well anyways i don't think there all dead that would just be bad writing. what if not all the asgard overtime evolved what if some are still human like in another galaxy.

There's a loose end they never took care of. Remember Revelations? They had an ancient Asgard in stasis, and it looked more human.

Yeah. Stasis pods seem to be everywhere, in both galaxies. Who knows how many there are?

As many races have them, probably loads.

Yeah. Every planet probably has a stasis pod on it somewhere!

Every Asgard-protected planet, anyhow.

Or any planet with an ancient outpost. In the Milky Way or Pegasus.

But that wouldn't necessarily contain an Asgard.

Oh, you're right. Sorry, I was thinking of Ancients, too.

They have different stasis systems. The Ancients froze themselves and the Asgard used tanks.

So? Its still stasis, it still preserves the person inside, the culture and knowledge, etc, and isn't that what we were talking about?

Sure, I'm just saying that they'd require two very different types of maintenance.
