 I am breaking the agreement for the following Soquili with AnimeChickie. She hasn't posted on Gaia since 2013 and hasn't responded to my PMs. As stated in the Co-owner agreement if either party leaves Gaia then the other takes full ownership. Therefore I am taking full ownership of Delsin. Original agreement here

I, Divena, agree to co-own Curador Taara with DivenasMom: Divena will have: Sole RP rights Breeding rights (DivenasMom does not need to give permission, this includes mixers) Sig rights DivenasMom will have: Sig rights Lifemate veto power (No mateship without DivenasMom's agreement) Co-owning rights to the baskets gained from breedings

All other rights, including Roleplay and Breeding rights, go to LunaRei_SilverBlood. Yup! <33 Amending this! <3 .Tortured. .Pumpkin. now gets rights to 1 breeding, and if Lelandi is lifemated/plotted monogamously with one stallion, it must be with said stallion. Otherwise, Luna must approve stallion and plots involved in breeding. I retain sig and image rights. LunaRei_SilverBlood retains all other rights, including approval of my breeding.

I would just like to be informed. If propheticdreams disappears for six months without any word, then all rights will revert back to me. I agree. Since it appears they have not made any posts in a couple of years, I'm breaking the co-ownership and returning all rights back to myself.

Original AgreementDue to the stipulation in the original agreement, I am dissolving the co owership between Katjive and I for Rockin' Blues. I have attempted to PM her several times, quoted her in thread, and asked around. If Kat returns, she can either take Rockin' back totally or we can draw up a new co ownership. katjive Just so that she can see this if she logs back on.
