Character: Theodin Poe Technique Name: Chakra Golem Rank: E-S (B rank to learn) Type: Ninjutsu/bloodline Element: Wind, Water, lightning, maruton, Hyouton, Ranton Description: Theodin utilizes his chakra and ninjutsu expertise in a unique and powerful way, breathing life and consciousness to elemental form. These forms can be considered in similar concept to clones, but can take many different shapes, sizes, and have more capabilities. Each rank allows the form to be larger or smaller, with a normal human size being at B rank, while doubling/halving with each rank. Each rank has an available pool to them equivalent to a ratio of theodin's chakra/stamina, with S rank being Theodin's full available pool while E being 1/32 of the available pool. The golem's are capable of any taijutsu/bukijutsu that theodin knows, their rank and lower, as well are capable of performing any elemental ninjutsu their rank and lower of their associated element in theodin's arsenal. All costs are drained right from theodin's pools. In order to defeat/disperse the golem, a technique of a same rank or higher must score a direct hit, or a jutsu of any rank to which the golem has an elemental weakness to. Maximal golem usage (number of golems that can be created) is based on the highest rank that theodin is using.
S=1, A=2, B=3, C=4, D=5, E=6
Because Theodin use a life-giving breath to create the golems, the golems come from his mouth, allowing to him to create them even if his hands are bound or otherwise occupied. Each golem can use two (2) activations per post. Technique uses two (2) custom slots
Character: Theodin Poe Technique Name: Elemental Shaman Rank: E - S Type: Ninjutsu/ Bloodline Element: Raiton, Fuuton, Suiton, Hyouton, Ranton, Maruton Description: Using his skill in chakra nature manipulation, Theodin is capable of changing any elemental jutsu he knows to a different one of his capability, allowing it to maintain the same description albeit different elemental effects. Performing this alteration adds -1 rank of chakra cost to the needed technique. (1.5x chakra cost)
Character: Theodin Poe Technique Name: Storm King Armor Rank: S (2 custom slots) Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ranton Description: Theodin's chosen specialty variation on the raiton lightning armor technique, let him create a full suit of armor from pitch black, super compressed and hardened storm clouds. The technique gives him the same speed and reflex increases as the lightning armor, plus anyone who touches him/ he touches while he is wearing the armor receives a strong shock of electricity from lightning arcing throughout the storm clouds. (enough to cause minor burns and possible local muscle spasms or numbness) unless Theodin chooses otherwise; this shock is able to travel up the water of suiton techniques to shock the user if the user is connected to the other end of the jutsu.
Character: Theodin Poe Technique Name: Kekkei Touta: Plasma Release: Coronal Mass Ejection Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu/ Bloodline Element: Kekkei Touta (Plasma) Description: Holding out his hands, the user of this technique creates a large sphere of super-heated, charged, flowing plasma. By sending a bursts of chakra through the sphere, the user can fire beams of the plasma at targets, with size and number of beams depending on rank. On impact, the heat of the plasma vaporizes anything it hits and sets the surrounding area on fire. Requires the Rai/Sui/ Fuu elemental combination. Plasma Sphere: Due to the energies necessary to produce plasma, it takes 1 post of stationary concentration to generate enough plasma for the S and A rank beams. To use the B and C rank variations, takes both offensive activations for that post. (one to generate plasma, one to fire beams) Size/ Scaling: The S rank blast is a single, massive beam, 20 meters across, with a 10km max range, and sets everything within 40 meters ablaze on impact. Number of beams doubles, while beam diameter, and blast radius half as rank decreases. (S: 1/ 20m/ 40m, A: 2/10m/20m, etc, down to C rank)

Description: Designed by Theodin Poe, with the help of his teacher Sanshi Satetsu, and built by San; this expandable staff has a built in chain and spring mechanism, with push-button activation, that either quickly expands the staff to its full 7ft length or quickly reels it in to a mere 1ft length for easy concealment. It was also built to come apart, with a simple twist and pull, into two pieces, allowing for more versatile use. By feeding a small amount of chakra, an omnidirectional blade can be generated along most of the length of the staff for a duration. Constructed of San’s superior metals, it is capable of channeling Theodin’s chakra to allow him to use his ninjutsu without handsigns, as well as serving as a conduit for Ryousei no Jutsu, increasing his absorption of natural chakra and storing natural chakra for later use, as well as functioning as a regular senjutsu stick in combat and for training others in the sage art.
Ability Summary: • For a C rank chakra cost, ends of the staff (30” from either tip) can be coated in an omnidirectional blade, blade then acts as a purely physical weapon (strength of blade = rank of physical technique used) Lasts for 10 posts before needing to be reapplied. • Using an activation, the staff can separate into two (2) pieces, each up to half the staff’s total length. • Can be used to cast elemental ninjutsu (including bloodlines) without handsigns, for normal chakra cost. Effect only works while weapon is in hand. • Serving as a conduit for Ryousei no Jutsu, the staff increases the absorption rate of sage chakra to 1.25x normal and can store up to 1/3 of Theodin’s total sage chakra pool, but costs a B rank of chakra to retrieve the stored sage chakra. Can also be used as a senjutsu stick for training and combat purposes.

Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Doraihyoton [ Dry Ice Release ] Rank: B for learning reasons Type: Supplemental Ninjutsu/ Bloodline Element: Hyoton ( Acts like Null ) Description: Using this jutsu, Sonyo is able to make her ice extra special. Instead of using normal water ice for techniques, sonyo is able to use dry ice instead. A "Dry Ice" chakra pool is made; how much is in it depends on how much chakra is put in to it. If a B-rank worth of chakra is put in, then Sonyo gets a "Dry Ice" chakra pool of [ 40 ]. The same applies for each amount put in. However, pools cannot stack and this jutsu can only be used [2] posts after the current pool has run out.
Character: Sonyo Rue Technique Name: Hyouton: Frozen Wasteland Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu/ Bloodline Element: Hyouton ( Ice ) Description: After making a series on hand seals, the user will begin to pull the moisture from the air and freeze it; said ice will cover everything in a circular range. This is plates everything in the surrounding area in an inch thick layer of ice. The user cannot break the hand seal in till the ice formation is finished, thus the advance of the ice will halt before it's finished. Not having been made of Hyouton ice, the ice can be broken by techniques of the same rank. Range: B- 36 yrds ( About 1/3 of a football field )
Character: Sonyo Rue Technique Name: Chill of a Frozen Spirit Rank: B Type:Ninjutsu Element: Ice [ Hyouton ] Description: By embedding the air with her Hyouton chakra, Sonyo decreases the air temperature of her surroundings to 30 degrees Fahrenheit. The radius of this technique is 10 ft in every direction, giving her a cold area in which it's very implausible her ice will melt. Using an A-rank Katon technique for two posts in a row will return the area back to its normal temperature. This can't be used in junction with her dry ice technique.
Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Ice Release: Falling Sleet Rank: B rank ( then D to maintain ) Type: Ninjutsu Element: Hyouton Description: Purposefully creating an imbalance of suiton to futon chakra the user creates a slushy ice to use in various ways. The slush can either fall as a continuous light rain of sleet encompassing the field but only clinging to people and causing extremities to be slowed a bit through cold temperature or in a swirling defensive vortex around the player with much higher intensity. Anyone trying to pass through the vortex will be considerably hampered and slowed while in the sleet. The wall of sleet in the vortex is roughly 8 feet. These jutsu by themselves are not very dangerous however they can be used as catalysts for more deadly action.
Character: Sonyo Rue Technique Name: Exploding Frozen Suns Rank: A-rank Type: Bloodline/ Ninjutsu Element: Hyouton / Fuuton Description: Upon studying the workings of Fubuki's Ice Bombs, Sonyo came upon a different idea. Upon finishing a string of handseals, a hallow ball of ice forms with a shell about two inches thick with a diameter of a foot and a half. Inside this ball is compressed air, enough to bring the shell of ice just before the breaking point. This makes the balls of ice very sensitive, and even the lightest touch causes them to explode in to millions of shards of super sharp Hyouton ice that fly 150 feet in every direction. The lethal range of this bomb is anywhere in till the 50 foot distance, severe injury occurs in till 100 feet away from the initial explosion, and acute injury anywhere from there till the end of the effective range of the explosion. This technique can also be detonated from a max distance of 20 yards from the ball's position with another string of hand seals and an additional cost of [10] chakra. Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Medical Stasis Rank: A Type: Bloodline/Eiseijutsu Element: Hyouton Description: After making a string of handseals, the user places their hands out in front of them. Using their Hyouton chakra, the user quickly reduces the temperature in the air in front of their hands to sub-zero temperatures. This flash freezes anything in the immediate vicinity, cryogenically freezing it. The mind processes slow down, muscles stop working, and the blood coagulates in the veins, making field surgery that could be normally life-threatening a lot safer and a lot quicker. It can also raise the survival rate of those poisoned, as it slows down the crawl of the poison through the veins. It can also stop internal bleeding and swelling. Unless immediately treated after being cryo-frozen, however, the inflicted will eventually succumb to hypothermia and die; so this technique can only be used by Sonyo who knows the sweet spot in order not to kill someone.
Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Oxygen Mask Rank: C-rank ( E-rank upkeep per post ) Type: Eiseijutsu Element: Fuuton Description: The user covers the mouth and nose of the target in a thin layer of chakra. This layer of chakra creates a selectively semipermeable membrane that lets only oxygen in and letting all exhalation waste out. This has many positive benefits like helping those with troubles getting enough oxygen in to their system. It also filters the air breathed in by the person effected; filtering out any toxins, spores, viruses, and other unwanted particles like sand, dust, and ash out of the air before entering the lungs. This jutsu has the appearence of a bubble like film covering the mouth and nose.
Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Deficiency Rank: C-rank Type: Eiseijutsu Element: Suiton Description: After making a hand seal, the user envelops their hands in Eisei-fused Suiton, creating a semi-permeable membrane. By feeding directions to this chakra during formation, the user can change what can penetrate the membrane, but once the jutsu is casted it cannot be changed. Using osmosis, the user hits the target, drawing out a specific vitamin or mineral from the opponent; this can be anything except water. Deficiency in any vitamin or mineral can cause serious issues-- therefor the effects of the deficiency must be stated along with the jutsu. Genin can cause acute deficiency, Chuunin can cause moderate deficiency, and Jounin and above can cause Severe Deficiency in their target. This jutsu also has healing properties, as sometimes someone has an access of a vitamin or mineral in their body.
Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Neural Disruption Rank: B-rank Type: Eiseijutsu Element: Description: Coating the hands in chakra, the user stabs at the opponent. This jab sends a surge of chakra through the nerves and muscles of the body, scattering signals from the brain to the muscles. The body begins to work in reverse; actions are inverted and the brain starts to get confused. Someone goes to move right and they move left, someone means to jump and they duck. This effect lasts for [3] posts and gives the user time to either attack, run away, or come up with a plan. Though it is possible to begin to work against the jutsu, it is impossible to do so when dealing with reflexes such as grabbing for something when you're falling or flinching away from heat.

Character: Hikari Akira Technique Name: Will of Anima Rank: B Type: Genjutsu Element: Maruton Description: Drawing on the power of their mind and spirit, the user bolsters their mind and body allowing them to more easily defend against other genjutsu as well as increasing their own mental power, allowing them to focus their chakra better. However, after the genjutsu wears off, the user has been mentally strained, unable to use the technique again or defend well against genjutsu for quite some time.
The user gains a mild bonus to defense against genjutsu and allows them to increase a ninjutsu technique by one rank by spending an extra activation and doubling the chakra paid to activate it. If the technique is offensive then the extra activation takes an offensive activation. Lasts 4 posts and only affects ninjutsu up to rank C for genin, rank B for chuunin, and rank A for jounin and above.
After the genjutsu wears off the user loses the bonuses and instead has a mild decrease in defense against enemy genjutsu, along with a flat 30 increase to the chakra cost of any technique that uses chakra, due to trouble focusing it, for 6 posts. This cost increase cannot be decreased with cost reductions. This technique has a large recoil to the user's mind and they must sleep to be able to use it again.

Character: Miko Tengoku Technique Name: Kugutsu no Jutsu Conversion Rank: X-Rank Type: Kugutsu Element: Kugutsu Description: Adapting the basic Kugutsu no jutsu technique Miko is capable of training it so that the strings are stronger and hold a more viable density. Thus her techniques or weapons involving these trainable strings can increase their potential strength in (stamina) effective rank(s) damage. Prolonged generation of strings has an up keep equal to the initial cost per post.

Puppet Name: Kounetsubyou [Yellow Fever] Puppet Appearance: Yellow Fever is a 5’7 ft moderate built figure, that to some may seem like a normal man with a mask on. The Mask it wears is lightly skeletal and birdlike denoting some resemblance to an Anbu mask with no markings, but it’s lower jaw being a gasmask also defeats that deceptive angle to those savvy enough to know the difference. This figure is dressed like a tattered mercenary or possibly a weathered hobo. Beyond it’s appearance, the clothing are loose and baggy. Underneath its strapped tarp clock is the mark of Miko’s village. Visibly on its person are holsters and places to place weapons or scrolls if the “ninja” so choose to add them to their person. This would be the other slight assumption in appearance that might assume this figure to be a mercenary, or ex shinobi soldier.
Puppet Description: Kounetsubyou is a Puppet once used by Miko’s father that he developed with the help of his father. The way of the shinobi didn’t quite work out for him, so as time wore one and Miko came to inherit the aspirations of her grandfather she used her own prodigious skills with puppets to further develop Kounetsubyou. Made of a steel allow frame with titanium joints most of the other body is wooden with a leather skin layer providing a mannequin base for the puppet. The joints and mobility is much looser and are more akin to that of a gymnast, though what restrictions in motion are to help in the illusion of it being human. Other than the frame the mechanisms of the puppet are built out of a chakra molded alloy or conventional materials. The right arm is a senbon launcher; the left leg holds a whip like tether that the puppeteer had complete control over. The face-mask is gasmask that is creates smokescreens. The puppet wears a charka sensing reflector that acts by forming a cloud of chakra from a personal (Fuuin sealed) reserve to reflect or hamper the efforts of chakra sensing abilities. Wraapped over it’s person for the most part are tattered clothing with holsters for ninja armament. Hidden under the black half of its cloak is a chained sickle. The yellow striped half is made of chakra infused threads that increase defensive purposes.
Mechanism Summary:
• Right-arm has a poison senbon needle launcher which fires from the palm. Stocked with 200 senbon needles. Poison is an anti-coagulant that causes sudden symptoms of the flu (shakes, fever, rigid breathing, etc.) for two [2] posts.
• Yellow Fevers Gasmask works in the reverse releasing a yellow smoke that hides the puppet and makes it hard to even see your hand in front of your face. This smoke is not lethal but the smoke is held in a one time re-loadable (trough Jutsu) canister of mild tear gas. This smoke screen can be held for ten [10] post nonstop. The cloud coverage is twenty [20] cubic feet, when cut off mist last for two [2] posts before dissipating..
• The steel skeletal frame of Yellow Fever has a titanium joints and a mechanical air-pressure based hydraulic system that makes it movements and attacks more powerful in short order as well and cushioning/quieting its motions when not pressing a offensive with bolstered actions. It does this by building air pressure in the joints and then releasing it when the pressure in the joints is built up enough. This frame can on lock and break into segments if need be to fire any one of Yellow fevers limbs like a bottle rocket using the pressure from the hydraulics. [Takes one [1] post to build pressure in Joints]
• Yellow Fever‘s signature yellow striped tarp cloak is composed of numerous chakra infused fibers, allowing it to take on heavy hits by Level B-Rank Techniques of any charka affinity.
• Inside the shin of the left leg is a 2x2 centimeters thick 40 foot long prehensile segmented tether of with a bladed pincer claw tip that acts as a hose of a canister that can be filled with a liquid X_____X Poison that’s dripped from the left thigh to coat the cord. In it’s housing in the leg, while the first 8 Ft are left outside the body to wrap around the figure of the puppet being hidden by the draped clothing it wears. The dripping canister can be connected to draw the (X_____X) poison to spray in a mist or jet form from the “mouth” of the pincer if applied.
• Wields a chakra metal chain & sickle weapon that’s counter balanced by a hollow ball that holds smoke pellets that can be tactfully released from its round bell shaped appearance. The smoke pellets are mostly a distraction and unbalancing mechanisms taking effect for only seconds ( an instance in a post goes unseen by no doujutsu) [30 pellets held, chain 20 feet, blade cuts like a C-rank vacuum blade]
• Worn around its waist Yellow Fever holds a tool that works to disrupt sensing of chakra by causing an echo of the chakra it’s provided via a chakra metal chamber intended to be sealed by a Fuuin jutsu seal to better regulate the opening and closing of the released Kugutsu chakra. (provided the jutsu is known by the shinobi)Otherwise this hold for chakra s only temporary and is limited in the size and use of the chakra stored. Where in only 20 chakra from the user can be stored and is released all at once.
The chamber is found in the lower abdomen and intended hold a surplus of kugutsu chakra.. The Kugutsu chakra chamber is provided from the Puppeteer in the puppets preparation, and restocked by increments of 20 chakra point per post (outside of battle). For sensors this mechanisms may only cause them to vaguely sense the position of the opponent, making their presence seem expanded rather than in one fixed point. Even for doujutsu it can create a fog of reflective chakra that doubles to cause a static cling to clouds of mist or dust to help visually conceal Yellow Fever even when faced with techniques to clear the air (futon). This mechanisms expends a single burst of ranked from it's reserve, that can permeates and cling to smoke screens, but this only last for two [2] post per use. The reflective nature isolates sensing to the cloud when caught inside, and prevents sensing inside when outside, un-ranked sensing is hampered as well in limitation. On it's own the cloud of chakra is only 30 cubic feet.

Description: A family heirloom of the Tengoku troop of shinobi thieves. Proficient in performing untraceable thefts by using Kugutsu Myoushu (The Puppet Master) to weave their strings around unsuspecting "pawns" they commonly planted dolls and the like at the scene of the crime to later string them up at a distance and carry out their heist. being refined over the years this crossbow and it's easy to use design was made so that anyone could pick it up, yet to use its true abilities only the devoted puppeteer shinobi could conceive of it's strength.
Kugutsu Myoushu is a hybrid model of a compound and automatic crossbow design elongated to allow for a greater draw and sniper capabilities. This design causes the limbs of the bow to be more curved inward and fitted with cabs/axles that Increases the potential energy the bow can release while also controls the recoil and noise produced be the bow. The automatic portion of the bows design allows for quick use and reloading various magazines/bolt types in the field when stalking a group. Fitted with a scope capable of clearly viewing up to 1.3 miles, a little under the max range of the weapon 1.5, it posses a powerful threat as a sniping tool. Kugutsu Myoushu's segments and cams are all bolted into place with stealth chakra nodes meant to effect the visibility of chakra strings. What other metals do make up the body of the weapon is an inert chakra assimilating alloy that both applies an charka affinity and varying effects on the weapon when chakra is introduced into it, as well as a durable and flexible material that works well with the bows repeated strain of fire. The Groove of the weapon can be coated with poisons. As well as the special affinity of the weapon acting as a control panel for the puppeteer shinobi. The cams/axle system and limbs support finger work of the puppeteer and extend the strings and the amount of motion the can get out of their Marionette/ puppets.
The weapon is of a matte paint design in dull colors to decrease visibility. The limbs can be closed in for a more sleek appearance when carrying it outside of combat.
Ability Summary: • Strings formed using Kugutsu no Jutsu, Instantly notching the bolts to fire with every expense of five [5] chakara, further more controlling the weight and power of the bows draw without straining the user physically is a natural benefit along with the compound/automatic bow design. All kugutsu no jutsu are compatible with weapon if applicable to mechanism, ammunition, and summoning. [This counts towards Activation limit]
• Kuugutsu Myoushu is weapon specially made for Puppeteer ninja, as such it's own affinity for being used while a Kugutsu ninja is operating their puppets simultaneously is a given. It acts as an extension, or control bar, for their strings so how the user grips and handles the weapon can work to control the puppets as well. This "control bar" effect also extends the skill of the Puppeteer In their over all string count efficiency by one [1] Rank. The shinobi must be directly handling the weapon for this effect to take place, remote handling trough kugutsu does not count.
• Bolts fired can be sewn with chakra strings, allowing the user to latch onto things the bolts make contact with passing over the string, re-establishing connection to a puppet. --_Doton: Doton shifts the relative weight of the bow while handling it. Allowing one to increase or decrease the weapons weight making it a weary blunt weapon in close range, and further supporting it's balanced handling.
--_Fuuton: Causes the Limbs of the bow to act like sharp blades, allowing them to cut like low level Fuuton (ex: Vacuum blade)
