"Not really, i could have done so much better, but to make sure i didnt hurt berner i had to make sure my workmanship was shoddy at best....i didnt portay the skills you taught me very well at all, im sorry gramps." She sighed as she walked, holding the trophy in both hands by one handle, letting it dangle infront of her as she walked slowly.

Berner simply smiled and took her hand and led her away
He smiled and walked up to her "Thanks for caring, but I'm proud that you chose to protect your friend rather then to show how good you are." he then hugged her "Hope I didn't scare you or anything"

Eventually We left to see the world. out there is always gonna be technology far greater then what we have now, or old ancient tech that we can revive and use. its our goal to try our best to reach for the top. and staying here won't help you with that... besides, I know that look in your eye and if you don't go your gonna get all depressing and sighing all over the place thinking about the boy for a year. and dno't lie cuz I remember that boy you had a crush on when you were 12, missy" he poked her nose chuckling.

Arina sighed before looking to her grandfather with a embarrassed face. "how can you remember 12 years ago when you cant even remember to put clothes on in the morning?" Hr face changed to a sad one as she turned and began to walk again. "Besides, im fairly sure Berner would be more interested in Elly, she's known him longer."

"You sure? chances are that may be or may not be, I would definitely go for it. atleast I tried rather then regretting afterwards. just then they heard Berner call from behind them "Ooooiiii, Arinaaaa! Lets go! I want to make it there on time. you grandpa's coming too"
