Kelsa is sweet and rather shy. She is curious about the land walkers that live where she can't really go, and isn't sure what to do with her own seafolk due to not having met very many in her isolated strip of water. Just because she's quiet doesn't mean she's not without opinions or ideas, and she does like to have company even if she seems a bit nervous about it. Being lonely is kind of sad after all.

A small little seathi, she is still young so she's got a lot more growing to do. She's pretty speedy in the water, but how could she not be with all the practice she's had fleeing from strange shadows on the water's surface?

History
She came out of her shell all alone, having been washed away in a storm that raised the water level. She doesn't know where she is, and her pool is no longer connected to the place she came from now that the flood receded.
