Gabriel noticed how the noble woman up front went to another direction, was she not going back to Volvagia. But then he understood how she may be tired, he was tired as well. He looked back and halted his horse. He got off and said "Lets stop here....If we continue all the way, you wouldn't have the energy." He sighed and saw how the horse sat down and looked at Gabriel. She was pretty obedient even though Gabriel stole her from the ranch. He looked at the road and saw no incoming carriages or anyone. He sat down and sighed, tired. They rested for an hour or two.
Until Gabriel stood up and told the horse that they should go, just like he thought, she obeyed him. That was when Gabriel noticed the marks on her legs. He ran his hand through it 'looks like not all of the Kessig guards are that nice. hah~ They might even fit into being a Volvagia guard....' He then just took the rope and said "We should just walk for now...." He lead the way and in the middle of doing so, he noticed a big tree at the side of the road. An apple tree, there was an old woman too, cleaning the area around it. He pulled the stolen mare to the side of the road and told it to rest again. He approached the old woman and said "Maam.....Would it be rude to ask for some of the apples?" the old woman looked at Gabriel and smiled, she took her time trying to stand up and when she did, "Its fine, take as many as you want....."
She smiled seeing Gabriel nod as he went to pluck some apple and washed them at the river beside the tree. He got up and saw a tombstone nearby. He looked at the woman and decided not to ask anything. He got to the mare and fed it apples, she must be hungry. While after she ate, Gabriel got her to drink the fresh water of the river. He was thinking of keeping it cause it was so obedient to him..maybe she was thankful that Gabriel got her out of her misery of being tortured to be the best at the stable? Who knows.
While waiting for the mare to drink, Gabriel looked to the side again, looking at the tombstone again. He wasn't being nice to the old woman cause he wanted to, but it was cause he needed the apples and water and he was to tired to kill, eventhough he rested for a few hours before. the woman caught Gabriel looking at the tombstone. "My husband..." She said with her fragile sounding voice.
Gabriel looked at her and looked back at the tombstone. She sat down next to Gabriel and said "He died during a war......Shot from the back...by his own companion. A traitor." She looked sad remembering her past. Gabriel just sat there doing nothing, he didn't ask her to tell him why her husband died. But since he had nothing else to do while waiting for the mare to finish drinking and eating apples, so why not listen any way?
The old woman continued, "He was the man of my dreams...the love of my life..he was a good husband and a good father....I really went insane when he was gone." She shook her head. "But When I came back to my senses a few years after his death....I realized I left my daughter." Gabriel stared at the water flowing down the river, being abandoned wasn't something new to Gabriel, so he knew the complete definition of it. After all people kept on abandoning him for no reason. He gritted his teeth now remembering that some of the people that picked him up were the people who knew about the boy who people kept on abandoning. So they picked him up and abandoned him the next day, just to keep the cycle running. He felt like going off to search for them and kill them.
But he stayed put. Then he heard the old woman continue again, "I went to search for my daughter, I was around my early 30s and found out that she was taken in by these bad guys from Volvagia.....She seemed okay with staying with him....and she didn't admit I was her mother, The guy shove me away and told me to disappear from him sight. My own daughter even slapped me....." Gabriel looked at the old woman and sighed, great now she was crying, even then, Gabreil did nothing. Until he heard what he heard next.
"That evil man's underlings raped me and threw me away....I got pregnant because of them......Being homeless and with no money and no one to help me raise the child....I had no other choice but to abandon the baby....." When Gabriel realized this.....HE bit his lip and stood up. "M-Maam....I'm going....It...was nice seeing you." He pulled the mare away from the river and rode off to Volvagia. Biting hard on his lip. He stayed strong tried not to get back to the old woman. His mother. He cursed and just went off for Volvagia.

When elsieAI mentioned the kings were picking sides and all, i meant the other kings and queens from other kingdoms invited to the banquet

((Uhm I think you missed the whole part where Mommi Dearest and I..Aren't at this banquet and made no metion of going to the banquet and as such you put us there in yours posts. That is God Modding. Also you've already run away and escaped making in IMPOSSIBLE for us to do anything to your characters unless we were magically in the woods you guys are in. You also stated the princess being defensless verbally anyway against the accusation without her PC giving any actual form of reaction. As I said her last post was in response to mine where we are ALONE in a room in the castle talking for the first time.))

(Ummmm, the banquet that I mentioned in my post was suppose to be after the wedding. I thought that was clear...and we left early in the day as well basically right after breakfast since my character was speaking with the king while he was eating and I didn't eat before I left.)

oh okay sorry about that, so where do we go from here? Do you want the others and i to delete our posts and rp accordingly starting from the wedding first then the banquet and repost everything after that? Honest question, not trying to be rude of anything

Mistakes can happen. Also I appreciate your stating that your not trying to be rude. (I understand that text can often be misinterrupted) and as such I want to make it clear I am not trying to be disrespectful to any who joined in on the time skip. So let's start with you guys leaving with Uilenyk's character. Then (this one is my fault for not being more clear) the wedding is a like two weeks away from the the first post. As in We're on Day 1 the wedding is Day 15. (IN roleplay not real life time). This gives time for everyone to develop our their subplots and not have anything rushed and crammed in. The wedding can be postponed based on what occurs in the story from there. This gives your characters more time to plan out everything and the others more time to interact and develop their roles in the story. Second I should make more clear the distance from Kessig City to the kingom of Volvagia. Remember this is medival times so we're going by the speed of a horse. It will take roughly three hours travel. They are not neighboring kingdoms. And lastly,and this applies to more than the three people who partook in this time skip mishap as there are many who have done it...PLEASE STOP creating pre-concieved notions of any kingdoms. Volvagia is not a nation of criminals. Kessig guards just like any guards in any kingdoms, enforce the laws on at least commoners. Sometimes turning a blind eye to the action of nobles. Kessig is not afraid of Volvigia but the guards recognize nobles and don't mess with them. Also things are not on the edge between Kessig and Timberland so it's going to take an eleborate plot (more than just killing some guards..) to cause mistrust and plant seeds for war. Thank you. Also Uilenyk is from this point on in Charge of all the history, culture, customs, and rules of the kingdom of Volagia. Mommi Dearest is in charge of Timberland beyond anything mentioned by me prior too in the plot, and I am in Charge of Kessig. I request from Mommi Dearest and Uilenky that before they make up lore for their respective kingdoms they just run it by me so we're all clear. I hope to avoid anymore confusion amongst players in this RP. Thank you kindly.)

((Ooc: I'm sorry for just going with the flow and adding to the confusion of the timeskip and last two pages of posts. So, just to clear up, are we starting from the point when the Volvalgians left their king at the road or maybe just from the stables area? Also, I think we should make it a point for everyone to wait until everyone else has posted before posting again, unless their character is in a middle of a conversation of some sort. Again, sorry for adding to the confusion.))

(((Yeah, I agree with what Sivler says. Also, owner of computer has told me to not go to gaia on it, so I will have to use my 3DS for further replies; unfortunately, doing so is a hassle as I am unable to post or send messages on the 3DS at times, so it could take a while to respond. Also, sometimes the page won't load because the page is "too big" and I have to refresh it. It also takes longer to read long posts. Now, so you do not ask, I am dropping out of the rp. I was looking forword for it too; although, maybe I should still participate. Only thing is, gaia might log me out for being idle too long because I was posting a long reply.)))

(((I am waiting for Hikaru or someone to do something that I could work with. Actually, this is the third time I tried to post something, and I think I found a way to post, but it might not be permanent.)))
Pit couldn't wait for the wedding, though he thought it was unfair for the prince to be betrolled to someone he did not choose, but he didn't want a war either.
