Some of her mane falls in front of her, the rest falls behind her in the long waves. Tail: Cerynei tail, same color as body, but maybe with a hint of copper at the edges Hooves/Fetlocks: She will have customized fluff that will flow, similar in length of that of an Angenis, the tips of the fetlocks will change from her body color to the same color as her hair. Her Hooves are the same color as her hair, a dark copper. Concept Origin: King of the Sea (Father of Uroko and Molokai) and the Pygmy Sweeper Cardinal

Body: His body’s markings are that of the Pygmy Sweeper Cardinal and the coloration matches that of the fish.
Face: Matches that of the markings on the fish. His eyes are a purple bluish color.
Mane: His mane is a dark navy blue, a cross between his son’s mane and his daughter’s mane. It is flowy and long, appearing to be wave like.
Tail: I am not sure if this is possible, but could he have a tail similar to that of his son? And that of the Pygmy Sweeper Cardinal? If this is considered a mutation, then the kelpie style one tail (the original one) will work fine :]
Hooves/Fetlocks: Hooves are black, fetlocks match the coloration of the Pygmy Sweeper Cardinal. He has customized fluffy fetlocks.

Head: Upon his head is a crown of blue coral.
Neck: Around his neck is necklace containing shark teeth, purple clam shells, and pink pearls. Also near his neck, a Spanish dancer has attached itself.
Front legs: He has bracelets of coral around the upper part of his front two legs. One purple sea urchin is holding on.
Back left leg: A squid the size of the king’s head (if you can do bigger, that would be wonderful) is wrapped around the visible leg.
Back: In different areas of his back, there are four purple sea urchins resting.
