Unsheathing his katana the blade would burst into flowing electricity. The white katana glowing in his hands, he would hold it in one hand, and duck under the thrown spear. He would then slash upwards as it passed by, effectively slicing the bo staff in two.Klaus watched Hozuki carefully. There was no reason to harm her, he only needed to restrain her or keep her busy until someone arrives. He would not take matters into his own hands.

The young Hozuki fought against few people to refrain from having to go evacuate but a building had fallen and blocked their path. Her mother escaped that fall but she didn't escape anything else. Her ruby hues now shows emptiness and nothing else. She watched her bo staff getting sliced in half. Very well. Used her feet to channel the chakra as the ground rumbled then roots busted out of the ground, all of them aiming to pin down the Hatake as well impale him.

Masahiro would smile as he took the missives that the young girl held and turned them to face her, the sign of the Academy Teacher stamped upon them. He would also remove another D-ranked Missive from his pocket, with his own seal upon it, Higher Up's Request. Handing them back to the girl he would smile.
"Go turn them in at the booth beside the Message Board and collect your rewards Kaede. You're making good headway into the path of the Shinobi. I'll be hosting a class later on..." The Hokage would begin before he caught sight of the pair that had gone from spar to full battle.
The pair began to go berserk and he could feel the fear and the aggression coming from the respective combatants. The Hokage turned from Kaede and made several quick handsigns. A sudden burst of chakra would dance over the room and five platforms of raiton infused chakra would burst into existence, one immediately blocking the path of the Senju's mokuton technique to save the young Hatake's life. The others would make a slightly curving path that turned vertical in a path towards Hozuki.
The Hokage would then step onto the first and launch himself along the gateways. With a sudden burst of speed from the first gate doubling his speed, the next would double it once more, repeating this boosting process twice more the Hokage would strike from beside Hozuki, aiming at her upper ribs on the back of her body, to prevent collapsing a lung from a fracture. The force of the blow would be enough to throw her outside and into the snow of the courtyard, just beyond where he and Theodin had been standing moments before.
Stepping through the doorway he had shoved the girl through he would make a singular motion with his hands and suddenly a bright burst of chakra enveloped him, the Raiton no Yoroi technique, at it's S-Ranked level. As the Hokage exited the building he would discard his flak jacket and his shirt would begin to shred from the high chakra volume being output.
"Klaus, stand back. Theodin, if you could please move." The Hatake spoke as he approached the middle distance with the girl, his eyes furrowed towards her.
"I'll give you one chance, Genin. Stand. Down." The Hokage ordered as he took a loose stance, flexing slightly at the knees and bringing his arms up to prepare to return combat to her if she did not.

Falling backwards as wood sprouted from the ground he would find his life fading before his eyes. Breathing intensified, he began to sweat uncontrollably, the fear of death overcoming him. His vision started to blur, as Klaus felt as though he was already dead. It seemed like an eternity before he woke up, but it was only seconds after a bright light shined in front of him, and the Hokage punching Hozuki outside. Klaus stared at Masahiro as he gave his orders to Klaus, who would nod out unconciously at his elder. Staring into space for a moment, he took some time to sort out what had just happened. His weapons dropped beside him, he would suddenly leap to his feet. "Hozuki-san, no!" Klaus' face went pale, as he disobeyed his Kage's orders, following the two of them outside. He would stop at the doorway, to make sure Hozuki was within line of sight. His breath still heavy, Klaus' face dripped with sweat as he forced himself to keep an eye on the girl. Theodin was also outside, but Klaus didn't pay any attention to him, his focus on the other two in the snow.

Hozuki empty eyes narrowed at the bright light as she had to raise her free arm up to shade her own eyes. Who dare to- Her breath was caught as she was struck from behind. Hozuki had no idea what happened. All she knew that it was cold. So cold. Her hand rose up to push herself up as it made a slight crunch sound. Blinking few times, she tried to focus. All she could see was white. White? Her head tilted slightly upwards and she saw the petals fall. With a soft groan, she slowly pushed herself up from the ground, her brown hair spilling over her face as she panted softly, the smog showing the sign of life. She never wanted to see those petals again. Grimacing, her back and torso slightly ache but her hand went in deeper, so cold. She brought her hand up and saw something on her palm. That's... where did it come from? Her training at the academy was already a blur. Placed the hand back into the snow, it feel through deeper and she could feel the Mother's warmth. But she could now touch the cold Earth underneath her hands. Her weapon was gone. Lost somewhere in the dojo as she released the grip of it when she was struck by the Hokage.
The bodies... they were so cold too. Despite the fires, the body was cold as the snow she was resting on. The wind below some of the strands from her face as she saw something familiar before her. With a very cold, "Ha," escaped from her lips as she turned her body towards the Hokage, eyes with nothing in them stared right at him. Her knees still touched the ground but her feet was shift in case she needed to move out of the way. Her palms were still touching the cold Mother's Earth, as if she didn't want to let go of her mother's hand. Hozuki flinched slightly when she heard her name but ignored it as if it was just whispers of the wind. If her chakra was being observed, they would notice that both of her hands on the ground was sending out chakra... but for what? Not even several minutes ago, she had preformed a technique and the pillars were still at the academy. She was summoning them and they were hurling straight for the Hokage. Snow flurries were landing on her head and bare arms since she had removed her sweater and jacket. Her feet started to ache slightly from the freezing mini-crystals.

The Two Tomoe of Masahiro's Sharingan spun as he inspected the chakra the girl kneaded and began to force it to interact with the roots she had spawned earlier inside of the dojo. He heard the rumble and he stood his ground, not moving at all. Though an interesting effect would take place as the roots attempted to burst through him. His Raiton no Yoroi would take the brunt of the blow and dissect the Mokuton into smaller pieces and shards that flew behind him in the courtyard. His eyes remained resolute on hers.
She was staring off into the distance, looking directly through him. That thousand-yard stare, one he was too familiar with. He had seen it in plenty of people after the UHV attack on Konoha, or in his youth during the massive unrest Konoha had faced. She was haunted by something of her past, some great tragedy. But as it stood, if she wasn't halted now, then it would only grow worse and she would cause worse damage to other students and the Dojo itself. As her attempt to impale him faltered her stepped forward, his eyes remaining on hers.
"Mokuton, like Ryouichi, your elder brother. I learned a long time ago how to handle anything that a Senju threw at me. I've fought with and beside a great many of them in my thirty-three years." The Hokage spoke, his hair working loose of the braid and flowing with the currents of Raiton.
"You have a long way to go before you reach the level your brother was at, kitten. Now, look at me, look into the eyes of the man who will either be your salvation or damnation this day. I will give you one more chance." The Hokage demanded of the girl, his voice becoming venemous as he continued to advance towards her, the snow at his feet turning into steam as the raiton charged it.
He would then flex his right hand, opening the gauntlet and charging chakra through it. A ball of raiton would begin to form in his hand and a sudden raucous noise would fill the dojo training grounds. The sound of thousands of birds chirping madly, of electrical crackling, and of water and ice turning to steam as arcs of the technique leapt to the ground. His eyes focused entirely on hers.

"Don't say his name," Hozuki growled, her voice still different and was still very cold. It was of another world. He had no right to say his name. At all. It stung really bad when the man said that she had a long way to go before she could be like her brother. She doesn't. "Ryouichi.." She started as she stood up, looking at the man. "He was weak. He died. Just like Mom and Dad. My friends. Family. And all the bodies I helped buried; They were weak." She won't die. Not like him. So she cannot get to him. Very well. She can get the others. There was still Klaus, the Hatake. Kaeda, a female Uchicha. An ANBU and the Suna shinobi. Dojo walls and floor shook once more as the roots emerged from the floor, all aiming for anything living. Anything that breaths, it would aim to bind, impale or crush if possible. When destroyed, it would simply keep coming. "Go ahead." She opened her arms, leaving her defenseless to him so he can attack her, even possibility killing her. The genin had gave him permission to do it. "This pain... I don't want it anymore. You can dish out whatever you want, Hokage-sama, that pain will be nothing."

The Hokage eyed the rampant girl and his sharingan caught the sight of her chakra spreading into the ground.
She was going to unlease another attack from below, another trademark of the Senju that had fought with the Hokage in the past. He sighed and immediately withdrew one step with his left foot, he would then prepare to strike her with his left hand. He took a brawler's stance and in a flash of white light the Hatake closed the gap between them. He would throw a forceful punch with his left fist, the pure shock and force of his own chakra canceling out her technique in it's entirety and preventing those inside the building from coming to any harm. During this strike he also imparted a mark of his own chakra into the girl, dancing backwards after he did so. His eyes continued to stare deep into hers, his expression growing darker by the moment. He heard the voices calling in his head, the anger, the madness, but he forced it down, suppressed his insanity to prevent this girl falling further into her own. A dark smile crossed his lips as she made herself open for another attack.
He would oblige her desire to be struck, still holding back his Chidori charged right hand he would lash out with his left. Closing the four steps between them he would thrust his palm into her chest, smashing into her right breast, jarring the potential fracture he had given her from his initial assault that had separated her from Klaus. The blow would be sufficient to throw her back several meters ( 4 Meters / 15 feet ), most likely landing her into the wall behind her if she were unable to defend herself. The Hokage would then stand his ground where he had struck her.
"You think weakness killed them? No, weakness is what you're showing right now. Ryouichi went through hell, you think losing your parents was easy on him? You think losing half of our village was easy on him? You think your brother would approve of your ******** temper tantrum?" The Hokage asked as he shifted his stance and lowered himself slightly, his crimson sharingan eyes whirling as he watched her chakra formation.

Klaus stood and watched as his Hokage competed against Hozuki in a test of wills. It was not until he had struck her that Klaus decided to do anything. His boots still inside the dojo, he would step out into the snow. His feet freezing was not of concern, nor was his own well being for that matter. He would go out to make sure she was alright even if it killed him. Slipping after the first few steps Klaus would quickly regain his balance and keep running. If he would make it to Hozuki, he would get on his knees, and make sure she wasn't badly injured.

A clone of taka looked into the dojo through a window at the commotion that was taking place. It seemed that mashiro had it taken care of. That said she had work to do. She had heard of a new style that involved her fans and she fully intended to learn it.
She jumped onto the roof of the dojo, moving to the flat center to be out of sight from most onlookers so she could train in peace. Most of the style should be fairly quick to learn anyway she would think to herself. She drew her fans and perfected the first few techniques rather quickly. The first two techniques were simple. Snapping the fan open and closed for various effects is something that she had already been doing for years. (Danretsu [ Snapping Apart ] & Pokitto Shimari [ Closing with a Snap ] learned instantly)
The next technique was a disorienting thrust to the forehead. She had a technique like this from her taijutsu and actually wondered if she could channel the bell ringing technique through her fan. That could be quite interesting. She got down the motion and just pressed on. Most of this could be enhanced through her natural talent with her fans so she didnt worry about that too much. (Dekopin [ Poke to the Forehead ] learned)
Her next technique was a quick spin that would lead into a hard swipe across the face with her closed fans. She smiled at the motion, a solid strike from her fans and with her strength it could probably topple most. She performed this strike over and over until she had it down as well. (Pinta [ Slap in the Face ] learned) She just had to press on and learn all she could as quickly as she could. All of this new style appealed to her. She wanted to make it hers.
The next stated technique made blades along the edge of her fan. But her fan already had blades. So what she would do for her fans is to focus the chakra into a razor edge further sharpening the edge of her weapons. This one was tricksy but she found that the more chakra she applied to the technique; the longer it would last. (Kirikata [ Way of Slicing ] learned)
She absolutely loved the idea of the next ability. To weaken someone through bloodloss was a time honored tradition to her. Her chakra could linger in a target and cause major issues with their body. She again loved this idea. She pushed her chakra into her fan as hard as it could be pushed and left a glowing streak through the air. (Juudan [ Slicing Across ] learned) She would have to perfect these techniques in the end but for now learning the basics would give her access to quicker learning in the end. She realized this and pushed onward.

When her roots were temporary subside, she had noticed something. The armor which was still up. His constant removing of the roots. She does not know how much chakra he had spent already or should she just risk it and try to exhaust him? "Ah!" Hozuki winced as her ribs were struck and her back slammed against the wall as she groaned softly, landing onto the snow once more. Her feet was becoming numb but she still could feel the pins and needles from the cold on her feet. Her arms and hands weren't there just yet since they were not in physical contact with the snow. Hozuki placed her hands onto the chilly soil again as she pressed herself up, wincing when she can feel her rib cage hurting. Not broken, but her body was setting off alarms to not irritate it anymore. Cracked possibly. Anger flared when he called her weak as she got herself up quicker than she normally would have.
"I wouldn't know! He's dead!" Hozuki shouted right at him. Hozuki flinched as she saw Klaus going right for her. Protective. Ryouichi was always rather protective around her. But the Hokage was right. Onii-san would not approve this from her. She needed to be strong. The more she thought about it, the more she realized what she did. What had she done? A sharp inhale could be heard but no exhale. She was holding her breath and then finally exhaled. What....what did she do? Now humiliated, embarrassed and cold as hell, her arms cross across her body, cold skin coming in contact as she winced softly when her hand touched her bruised ribs. Her shoulders slightly slouched. Her blood colored eyes looked at the snow below her. "... Permission to leave, Hokage-sama..." Some solitary time could do some good. She was slowly coming back but not yet, she could still be trigger quickly and she knows it, she needs to get away before she's triggered again.

"Dead, Ryouichi? You poor deluded girl. I've fought beside Ryouichi, I've seen his skill. And what I can tell you is that while his file reads missing in action, that man is not dead." The Hokage commented, wishing he had read more into the boy's file.
The snow around his feet continued to vaporize with each step, but he would flex his right hand and let the chidori that he had built up loose, the chakra evaporating into the air. His eyes narrowed on the girl and the tomoe danced around in a circle for a moment before he finally closed the distance to her and Klaus. He looked the boy directly in his eyes and gestured for him to move back as he knelt down next to the girl.
"Permission denied. We need to talk, and I need to be assured that this situation will not repeat itself if you train with any other of my genin. At any point I could have stopped you, I could have altered your mind with a genjutsu, I could have forced knowledge unto you and made you see reason. But to do it like that, to just give you a flash of insight and make you docile, it's like a bandage on a wound. Of course it stops the immediate bleeding but it leaves a larger trauma untouched and unmended. It would simply be a cover with no stitches. Your mind and your body have to connect, you have to see the damage for what it is." The Hatake would speak as he then dropped the Raiton no Yoroi and stood, knelt down, in front of the girl, his hand reaching out to touch her chin gently.
"I don't know what haunts you child, and I won't force you to disclose anything you're not ready to. But Taka and Myself are always available for any student who needs someone to cling to or to confide in. One day you will learn to control this side of yourself, or it will consume you." The Hatake spoke as he turned and looked to the boy.
"And you, Klaus, need to learn a lesson. This time you were lucky, but any active combat situation, if you are not able to defend yourself, then you do not rush in to be the hero. It can get you killed or your entire team killed. Or worse, it can get the one you are trying to save killed, thought before action, weight before inaction.

Klaus looked Hozuki in the eyes, her emotions returning to normal. Klaus saw she was no longer the murderous girl she had been moments ago, and gave a small sigh followed by a smile. "Thank goodness. You had me worried." Moments later the Hokage would walk up to the two of them. turning his head, Klaus knew he was in deep trouble, having disobeyed orders. Backing away from Hozuki, he would listen to what he had to say to the two of them, only nodding when he heard about the 'lesson'.

Hozuki hands clenched into fits and she didn't say anything else. He was wrong. There's no way Ryouichi was alive or he would left a message. When they were kids, they would leave messages on trees and 'regrow' the bark but when you find the slight discoloration that no naked eye could see, you could see the message if you know how to remove the bark properly. They picked four trees to deliver each other messages. For days after the attack and he was declared missing, there was no message. Nothing. To this day, she still checked.
Just like the trees in the winter, all they show was scars from the past. Her body slightly flinched when she was denied to leave. She wanted to go to the forest. Her home. Even though it was empty and seeming of no life, it was still home to her. Talk? No. She didn't want therapy. But he did bring up a good point. This can't happen again. Yet she listened. He wasn't being harsh but he was being clear. She didn't want to see the damage. She didn't want to shed her leaves and see her scars. Crimson hues saw the Hokage's tan pants enter into the view as he knelt before her. Her head turned away, but a warm touch to her chin caused her to blush furiously as she found herself raised her head slightly to look at the Hokage.
With a soft swallow, she nodded towards him, a silent agreement to his words. Once he turned to look at Klaus, she did the same. He rushed in even though that she wanted to harm him. Her body involuntary shivered as she exhaled softly, her arms still across her chest to cover up other signs of being cold. Goosebumps littered all over her arms as her feet was aching and screaming in numbness of cold and wet pain. Her hair was already becoming an icy damp from being out in the snow and not to mentioned, rolled in the snow few times. She found herself wanting to be lured into the Hokage's warmth. Her face went redder than it should as she gently pulled her face away from his soft grip on his chin in a respectful way. Curse everything, she never understood to why this always happen around men of certain age. With a soft exhale, she got up and almost lost her footing, not used to her feet being so numb by now. "... I'm going to enter into the dojo to get my clothes..."

Current Attire: The one in the pic but without the white wrappings. Instead, she is wearing warm black baggy shinobi pants. Along with that, she is also wearing tight black sweater with a black jacket over the sweater. A tight dark brown shirt would be underneath the sweater. Underneath the black baggy pants, she would be wearing tight black wool clothing to keep her warm. Black scarf around her neck and tight black gloves. All black clothes are waterproof.
"Klaus will get those for you, right now. Including the Naginata you dropped when I threw you into the courtyard. He will then bring them here to you and we'll get you warmed up." The Hatake said as he made a motion with his hand and an ANBU dropped from the top of the Academy Building and down to them.
The ANBU would arrive and with a flurry of hand movements he would bring his hands down into a cup, holding a ball of flames. His left hand would then draw out a scroll from his pocket which he would activate to summon a pile of kindling from it's depths, which he would then press the fireball into to begin a decent 'campfire' to warm the girl and his Kage up. A nod of his head and a tilt of his hood before he leapt back up on top of the wall separating the dojo and academy, and then back up to his perch on the Academy roof before ultimately darting off halfway across the town.
Masahiro sat in the snow beside the girl, his bare chest showing signs of sweat from the increased reactions and system flush of using Raiton no Yoroi. Some beads had even begun to freeze with how rapidly the air around them shifted from charged raiton to cold winds.
As the last flickers of the Raiton no Yoroi faded from his body his hair would fall in a disheveled mess around him, framing his face in the long white tendrils. Some strands even crossed down his chest and would draw her eyes to noticing just how cold it was on his side. He chuckled as he placed a hand on his muscular abdomen, a loud growl following shortly afterwards as his stomach protested in hunger. He had been physically training for some time before this whole event broke out.
"Ramen sounds good about now." He chuckled as he looked back to see if Klaus was returning with the girl's clothes or not.
