Kira watched as the tenticles moved with great speed towards the group before she dodged one that came straight down on her, she gave a large sigh of annoyance as she stabbed it a few times before its attention was drawn away from her by Scott's gauntlet.Rikka smiled to Sebastian before looking over to the beach on the far side of the island, seeing the large tenticles and looked back to her captain "dont suppose thats what we came here to fight?" Sebastian looked where she was and smiled "NOw that looks like fun! Race you there!" he blasted off with a "Readysetgo!"

Rano shook his head before pointing a finger at her " Nothing you can do will move me Eva....this doesn't need to happen. " He was stopped as the tentacle that was ordered to move him slammed into him, knocking him off his feet and sending him rolling across the beach. He struggled back to his feet as he tried to regain the breath that was knocked out of him, one arm hanging limp as he held onto it.
Zackory watched as Rano was knocked to the side before looking back to Eva " Ya want for revenge is that great?...so great you would harm someone who considered ya a friend?"

Rikka smiled before jumping down from the tower and grinning as the jets on her back powered up "you cant beat me in this suit captain" she took one step before dashing off from the spot she was in, the sand flying up behind her, passing Sebastian within seconds, finally skidding to a sto to look up at the large tenticles of the beast attacking the others "........im not sure this was a good idea now."

Eva watched Rano get hurt and Zackory could see her shaking. "It's all your fault! He would be hurt if it wasn't for you!" she said and grabbed onto her head and started to cry.

Rano clenched his teeth as he forced his arm back into its socket, the loud cracking sound was more than enough to make most people squirm, he looked to Eva over his shoulder " if you want someone to blame, then choose the men who abandoned Zackory and me when we tried to come back for you, because of them we had no choice but to leave you...." He turned to look at her, still holding his arm.
Zackory watched as Rano got up before growling to him "Damn it boy, stop trying to get yaself killed!"

"No choice?! You came here because you thought Molly was in danger but you couldn't do that for me?!" Eva yelled angrily.

Zackory looked back to Eva and sighed "these people with me offered to help me save Molly, but back then, there wasnt a soul brave enough to join me on the journey back to this damned island....but theres no convincing ya of this fact." He lifted his arms up to his side after dropping his sword to the ground "ya want me dead?...go ahead, do it! Be the one to take a little girl's father away from her and lie about his love....."

Eva growled and ran at Zackory and punched him hard in the face.
There was suddenly the sound of cannons from Sophie's ship as it drove itself. The cannonballs hit the squid's massive head and it roared in pain.

Zackory took the punch as he grinned "Im taking what i said hurt abit more than ya punch hurt me." He looked up as he heard the cannons fire, watching as the cannon balls ripped through the squids flesh.

Scott smiled at the tentacles as they cringed and positioned himself under Lilly. He held his arms out to catch her in case the beast released. "Captain, you OK?" he called, in genuine concern for the cat.

Sebastian blasted past her "You quitting now?!" he leaped and turned to her with a wink and smirk and then blasted toth e tentacle with both cutlasses drawn "WOO!"

Rock heard a click from the trunk and metal grating against itself within the trunk. He rapidly turned it to face him and found the trunk had unlocked. He quickly opened it and there laid a note.
Son, if you're reading this, it means your heart has finally opened and you are ready to face the trials of the Starlight. Place the Starlight blade within the slit that has opened on the side of the trunk to receive the key. Once that is done, head to these coordinates and face the trials of the Starlight. Once you exit victorious, you shall be the true heir of the Starlight and will have full access to our secrets. If you fail, you will die. Now go, my son. I only wished I could've seen you grow up with my own eyes...
The note was signed by Leon Starlight; Rock's father. Rock looked back to the squid rapidly before shoving his sword into the trunk's opening that had cleared itself on the side. There was a glowing emanating from the hole and the trunk seemed to shake altogether before it stopped and the blade was pushed out. The shape remained the same but there was now an ancient encryption on the blade. And the blade seemed to glow slightly as Rock grabbed it and looked at it a few seconds. He was brought back to reality by hearing Lilly scream again.
The capes rapidly wrapped themselves around Rock and his eyes ignited with a blazing glow, much brighter than before. He burst forward and bolted down the beach, covering the 1000 feet separating them in mere seconds. He easily jumped up unto a nearby tentacle of the squid and ran up onto it like a squirrel on a tree. He arrived to Lilly not too long afterwards and brought down the blade onto the tentacle. It cut through like butter, the runes on the side glowing brightly. It sliced through completely and Lilly started to fall. Rock was immediately onto her and pulled her out, bolting down to the beach before the tentacle had even reached halfway down the ground, leaving Scott to catch the rests of that tentacle. As soon as she was down unto her feet, Rock turned back to the squid and raised his sword, energy seemed to be blazing from it, but Rock was starting to pant.

Kira brushed hair from her face before looking to Scott and nodding, only to have a Tentacle slam into her side, taking her up into the air and plumaging her into the sea behind the beast.
Rikka watched as Sebastian ran off and looked back with wide eyes as a Tentacle slammed down on the ground inches from her. She backed away from it before looking back to Sebastian. "try not to die captain!! i dont want to have to clean up the mess!."
