | Siegfried's transformations are more closer to a humanoid nature unlike others like his kind. Siegfried is able to manipulate his body and weapons and perform Tai/Bukijutsu in a Jujin-Kaiki state as he would normally in a human form. • Fleet Footed | Gain +1 Taijutsu Slot, Learn Taijutsu +1 Faster, and gain a +[1] increased speed every two body ranks. Evasive techniques cost [5] less resource to use at body rank E-D increasing to [10] at C-B and [15] at A-S
Christmas Event PAs • Form Quickening | Jujin-Kaiki does not require an activation to shift or change forms, Siegfried is able to change himself at any point he wishes. Additionally, he is able to shapeshift freely into his beast form in a similar matter. However, anger and states of high emotion often lead to involuntary transformations. This trait can only apply to the base Jujin-Kaiki and the partial regression technique. (Rei Note: Last bit is a flavor trait.) • Fancy Ratkin Shenanigans | The Jujin-Kaiki state and subsequent other bloodline forms do not limit Siegfried's Ninjutsu or Genjutsu in any way, allowing him to perform each as though he were human. • A Curse Has Its Benefits | Siegfried has been blessed with his affinity to the Black Death, when his Pet gains a Tamer Attribute he is able to benefit from it as well for the cost of 2 Custom slots. • Diseased Heart | Siegfried has a resistance to Disease with his close association to vermin and diseases, any applications of the Disease Status is reduced by [1] Tier.

▰▰▰Personality: Legion has a collective overall swarm is an entity of hunger and gluttony, they share a sense of loyalty to Siegfried as a Rat Kemono but only just that much. They fear things unlike other rodents, naturally avoiding cheese along with natural predators such as cats and owls. Individual rats are timid and docile, when combined in their single swarm they're nearly fearless. Legion do not like fire or intense heat, but are joyous of dead carcuses and other things to scavenge. Lillian, or Dove, is one of the few individuals the rats of Legion are open to being around comfortably while they tend to play pranks on Wulfram. The rats are intelligent, much more so than the average individual rodent and are capable of understanding human speech and orders, as a collective union their intelligence is heightened even more so in the presence of Siegfried when he summons them to his aid, but when dispersed they remain independent. ▰▰▰Background: There's not a single time Siegfried can remember when he met the Legion or Black Death. He's been followed by rodents ever since he awakened anew with the bloodline of the kemono race. He is able to understand rodents and has a bond to his collective swarm as in part due to his inherited bloodline. It was within the past three years Siegfried began to learn he could order them and impose his will over rodents in general. While other tamers master their union with a single pet, Siegfried has honed to use a swarm as a single entity. Strangely enough, they're afraid of cheese just as much as he is...

Okay so
Deft of Hand - Approvable but you should know that as long as your form allows for it you can already use tai and buki in the beat state. It's only other jutsu types that are limited. So all this PA is doing for you right now is kinda sorta letting you use a sword while on all fours? Idk but I think a rat's paws can already hold stuff like a sword handle.
Form Quickening - I don't think this is game breaking at all BUT at the end of the day it's just reading as giving you a free activation. Yeah it might be limited to only one technique and when combined with Fancy Ratkin this benefit is minor (? I think some of the jutsu requires it) it's still there as a hard no for PA rules.
Diseased Heart - This is the same judgment that I passed on Jenni who wanted to do something similar. The idea is fine but I'm not comfortable with being permanently locked out of ever getting tier 4. Especially when it's for free due to a PA. Maybe I can help write a replacement though! There's always the idea of reducing the effects OR flat reducing the time by posts per body rank or something like that. I've been playing around with that idea for awhile C:

Deft of Hand - It does exactly what it says it does, no implied shenanigans hidden within the text. His man-beast (jukin-kaiki) state is more of a humanoid form than most other Kemono due to both backstory reasons and how he acquired the bloodline. If someone else implies it can mean I use a greatsword or some such as a tiny rat then they're reading too much into it. I can adapt its wording to be more precise and clear if need be.
A fair judgement, Diseased Heart was a tougher one to think on overall. Reduction or resistance on status effects is a recent introduction through a few things in the guild, most recently is Endurance capping off and reducing the tiers of select statuses.
Of the PAs, this is the only one I consider a re-think the assessment on as it is specific to a single status and a very seldomly used one. But I am for a rewrite as well, the base idea is actually become straight up immune to Disease's worst effects for full disclosure on the intent for story purposes.
Form Quickening is more of a means of adapting archaic design in account of how old Kemono is. Man-Beast Regression in itself confers no real statistical changes or direct benefits outside of its relation to the bloodline's traits -- very niche in its applied use. If wording is a problem, then perhaps a supplementary activation with caveat can only shift once a post.
Fancy Ratkin is a PA to adapt the Man-Beast Regression as noted in the technique itself, a means to allow the Kemono to perform jutsu they normally can't otherwise do.

Form Quickening -- Offering to supply a rewrite if it is just wording that is an issue, explained my reasons up above. Kemono is old and form shifting really shouldn't take an activation in the first place with it giving no actual benefit other than access to techniques and use of the bloodline.
Diseased Heart -- Fair judgement, not sure what to do with it. Full disclosure on what I actually intended with it up above. Wanting to see a way for it to work, my full intent is a strong mitigation of Disease -- niche as it is.
Deft of Hand -- Says what it says, his form is more humanoid as he is not a natural Kemono. Mechanical benefit there is not having to worry about arguments of what he can/cannot use.
Fancy Ratkin Shenanigans -- Not mentioned in review but referenced to. Has no relation to Deft of Hand, it's just taking the cop out presented by the wording within the Man-Beast Regression technique.

Nindo: "Do not fear the unknown. Explore it" Personality: Tōsokurui is, in short,odd. The man will often mimic squid noises whilst he walks with cadence and sometimes even in rhythm. Often you'll find him going 'bloop' 'bloop' in the strangest of places, such as in trees, on roofs, or even in a trash can. Conversationally the man is whimsical and often will make squid puns when not feeling threatened. Having awakened to the color spectrum his has become both marveled by it but at the same time has lost a bit of his wanderlust and occasionally finds struggle in finding inspiration. The man also has little respect for personal space or social norms as if he'd been born sheltered his entire life. Needless to say this leads to unexpected antics such as unwanted physical contact, breast groping, uncalled for tickling, etc. Albeit its mellowed with age. When he wants he can be extremely philosophical and endearing...this usually ends on a stupid note though. I.e "The night sky is like an ocean, the stars unknown areas to be explored, and us, but wee fishes...can you just imagine how many squids could fit up there? Bloop." His Onomatopoeia's, however, often change in tandem to his mood. Depression or hunger is usually accompanied by ebi meaning shrimp. When excited the bloop is often replaced with a passionate ika meaning squid. When attracted to someone bloop is replaced with tako meaning octopus. In combat, the man is a combination of analytical and unpredictable. He has gained in maturity over the years but still relishes in both the enjoyment and inconvenience of others and though he's now developed what could be called a 'business persona at the end of the day when all is said and done and professionalism is set aside despite being and only seeing in grey without his Ikkakugan he proves to be quite the colorful character.

•Heritage Keystone: You receive an additional 5 custom technique slots to be used only on bloodline and bloodline-related techniques. Additionally, you may create a "keystone" technique; this technique is essentially a Bloodline ninja's signature move, with power and versatility similar to a technique such as Kamui. This technique must be submitted as a custom jutsu and approved. It also does not take a custom jutsu slot. In addition, you are able to use your third activation for any Bloodline Jutsu, whether it is offensive or defensive, once every two turns. This discipline may not be taken in conjunction with another Keystone Discipline. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information.
•Legendary Worker: The user is able to create one additional legendary item of any profession for themselves as well as one additional weapon for their village or their rogue group that the character is a member of. In addition, the user is able to add [1] additional element, [2] additional DR, and [1] additional custom ability to each of their custom weapon and armor creations made through crafting. Finally, weapons and armors crafted by the user consume half the inventory slots and are crafted at two ranks higher in durability.
•Erudite Academic: You compromise on excelling at one to be proficient in both sealing and sensory. The Academic's body is considered a scroll so seals can be used and stored on your direct body. Your body may be treated as three scrolls equal to their body rank. If you are double class and have a second discipline from this class then you may add the five slots to your mirrored amount of ninjutsu, using these techniques for ninjutsu, sealing and sensory. Fuuinjutsu and sensory skills do not require handseals and are one rank less in chakra cost and this stacks with the cost reduction benefits of scholar specialization. All three of your activations can be used on fuuinjutsu and/or sensory for one post every three posts in combat. In addition, the duration of all sealing techniques and all sensory techniques are increased by two posts. {Event Grant Pa} • TentaSkill: The years have honed Tosokurui's proficiency with his tentacles. Tentacle motions may be used to fulfill the conditions of hand signs.
• Taintacles: The corrupted nature chakra the event produced has bled into Toso's body resulting in a mutation of his tentacles. They now form creases at their ends which open into sharp-toothed maws allowing them to bite, grasp, or tear things in an unsightly manner but their more prevalent use is the ability to function as extra mouths in which to emit spit based inking methods. Inadvertently they also seem to have vocal cords and can speak independently of one another in various pitches. Although what they say derives from Toso's current thoughts of which he may or may not want to be said aloud making them all the more difficult to keep in check. Alternatively, they can also function as a proxy for speech when Toso himself doesn't want to speak personally.
• Vantablack Assassin: Anything the Ukyo's ink covers is effectively hidden from sensory detection aside from the normal senses of sight,smell, and hearing. The Ukyo user may still detect inked targets normally. Other non-chakra methods of detection such as heat, and motion, etc are still detectable.
• Thick Limbs: Use of extra limbs with Taijutsu cost [5] less per rank to perform, the Hojo gains an additional Taijustu style.
• Tox-synchrony: Ukyo's Poisonous Existence feature can be applied to Hojo-ink, inadvertently confers the Hojo immunity as they are unaffected by their own inks effects, also if doing such, forfeits the benefits. Using Ceremonial Blend or if the Hojo-Ink is mixed with foreign chakra i.e an enemies Suiton the immunity from the resistance to one's own tainted ink is also lost.
• Art of the Bloop: Reduces the costs of Brush and Ink based techniques by [10] increases the cost of every other technique by [5]
• Pastel Swap: Can alter the color of a particular Hojo ink after it's been emitted and made contact with a surface. It does not, however, change its properties.

Many Arms of the Squid Rank: E-S As the Hojo cultivated and developed the realization that multiple crude arms could instead prove just as an effective tool for preserving their extensible limbs came to light. However these extra limbs were intentionally made imperfect as they were easier and less excruciating to produce. They bear even more of a resemblance to their pacted brethren in the sense that limbs produced this way do not have digits and are instead nubs not unlike tentacles. • This Technique can be trained up only to the user's maximum body rank. It can then be retrained at each body rank increase the number of limbs. • Each Rank of [ Many Arms of the Squid ] confers an extra appendage that may extend from one's back, sides, or neck. The appendage is retractable capable of hiding within the body and may extend up to 10 yards away from the body. This appendage however, cannot form hand signs. • If an appendage is lost, the only way to recover it is with the Hojo technique [ Arms of the Squid ] which makes them just as precious as one's current limbs. • The appendages for the most part can be considered tentacles, these appendages feel pain as any other appendage, these appendages have a unique benefit of being treated as [ Whips ] for whip oriented Bukijutsu. • These appendages are severely disadvantaged using taijutsu that requires, hands, fists, or great feats of physical strength resulting in [-2 Rank Detriment] to the technique it's used in conjunction with. • Using these appendages with Taijutsu that grapple confers a [+1 Rank Bonus] to the grapple and sustaining the grapple. • These appendages can be used in conjunction with Hojo clan [ Sticky Fingers ]

If the limb with the hand is lost, when/if it is restored the S+ training to reattain a hand on that limb must be done again. These extra limbs do not grant extra activations.
Nindo: "Do not fear the unknown. Explore it" Personality: Tōsokurui is, in short,odd. The man will often mimic squid noises whilst he walks with cadence and sometimes even in rhythm. Often you'll find him going 'bloop' 'bloop' in the strangest of places, such as in trees, on roofs, or even in a trash can. Conversationally the man is whimsical and often will make squid puns when not feeling threatened. Having awakened to the color spectrum his has become both marveled by it but at the same time has lost a bit of his wanderlust and occasionally finds struggle in finding inspiration. The man also has little respect for personal space or social norms as if he'd been born sheltered his entire life. Needless to say this leads to unexpected antics such as unwanted physical contact, breast groping, uncalled for tickling, etc. Albeit its mellowed with age. When he wants he can be extremely philosophical and endearing...this usually ends on a stupid note though. His Onomatopoeia's, however, often change in tandem to his mood. Depression or hunger is usually accompanied by ebi meaning shrimp. When excited the bloop is often replaced with a passionate ika meaning squid. When attracted to someone bloop is replaced with tako meaning octopus. In combat, the man is a combination of analytical and unpredictable. He has gained in maturity over the years but still relishes in both the enjoyment and inconvenience of others and though he's now developed what could be called a 'business persona at the end of the day when all is said and done and professionalism is set aside despite being and only seeing in grey without his Ikkakugan he proves to be quite the colorful character.

[Event] • TentaSkill: | The years have honed Tosokurui's proficiency with his tentacles. Tentacle motions may be used to fulfill the conditions of hand signs. • Taintacles: | The corrupted nature chakra the event produced has bled into Toso's body resulting in a mutation of his tentacles. They now form creases at their ends which open into sharp-toothed maws allowing them to bite, grasp, or tear things in an unsightly manner but their more prevalent use is the ability to function as extra mouths in which to emit spit based inking methods. Inadvertently they also seem to have vocal cords and can speak independently of one another in various pitches. Although what they say derives from Toso's current thoughts of which he may or may not want to be said aloud making them all the more difficult to keep in check. Your genjutsu have an additional post of endurance as well as 5 less upkeep cost per rank of the technique with a minimum upkeep cost of 5 chakra. Biography: While relatively young, Makoto and Itsuki had looked at themselves in a mirror. Their only words were "Who are the other two?" Their parents, in short, panicked slightly; though they did a relatively good job of hiding it. A few years passed, the war ended, and the two of them developed a fascination with mirrors; almost constantly making comments about the other two girls, who seemed to always appear behind the two of them in any mirror they looked at. Others who looked, however, only ever saw the two of them; and no others'. Seemingly at the same time as their fascination with mirrors, they developed habits; wherein they would, horrifyingly and gruesomely, torture small creatures to death. Eventually, shortly before letting them take their Genin exams, their parents took them to a psychiatrist. Their parents were not happy, to say the least. He stated they were seemingly suffering from several things: Bipolar disorder, sadism, and delusions. The general conclusion from said psychiatrist, and his strong suggestion, is that the both of them should be institutionalized. Their parents however, in quite a loving way, decided against such. Instead, they tried to get the two of them to get psychiatric help. Which only seemed to partly help. Now, we're here; where their story truly begins, and where we're like to see some truly horrifying things.

First Class: Bloodline ▱▰▱ Dual Ancestery → Dual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the optional attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank. Second Class: Genjutsu ▱▰▱ Lasting Hypnosis → The user's genjutsu prowess has achieved a heightened level of potency and lingers for longer. The primary sense of any genjutsu that was released using Kai lingers for [1] additional post. This residual effect is minor because the manipulation of the target with the technique has ended. For example, a complete darkness sight genjutsu that was dispelled may leave the lingering feeling that the world is still a bit darker than it is in reality. If a genjutsu used a mental status effect then it will linger for [1] post longer at one level below what it was before at a minimum of level one. Originally level one mental status effects are too weak to linger. The base duration of your genjutsu are increased by [1] post at E-C, [2] at B-A, and [3] at S and above. Instance genjutsu are not affected by an increase of duration but instead cannot be dispelled by kai and only by pain. Genjutsu upkeep lessens by [5] Chakra per body rank and non-Instant are applied with overwhelming, requiring lingering genjutsu to use [1.5x] the resource to Kai. ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Bloodline – Genjutsu: The user is able to combine their bloodline techniques and genjutsu together for one activation by using the bloodline technique as a trigger by effecting the target's senses. This ability has a three post cool down. Bloodline Techniques and Genjutsu cost five chakra less per rank of the technique.

Strengths: • They find Genjutsu to be almost as easy as breathing. • They are, strangely, quite good at weaving. Weaknesses: • They're notoriously bad at cooking anything other then sweets. • They find it almost impossible to play music, beyond a few notes. Though they do occasionally hum something to themselves absentmindedly. • They are horrible at anything that takes actual endurance, such as running, swimming, or climbing. Fears: • Losing eachother. • Dogs.

While within the Unleased Stage of the Curse of the Gemini, this PA adds two additional ranks to an attack if both carry overwhelming. • Interweaving Fairytales | Because the Sakkakugan is so adept at weaving genjutsu together, they are afforded a unique version of self korabo; which is done in place of a normal korabo between two illusions. When more than one genjutsu is on the target: Their ranks are shifted so that the lower ranked genjutsus get their strength bumped up to highest ranked genjutsu on the target for the rest of it's duration. This is only useable up to the users self ranked korabo level, and each genjutsu is still treated as separate when interacting with kai. Any upkeeps are also increased to reflect this change.

Nindo: "A blossom by any other name..." Personality: She is extremely shy, and often appears somewhat scared by other people. However, she is a very sweet and caring person; she just can't handle strangers most of the time.

Biography: Having been born into a merchant family, the expectations for Ikiomi were both high and relatively simple. She was raised to be a proper lady, and was being groomed to be the perfect wife. This all drastically changed when she turned eleven. Her family was surprised by her sudden show of affinity for plants of all sorts, ranging almost the entire spectrum from vegetables to trees; and even to flowers! Her father, ever the profitable thinker, bid her to explore these newfound abilities. Even he wasn't ready for what she could do with so little effort. Almost at will, Ikiomi could sprout flowers from barren soil; and could read how plants "felt" like they were an open book, quickly and easily being able to determine their near-exact physical state. Barely even a month later, she found herself more than capable of producing both salves and poisons from the plants she grew and tended. By this point, her whole family was practically in awe of her inherent abilities; but the, supposedly, best was yet to come. One time, she had found two of her brothers sparring; and asked to join in, because it looked fun. They decided to humor her, and actually let her try her hand at it for a bit. They were caught utterly off guard by how quickly she took to combat, disarming them if not completely pinning them in place. Ikiomi, herself, on the other hand; simply found it amusing how her brothers were letting her win, even though that was far from the truth. By this point, two months had passed; and other families were lining up to introduce their sons to the O-dorohana's "little flower". In short, she found most of them to be incredibly nice; but most of them became a little annoyed at how much she talked, her constant stuttering didn't really help much either. However, her parents' plans changed swiftly enough when Ikiomi decided to enroll at the academy in the capital city; her parents felt little reason to argue, as it would only increase her chances of potentially meeting, and possibly marrying, a samurai from one of the noble houses. And in their eyes, there would be no greater honor; Ikiomi herself didn't really mind the idea, but felt unsure of how they would think of her. The better part of a year later, she graduated from the academy; but even so, she felt like there was still an awful lot of things for her to learn: Both about herself, and her people.
▰▰▰ CLASSES AND STATS
First Class: Bloodline ▱▰▱ Dual Ancestry → Dual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the optional attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank.
Second Class: Medical ▱▰▱ Combat Medic → Shinobi of this discipline gain the ability to pay for their simple taijutsu as complex. This does not alter its strength in collisions in any way from a standard simple technique. The user's body is more attuned to adrenaline, which allows them to receive a benefit from their techniques which use them every other post versus every three post. In addition, the user gains a 1 point increase in a chosen stat per body rank but must utilize all increases in the same stat. The user's body is treated with the durability of medium armor without any drawbacks. Furthermore the medical learning reductions gained from this class also count towards taijutsu learning reductions. The shinobi gains three tai slots, one at D rank, one at C rank, and then one at A-ranked. Finally, the user is able to augment their Genesis Rebirth Technique. Not only does this discipline allow the user to utilize the technique twice, but each time the user is restored of 250 chakra. The user also deals with trauma they receive at one rank less than other ninja. ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Bloodline – Medical: The user is able to combine their medical techniques and bloodline techniques for a single activation, paying only the total resource cost. Doing so allows the harming elements of the technique to impact foes while the healing aspects are able to heal allies in it's area of effect simultaneously. Once every three posts, the user may use this effect with offensive medical ninjutsu.

This includes their own Mokuton techniques. • Green Thumb | Chiru members have a deep connection to flowering plants. This connection allows them to grow and manipulate them with simple gestures and movements, such as swiping their arm through the air or stomping their foot. Hanaton does not require hand seals and can be performed while in Sakidasu without needing to revert forms.
