ATTENTION
After much time to think about it...
I feel that the family members should retain a similar body color as in gray/blue. Nothing too out there and I am taking Lenore as the exception since I didn't expect her to be so bright. xD
Something along the lines of Hania Shen and Adalyn.
Because if there are too many different colors...it wouldn't look like a family you know?
COLORS
Black
White
Gray
Dull Blue (Hania is a bit dull blue gray)
A Golden Color (Tying in Lenore's hair)
MARKINGS
Dapples
Runes
Tribal
Gradation

Well I don't have one that is really in the family per say... >...>
But I love the white/grey colors the family has going on so far. But I think to add in various varients of blue would be awesome too. :}
As far as markings go I am a sucker for tribal and rune. biggrin But again, I don't have one that is really in the family line. xD

Do the 'distant' nephews/cousins/younger generation have this in effect, because they would have had to breed with members outside the family, ne?

@Muffins - I guess it depends really. I don't think they would find mates that are like rainbow colors. xD This is a very muted family, but that isn't to say there isn't some other colors floating around in the throwbacks somewhere.

Who were you thinking of getting in alt lines?
Only like one or two were going to be in those lines and they aren't directly related to the family.
I'm trying to think of it in a genetic stand point because then there would be more drafts and warhorse's running around.

Well i was thinking of Camille being on alt lines because she is not dainty like a mare. She would be thicker built due to playing with stallions and hanging out with them when she was growing up. She did all the things normal mares would not so she was built stronger than them

I don't know if that would fit. Since then I would have to go back into the lines and see who would have the draft or warhorse lines. xD
Which I can do at the end of the week.
She doesn't have to be a draft or warhorse even if she is a little tomboyish.
Nukpana is that way and she is a reg.

I have had many ask about having family members in the alt lines, draft or warhorse, and I want to know what the consensus is.
Should there be alt lines in the family? Yes or no.
If you say yes, I want to know why they should, who would be in the alt lines that you plan on getting and how would it fit into the family.
If no, I want to know your reasoning for saying no.
Simply enough and if you just post yes or no I'm going to hunt you down! D:<

No,simply because you're already having a hard enough time going through each family member and changing different things and going to what others would want.
I asked for Bodhi to be a draft,you said No.So i haven't really said much about it.I accept your decision.
Just the fact it would change the whole family line from what it was in the beginning.

ARUBA HAS ARRIVED~!!!! xD He's only a familiar, but he plays a vital role with Justice. Justice truely believes that Aruba is her heart turned into an animal, and Aruba is never far from her. If he doesn't like something, she thinks she's not supposed to like it. Aruba knows what she believes and is incredibly attatched to her, and can get somewhat jealous of others.

I'm going to say no to draft lines being inside of the family... Like with the simple colors, the family seems to be more delicate and spiritually based than physically strong. =/ I don't know if that's a good enough reason, but it works for me ^^;
