Bleach: End of an Era ((Open 9/28/12))

Ossman tilted his head up so as to not look upon the soul reapers. "I sense four refined and powerful pressures and one not so refines, a possible candidate for a Soul Reaper or an unseated officer. I also sense seven, no, eight weaker spiritual pressures, human." Ossman looked at Diego. "Am I correct, hermano mayor?" He shifted took get a better look at Diego's face so that he knew exactly what he got right.

((okay fully added all info on Kenzo's fullbring including description,name, and release command....if anyone can come up with a better name and release command let me know cause that was the best I could think of. By the way Tyler do fullbringers have a fast technique that is similar to flash step, etc?))

Kenzo now had the feeling that he was going to die as Estrella released her zanpakuto. That is what he thought when all of a sudden his Quincy cross necklace started lighting up, then broke in two pieces, and embedded themselves in the palms of his hands. He did not know what to think of it but he held his hands out to see then two spears appeared in his hands. Kenzo was now even more confused but took it as a sign to continue the fight. Now armed with his new weapons he took a battle stance and said, "All right Estrella come at me!"

((It's on the first page, Troy. But you should have your character wait until he learns about it, since he's new to Fullbringing, 'nawwhutimean?))
"Oh, good, good! You've learned quite a bit in such a short time, joven!" Diego beamed, clapping his hands silently.
"Four Soul Reapers, escorting one academy trainee on a visit to his home, it looks like. He's got a big family, that one.... Let's see," he muttered, a hand on his chin. He counted two elders...possibly the parents of the household. Three adults, two of them clearly brothers, and a third either a sister or a wife. A wife, most likely. And amid them, three children, all girls. One of them was noticeably stiff around the Soul Reapers...as her brother passed her by with his escort of four, she actually turned up her nose.
"That's...odd," Diego observed. "Well, see what they're capable of. Show no mercy, pero no te puede usar su zanpakuto, joven. I'll keep a watch nearby in case we run across any more Captains. Have fun!"

Estrella raised an eyebrow at the release of the new weapon.
"That's not going to help you, fool boy!" To prove it, she used Sonido to dart around her quarry in rapid arcs, firing no less than six arrows every time she passed him.

Kousuke was silent, debating in his mind. Then he shook his head with a scowl. "You won't." He said with a firm tone.

Maria darted off to the side as quick as she could. Dodging the same attack was getting irritating and repetitive. She stopped in place to the left of Meiso and pointed a finger at him. "Hado number 4, Byakurai!" A jolt of white-blue energy formed at her fingertip and burst forth, a straight line of lightning at the Soul Reaper.

"So, half-Quincy, half-Soul Reaper? Interesting combination." Takeshi stopped his whirling to bat aside two of the fast flying arrows as if they were flies, then reached out and grabbed the third. He puckered his lips a little in a pout as the stared at the glowing shaft. "Nice arrow, but don't you want it back?" With that he ran over to Akihime, not bothering to use Hirenyaku, and threw the arrow as hard as he could back at her, sweeping upward with his Schneider.

Akihime fired another arrow into the center of the returned one, and followed up with a barrage, firing hundreds across the battlefield in mere moments. The ground glowed with a faint blue tinge as the spectral signature of Akihime's attacks painted the landscape. She began calculating the patterns of her opponent's movements, and looked for the next opening.  

[Strider Wolfheart]

Reddo smiled, something he hadn't done in a long time, and then with even more surprise he began to laugh. It was a true laugh, not evil or sarcastic, but true. "You know, I haven't laughed in a long time. There is hope for you yet Kousuke but to tell the truth if I wished to kill you..." Now Reddo's face became deadly serious and his eyes flashed with strength. He suddenly disappeared. "I would have done it already." Reddo was behind Kousuke back to back. "You are strong Kousuke and you have the makings to be great but you have a long way to go." Reddo was gone again and in front of Kousuke now. "Meiso, Takeshi, we're pulling out. I believe our jobs here are complete."

Meiso had dodged the bolt and now stared at Reddo. Reluctantly he replied. "Very well, sire." Meiso opened the same golden gate as before.

Ossman let go of his sword. "¿Como puedo?" He questioned but shook it off. "Fine, Bala and Cero all the way through, then." He cracked his knuckled and began his decent onto the family reunion. The second he hit ground, the Soul Reapers were on his with their swords. "Pues, estan apurado." Ossman lifted his neck, reminding himself of who he was to them and what he was actually here to do. "Not even an introduction? I am Ossman, you're names are?" The young men questioned Ossman's reason for being here but at this point they were at least relieved that he was oing through the costumary ritual. They all gave their names.

"Ken." Replied the first.

"Mizo." A girl, Ossman smiled to get her attention. She just looked at him angrily.

"Daki." He would probably be the toughest one.

"Shimara." Another girl, Ossman did the same and was met with the same response.

He smirked and whispered. "So uptight." He stepped back from the blades. "I propose a fight to the death. We start when you do."

They seemed tense at first but Daki attacked first with a stab, just as Ossman had thought. The attack was dodged with a lean, the blade came short. After that the rest jumped in. Shimara and Mizo when for a form of pincer maneuver, Ossman sonido'd back a step. "Too slow." They became angry and flew at Ossman with their blades. He, again, sonido'd back and stretched his jaw. "Cero." A blast escaped him and the Soul Reapers jumped back at the sight of the ray but took a mouth full of dust. They coughed and waved the dirt from in front of them but Ossman was already at them with a bala. Daki couldn't escape and took a punch to the gut.

"Good shot!" Diego whooped at the heavy Soul Reaper's crumpled form. "But don't relax, yet." Without another word, the one introduced as Mizo felt the searing cold of Diego's Glacial, the blade biting into and shearing off her sword arm at the shoulder. She could do nothing but finger the ghastly wound in disbelief before she passed out from shock. Exsanguination was too boring a death, in Diego's opinion...so he stomped on her neck until it broke. It took two kicks. He gave a cold laugh as the humans gaped in horror. "Okay, that's the last time I get involved, I swear. Have fun!" A gleam of black, ravenous bloodlust that would have disturbed even Drekovec Vel'Moc crossed Deigo's eyes. He leaned against a wall and watched the fight become a massacre.

Takeshi planed to avoid or smack any arrows that threatened his life away from him, and was in the process of doing so, until Reddo spoke. He stopped abruptly, then gave a flourishing bow to Akihime. "Of course, my liege." Casually, he walked over and yanked his Schneider out of the ground, deactivating both as well. Then he gave Akihime a quick peck on the cheek, his tattoo crinkling at his left eye as he smiled, winked, and said, "See ya later, Quincy girl. Next time will be much more fun." He walked over to stand by Meiso's side, the spiritrons dissipating as he stopped using his Quincy ability.

Kousuke nodded, neither giving his opinion nor showing his emotions on his face. "I would tell you to stay away from Seireitei from now on but it doesn't look like my words will be listened to." The fiery wolves pacing by the hem of his dark robe sat down on either side of him, staring at Reddo with their impassive eyes as Kousuke sheathed Odio. "I have no idea who or what you are, or even what you plan. But if you do come back with ill cause," He glanced at Meiso and Takeshi. "I'll chase after you without hesitation with the city after me, you can be sure of that."

"Brave words captain. I am sure however that your head captain should be able to tell you the larger details. We shall be back to...assess your progressions, each of you. Until then, should you wish to see me in my own domain meet me in Tanah Hari. Good day." With that Reddo stepped through with Meiso quickly behind him.

Even though Kenzo had new weapons he was still at a disadvantage with Estrella using her Sonido. He was at least able to deflect her arrows now using his spears but he was still unsure of how the weapons would work since he never used spears before. Regardless he analyzed Estrella's movement pattern then threw one of his spears in the direction that she was going to appear next.

Akihime screeched with rage and fired a heavy parting shot in the direction of the fleeing enemies.
"Personal space! We here in Sereitei think quite highly of the idea," she growled as the senkaimon closed.

Estrella gasped with shock at the emergence of the new power.
"No...you can't be a fullbringer, can you?" Whether he was or not, she didn't have time to think about it. One of the lances pierced her through the midriff, causing her to cough up blood and drop her bow. The spirit particles orbiting her in the forms of stars and moons dissipated. She used the last of her energy to summon a Garganta home, and hoped someone would be there to help her.
"Damn you..." she coughed before succumbing to her injury.

Ossman couldn't help but smirk as he looked on at Diego destroying his opponent. He then turned his attention back to the others. Daki was crippled, doubling over in pain. The other two stood terrified. Ossman put one foot back and disappeared, he reappeared behinf the two and punched one in the flank. He disappeared again and kicked the other in the stomach. He continued using sonido to appear and disappear to hit them. He finally Ken with a bala to the back of the head and Shimara with a bala to the stomach. Ossman was brething sort of heavy when he finally got around to finishing off Daki with a cero. "It would have been easier if you had let me use my sword. I didn't need to use resureccion this time around." He rested on with his hands on his knees. "¿Ahora que?"

"Ahora...vas a morir." It was the quiet girl...the one with the disdain for Soul Reapers who spoke. Her Spanish was clumsy, but the message got across in any case. She reached up and grasped a pendant hanging from her neck by a thin silver chain. The chain broke with a snap, and she let it drape over her hand as she held the pendant to her lips and breathed lightly on its silvered surface. The pendant broke, and a long tendril of quicksilver emerged from within it, becoming larger and larger until it had a mass almost as large as that of the girl, herself. It took the form of a wide buckler, worn on her left arm. "Laughing Mirror," she announced coldly.

Diego was reeling with laughter, now.
"You're not gonna take verbal abuse like that from some Rukon bruja, are you? Kill her!"

A long moment passed as Kousuke stared at the empty space the odd trio had disappeared at. The crackle of his flame wolves reminded him of the situation and he snapped out of his trance-like stare. Without a thought, his bankai faded away, the fiery animals barking as they dissipated. Then he went over to his forgotten bag of candy and popped one in his mouth to calm his nerves. "King of Souls, and two lackeys it looks like," He said, breaking his temporary silence. "What do you two think of that?"

Maria uncloaked enough so that most of her body was visible. She was loathe to undo it solely for the fact that she'd be drained almost completely. "M-maybe we should get the other captains...and tell them."

Takeshi chuckled under his breath after he darted through the glowing doorway after Meiso and Reddo. "I haven't been in that area for a long time." He mumbled to the other guard. Then hooking his Seele Schneiders on his belt, he was content to wait for Reddo to speak, or make any comments before he spoke again.
