No, the idea that the actor is in personal contact with any of his fans did not occur to me.

Well technically it could be if he set things up that way, but that's highly unlikely. He does answer us on occasion, though.

Hes nice that way. The best I've ever found for answering his fans is Joss Whedon. He regularly posts on websites, and not just announcements, but he posts in forums, too. Somewhat randomly.

Well right now they're organizing a way for fans to send in ideas for ways to resolve a cliffhanger they just dropped on us.

Oh? Thats really cool! All those fanfic writers - among others, of course, not every fan writes stuff - have a chance to actually get their stuff viewed! That is a fantastic idea.
