First of all, congratulations on getting your dream avatar. I can see now you're trying to echo the gray eyes in the gray hair.
If you're going to do that, however, you need more gray by the feet. Other than that, it's magnificent.

I can't put my finger on it, but there's something about it I just don't like. I think it's the pants. It's just too much unbroken black. If there were someway to get red around the knees, that'd be nice, but I can't think of one. Perhaps opening the vest to show more black might help. The face area is a little busy, too. Maybe remove the glasses and the angelic hair?
Overall, it's got a good color scheme, a little more balance would make it really nice. Six.
Oh, and I tried to echo the two shades of white in the skirt (grayer white overskirt, bluer white underskirt) with the arms (grayer white sleeves, bluer white gloves) but I think that might be too subtle. Is it?
