I am breaking this co-ownership agreement and giving full ownership to Scaramouche Fandango. I request that you continue to honor this breeding agreement. Low Luck counters can be found in my teepee. Scaramouche Fandango StarieMichie  Dash Cocksure is to be co-owned between StarieMichie and Scaramouche Fandango. Scara: - Gets full IC and OOC RP rights - Gets full breeding rights - Gets sig rights Michie: - Gets full IC and OOC rights - Gets full breeding rights - Gets sig rights - For simplicity's sake, stats will be kept in Michie's teepee We will ALWAYS discuss plottings, lifematings. Baskets from breedings will be discussed between us -AND- the owner of the stallion. All breeding partners must be agreed upon by both co-owners. I am breaking this co-ownership agreement and giving full ownership to Pinkdog. pinkdog StarieMichie Sig, OOC RP, Display Rights- Both owners have OOC RP, Signature, and Display/Graphic Rights IC RP- Both owners have RP rights - Stats can be in both owner's teepee. Lifemating- Both owners must agree on a lifemate. Skinwalkering- Cannot be cursed Breedings - StarieMichie gets full control over 2 of the 4 standard breedings for Kelorion. She can pick the mate and does not need permission from Pinkdog. Pinkdog will not get a basket from these breedings, and should not count against Pinkdog's breeding limitations. - Pinkdog gets full control over 2 of the 4 standard breedings for Kelorion. She can pick the mate and does not need permission from StarieMichie. StarieMichie will not get a basket from these breedings, and should not count against her breeding limitations. - If Kelorion is lifemated, she can only breed with her lifemate unless all owners agree to a surrogacy. - If a theoretical 5th or 6th breeding is obtained (due to RP/Elderhood) these breedings will be discussed at that time, and this agreement will be modified to reflect that. - If a breeding is obtained outside of regular slots (bribes, staff CC's, etc) one owner may choose to gift a third basket to the other owner. Mock Breeding- All owners can seek to obtain mock-breeding babies (via customs, Wishing Stars, etc) without the permission of the other owners - If an owner wishes to get a mock-baby outside of the the lifemating, they only have to get the agreement of the lifemate owner(s) Misc- If either party leaves Gaia, the other owner gets full rights. Agree! I am breaking this co-ownership agreement and giving full ownership to the_great_book_wyrm. The_Great_Book_Wyrm  Sig rights - StarieMichie & The_Great_Book_Wyrm both have signature rights. Tepee rights - StarieMichie & The_Great_Book_Wyrm both have tepee rights. RP rights - StarieMichie has rights to OOC RP. The_Great_Book_Wyrm has full rights to anything IC and OOC. RP Rights RadiantRose Midnight has full Roleplay rights and OCC roleplay rights. Moo only has OOC roleplay Rights. Breeding RightsBoth owners hold equal breeding rights. When it comes to a mate or fling, Both owners have to talk about it together. When it comes to baskets, how the baskets are given away will be talked about between RadiantRose Midnight and -Moomoolattecha- and the owner of the other pony. If there are only two baskets -moomoolattecha- will give RadiantRose Midnight full rights to the basket. DisappearanceIf RadiantRose Midnight vanishes without word for 3 months or so then -Moomoolattecha- may break the agreement. If -Moomoolattecha- vanishes for more then 3 months RadiantRose may have full rights to Lady Immersa de Luminia. If either have something going on in Real life it should be noted to the other owner if they have to take a break from Gaia. -Moomoolattecha- can break the co-ownership whenever she wishes to. Tepee stats shall be housed in stormflower's tepee primary and Malik may house them if she wishes. As for breeding rights stormflower has final say in all pairings and baskets will be decided upon by all parties involved when the time comes.
