It's quite simple. Just use your name (it can be nickname or alias name too), add an "x" in your name, and scramble up the letters to get it. For examples:

Sora + X = Roxas
Dalin + X = Xaldin
Ansem + X = MANSEX LOL xd JK JK (real answer is Xemnas)
