Please answer the following questions honestly, and as completely as you can.
1. Why do you want to breed these 2 Pae'il? Well for one, Celestia is the only pony princess without children. More seriously though, it seems like a reasonable next step for them in their relationship and another chance to grow closer. It might also be somewhat therapeutic for her to raise children.
2. How would the breeding impact the RP, and the characters? Celestia is really pining for her own children, so I think it would be wonderful to let her have some. It would create an additional source of conflict when Rochadhiel becomes a thing, and it would really give her and Faoth a chance for some conflict (and resolution and growth) regarding raising the children and the ability to grow even closer.

In some aspect, I think they might also provide a sort of gateway for Ranuin and Ayala to become more involved with her and them as a couple as well, since they'd be big siblings and all.

It also has potential create some character growth for Wellspring when he has to deal with his 'parents' now having to divert a lot of their attention from him to the new babies.
3. When did they first meet? What were the circumstances? When Celestia was leading the ponies to Laisidhiel, he was the first pae she spoke with and their guide to the tree.
4. When did they first fall in love? The Summer Lovin' Event after being trapped for over a week

1. Why do you want to breed these 2 Pae'il? They have a breeding potion, but also because they do seem to have a reasonable amount of chemistry together and have similar relationship ideals. Plus, Thalia doesn't have kids yet and their powers really compliment each other.
2. How would the breeding impact the RP, and the characters? Thalia would not mind a family of her own, and finds Hjortur pretty agreeable as far as coparenting goes. It would give her a facet of responsibility that is different from what she currently handles as part of Venus' retinue.

Hjortur is in the process of sort of adopting a little naiad girl that he's recently found (Pippin), so he'll already be going through some development in that respect. I'd find it interesting to see how he handles the added responsibility of some of his own. Plus, these would have the added dynamic of their parents being separated a good portion of the time, if only for the fact that Thalia cannot live under water and Hjortur can't live on land.

Depending on how the kids turned out, they'd also have to figure out the most effective way to coparent despite one clearly being the primary caretaker.

4. When did they first fall in love? While they certainly had a mutual attraction during the Summer Lovin' Event, it wasn't until Valentine's that it was really solidified

1. Why do you want to breed these 2 Pae'il? It's the next step in their relationship. They sort of raised their harpy chicks together, and both of them are mothering types in some capacity. It's time for them to start their own biological family.
2. How would the breeding impact the RP, and the characters? Obviously some practical changes will be required, like moving in together lol. Elizabeth has previously been resigned to never love, and having children with Xanthea will cement their relationship and allow Elizabeth to open up and be nurturing and really allow herself to love again.
It would allow Xan to share pieces of herself with Elizabeth that she'd never be able to otherwise. They would have started their legacy and path to immortality by having their heart and memories live on in their progeny.
3. When did they first meet? What were the circumstances? Chance and brief meeting at the HQ before it was destroyed, then a fateful date at a Valentine's Day Ball!
4. When did they first fall in love? While stranded on the island during the Summer Lovin' event. They lived and worked together for almost a year. The seeds had been planted before, but they really flourished together on the island.
