A Pokemon attacking a trainer, now Chuck had commanded that. But the trainer attacking the Pokemon? Well, s**t, don't that just beat all?

Chuck, who was stuck in the air, was still trying to get free, so he wasn't paying attention to the battle. Rather, he trusted Krokorok to be able to fight for himself. The guy was a pimp, after all. No, really, he had bitches and hos.

Krokorok turned to see the oncoming Wayne and he'd open his mouth just as Wayne was about to reach his jaw and then he'd Crunch down to try and catch Wayne's fist. It was easy after that, just toss Wayne aside with a turn of his head and a parting of his jaw.

[Man, you gotta be smooth, cool, come on now,] Krokorok told Solosis as he popped an imaginary collar and leaned his shoulder back. [Gotta be like more, you know, cause I'm bomb diggity, fo' rizzle,] spoke Krokorok, such was his Swagger.
PostPosted: Fri Jul 08, 2011 8:52 am

Wayne felt himself being yanked forward as Krokorok's jaw locked down on his arm, teeth piercing the skin. He heard a sudden snap and pain stabbed him harshly as he was dragged backward and flung into the chunk of debris that divided the room. Wayne struck the wall solidly and fell back down, gritting his teeth hard to try and fight through the pain.

He glanced down through watery eyes to see his arm bloodied but still in the correct shape. His arm had been fractured, not broken. It still hurt like all hell though.

"Son of a b***h," he growled quietly, pulling himself forward, "********. ********. ********, Solosis was paying more attention to his trainer, only managing to catch the last of Krokorok's Swagger. It still confused him. But more like a 'what the ********' kind of confusion instead of the 'waaah I'm gonna eat my own hand' kind of confusion.

[Is there something wrong with you?] the psychic type asked with a cute-looking frown, [you're not a bomb. You're stupid.]

He manipulated his membrane into tiny little digits and flipped the psychic bird right at Krokorok. [Anyway, I have to get my trainer to the hospital. So. Get. Out. Of. My. Way. Please.]

And with that, Solosis dragged Chuck through the air at high speed, aiming for the man to collide into Krokorok's back at an angle that would send both foes flying over Solosis' head. If this worked, he'd then use Telekinesis on Wayne and both trainer and pokémon would head for the surface through the way Chuck came in.

Arms crossed over his chest, K-Rok cocked a brow. Him? Stupid? Sheeeit.

[Sheeeit, kid, you don't ev-

"Watch out!" shouted chuck and K-Rok turned in time to Crunch the oncoming metal object and then turn his head and throw it at Wayne.

[Dang,] spoke the Krokorok and then he started toward the psychic type, charging in and aiming to grab it up in his jaw with a Crunch.

Meanwhile, Chuck was thrown at Wayne. "******** a*****e!" he shouted at his Pokemon.
PostPosted: Fri Jul 08, 2011 10:02 am

"******** a*****e!" Wayne yelled at the same time as Chuck. When the man struck the rock it sent up a cloud of dust and debris and dirt and stuff. The thick fog of crap started to subside after a few seconds, still hanging on the air.

Wayne breathed shallow as he saw that Solosis had managed to divert Chuck at the last second, sending the man colliding head first into solid rock unless otherwise stated. He gulped and looked back at the two pokémon. Solosis was struggling hard, with a look of concentration on his face.

From the looks of things, he was trying to lift the ground beneath K-Rok's feet, but without Wayne's fighting spirit giving him a boost, it'd be doubtful that he could even pick Chuck up again without considerable effort.

"Solosis," Wayne coughed, trying to get up and move forward but the pain in his arm slowing down every movement. Every push and pull of force sent waves of pain through his arm, which felt utterly and completely powerless. He held it against his chest, holding down with his good hand. It was painful, but it was a good kind of pain. One that existed to keep true agony at bay.

"Solosis get back," the trainer said weakly, letting go of his arm for a second to recall the psychic type. He grit his teeth, a bead of sweat running down his temple clogged with dirt. Wayne breathed out as he held another pokéball up.

"Hitmonlee, listen to me," he said with a frog in his throat, "If you use Earthquake we'll all die. Whatever you do, you have to avoid it."

Putting his faith into a disobedient pokémon, Wayne threw Hitmonlee's ball forward and fell to his knees. After everything that had happened, the training, the dream, falling into trash and almost killed to having his forearm cracked and stabbed, he was exhausted. The trainer hung his head and breathed heavily.

The fight type looked at his trainer, watching him quietly before turning face K-Rok, [Thanks for waiting. I guess I'll be your opponent.]

Hitmonlee took a step back and prepared himself, raising his arms as he took his stance. [Let's do this.]

Chuck's face exploded into pure agony as he hit the solid rock. His nose, his teeth, his face, it all ached. As he tumbled down the wall of debris he thought of a world where solid rock was actually liquid rock. In a helicopter, being an elusive bas-

No, wait, back to reality. Chuck shook his head and shrugged off the last bit of his life to head trauma. He grinned as he began to climb to his feet. He was down, but not out.

"Oof!" he collapsed back onto his chest. Alright, yup, so he was down and out.

K-Rok looked at the Hitmonlee that appeared before him. Now, it being a fighting type, the last thing a person would want would be to taunt it. K-Rok smirked.

[Studies show you can tell whether or not a person is a f*****t by whether or not they have a nose. You don't, f*****t,] Taunted K-Rok.

Salieri bit her bottom lip when Bill raised up his pokeball. Hmm, maybe I was a little too trusting there. Her right arm was numb from the steel clamp. Salem was down for the count as well. Fighting the Watchog on her own would be a problem, especially since it’s trainer was here as well. She exhaled a sharp breath upwards, blowing her hair away and gritting her teeth while preparing to dodge the pokemon as best she could.

The Watchog never came in contact with Salieri. A red blur flew down from the hole in the ceiling, landing on the ground with a metallic clank in between the pokemon and it’s target. It whirled around, pushing the Watchog’s momentum from the side gently with two bladed steel limbs so the pokemon would head towards the debris on an angle away from Salieri if it continued it’s Tackle. The red blur had changed Watchog’s course, and looked up at the pokemon with a yellow glint in his eye.

“Liuye!” Sal exclaimed in happy surprise. Her Pawniard nodded in acknowledgement. Had he heard her cries for help before in the trash disposal? Finally, he had come to her rescue-

BONK!

Salieri brought her fist back up from where she hit Liuye’s hard head. “You’re late, damnit!” she growled before uncurling her fingers and shaking out her hand. Man, Liuye Dao’s head was hard. The Pawniard glared up at her with a pout before turning his attention back to Watchog.

“So I take it you’re not here to just enjoy the ruins,” the Battle Girl said to Bill. He had attacked her for no reason, not to mention in an area that was supposed to be entirely abandoned. Any ordinary trainer would ask for a battle first. Then again, any ordinary trainer probably wouldn’t fall into an underground tunnel from an explosion. “You’re part of Team Plasma, right? I recognize that dorky uniform from Accumula Town.”

Sal looked up at what little light came from the hole above her now that the ceiling was mostly blocked. A shadow swept across it, brushing the rocks with the sound of light footsteps. More dirt sprinkled from where the silhouette had stepped, which was near the tiny hole that Liuye Dao had crept through. The dirt touched her nose, and she shook her head with a smile. It’s nice to know that I still have an ace in my sleeve.

She scoffed confidently, despite holding her numbed arm at her side limply and being covered with dirt and dust. Past Bill was the rest of the tunnel, which she assumed led to the surface. “If you want a battle, you have a really screwed up way of asking for it. You’re far too early in your journey to be fighting me anyway. Don’t you know that I’m the strongest trainer in Striaton City? A trainer like you won’t give me enough experience to even be worth my time.”

Salieri took two steps backwards and calmly took a seat on the rubble behind her, crossing one leg over the other and folding her arms. “Now like I said, I’m trying to leave. The way out is behind you. So either get out of my way or I’ll move you on my own.”

[Sorry. I don't listen to the guy who gives me food. What makes you think I'm gonna listen to- wait, what did you say?]

Hitmonlee narrowed his eyes.

Oh. Oh! Oh ********, it is on now. That's right. Hitmonlee is gonna turn you into a Picasso, you dumb ugly b*****d.

That was what Hitmonlee said in that tiny muscle movement.

He shot forward, his springy leg power boosting his speed by rapidly expanding and contracting under pressure. Just as he had learned to do the day before, only now his body had been given time to adjust. The speed increase was stronger and the movement felt more natural.

The ground where Hitmonlee had once stood exploded as the pokémon vanished. His other foot skirted the floor, slicing a line into it where his toe-claw touched and kicking up dust. This was so he didn't lose control of his movements and fall pray to the mistake newbies in the high speed movement market tended to make. Smashing into walls at high speed could be fatal.

Hopefully K-Rok's overconfidence would make him unprepared for Hitmonlee's sudden assault and the pokémon utilised Jump Kick:

As he sped forward, Hitmonlee's leaping foot would whip upwards, aiming to strike K-Rok's lower jaw and snap his head back, leaving him wide open. If this kick connected, Hitmonlee would follow it up with a Rolling Kick, where he'd force off from his initial strike and spin around quickly while K-Rok was still staggered, before stomping down on the ground/dark's throat and sending him flying into rubble.

If he missed or got knocked away, the momentum gained from the Jump Kick would be utilised in spinning his body around so that he could land feet-first on a wall or some rubble or whatever and his springy legs would absorb the shock.

A girl, move him? A GIRL!? Bill exploded into laughter. His Watchog had kicked off the debris and moved to stand at his side and now it was a face off. Bill was overwhelmed with fits of laughter and he held his stomach.

A girl? Hahahahaha! Did they even have rights? He wasn't sure. "A girl move me? Hahahaha, Chuck'd get a good ripe ol' laugh outta that one, I reckon," said Bill and then he gestured to the Pan-Pawn-Pern-that black thing.

"Kick it."

And Watchog launched forward, aiming low with a Low Kick to take the Pawniard to the ground quickly.

***

K-Rok noted the speed. s**t, dude was incredible, he utilized springs to speed himself up. s**t, that might be a problem. K-Rok acknowledged this and his hands flew up to his eyes but he was too late, taking the two hit combo and hitting the ground some distance or another away, bouncing and landing.

[What kind of ******** just up and kicks a brutha's neck!? s**t, b***h!] Snarled K-Rok, the sound and energies of the ranting causing the damage that Hitmonlee would feel if the sound waves reached him.

K-Rok lost no time. He quickly climbed to his feet and then grabbed the protective membrane over his eyes and shifted it along with making a face the best he could to perform Scary Face to reduce Hitmonlee's speed.

Salieri's right eye twitched. Was he...laughing? At her? At Salieri Del Forrest?

The Pawniard's Inner Focus kept his eyes on Watchog the whole time. As soon as Watchog's leg started moving, so did Liuye.

The spry little pokemon flipped up in the air so that he would be upside down as the kick passed under his short hop. Liuye thrusted his hands out, angling them so the flat part of the blades would landed on the Watchog's back. Now Liuye's handstand would be supported by Watchog briefly. The other pokemon would probably shift him off in a second if it didn't get pushed face down in the dirt, but that was all he the time he needed as he spun around with his legs outstretched.

Salieri reached out to her side with her good arm, not taking her eyes off Bill. "I'll tell Chuck you said hello," she told her opponent as her hand grabbed onto Liuye's spinning leg. The Pawniard's spinning carried Salieri forward as she jumped up, getting launched towards Bill at high speeds from her pokemon. As soon as the team's action was over, Liuye would flip off of Watchog and right side up on the boulder Salieri was just using as a seat.

And as Saleri flew at Bill, she somersaulted forward and extended both of her legs out at the grunt's torso. If her double kick landed, she'd jump off of the grunt's chest and continue on past him, running down the tunnel away from him without breaking a beat. She had no idea where the tunnel led to, but she wasn't going to fight Bill with her back to the wall.

I was already prepared to get chased down today, she reminded herself, remembering that she and Wayne were supposed to switch roles in their training. Salieri made a mental note to postpone that. Sorry Wayne, looks like we'll have to reschedule.

Watchog did indeed twist to try and remove the black thing from his back. As the combo attack went off he was left tumbling toward the debris where he kicked off of it and at Pawniard.

He had more than one trick up his sleeve. As Watchy crossed the short distance to Liuye, he would charge up and then release a Focus Blast, kicking off the ground as it landed to cross the rest of the distance in a Giga Impact, his own two hit combo.

As for Bill? The legs reached him but they were grabbed instantly. Her jump halted, Bill would then pull her legs to spread and then pull her inward, his right fist releasing one leg and then launching out, aiming to meet her face with the steel clad fist as she was pulled closer.

Liuye was surprised to see such a high level move on the Watchog. It looked like it had been well trained after all. Still, he knew the Focus Blast was coming, and knew that he could dodge.

The Pawniard tilted forward and sprang off of the boulder, allowing the blast to blow above and past him. It burst into a bright blue light, rumbling the underground tunnel. Was this pokemon insane? Who knows what structural damage they could cause if they battled here with such explosive attacks. If this kept up, everyone of them woul be buried alive.

The light blinded Liuye momentarily, filling his vision with blue. And when the blue faded out, Watchog faded in with a Giga Impact to the face.

Salieri could hear her pokemon's metallic body slam hard into the wall behind her, causing the cave to rumble again. She wanted to look back to see if Liuye was alright, but she had her own problems to take care of. Specifically, Bill's punch was coming in. Fortunately, because of that it meant that her leg was free. Lifting it up with a grunt, she pushed her shoe up into Bill's rising arm, pushing the punch upwards so it glanced over her head. Salieri's could feel the cold steel brush her skull, and considered herself really lucky not to have taken that to her face.

Still, it wasn't enough luck to ensure that she'd beat him in a fight. She hadn't even expected the grunt to catch her attack. Salieri kept raising her leg up, leaning backwards to follow the movement and allow herself to free her other leg from Bill's grasp with a sloppy backflip.

The Battle Girl clumsily flipped onto her feet, stumbling backwards for a second before regaining her footing. Looks like the won't be as easy as I thought.

Liuye's body crumpled out of the Pawniard shaped indent on the wall, and he landed on his feet with a thud. Even with his tough Steel body, an attack of that magnitude hurt at his level. He'd have to improve his defense some more. While he noted this, he also analyzed that Watchog was recharging it's power after the Giga Impact. He could try to fight it, but Salieri wasn't trying to battle. Instead, he used the opportunity to run to Salieri's side after she landed on the ground, his feet clanking with each step.

The clanking rang through Salieri's ears, and the girl lurched forward, bringing her good fist backwards to prepare a punch. She grit her teeth while thrusting her fist forward "I already told you-"

The punch then changed direction, sharply turning downwards towards the ground with Salieri's upper body following. It was a fake. Salieri's body was now leaning forward like a sprinter preparing a run, and as she lowered herself Liuye broke from his sprint into a jump, pressing one foot onto Salieri's lowered back to leap up at Bill.

"Out of my way!" she roared while Liuye spun around with an outstretched leg. It rose high into the air above Bill's head, and then Liuye began to bring it down for an axe kick to Bill's head.

Well, it would look like that for a second. Liuye's was high enough that he could touch the tunnel's ceiling, and so he pushed off of it with his hands to throttle at the ground. The target was also a fake: Liuye wasn't aiming at Bill's head. Instead, his sharp feet pointed down at Bill's toes. The Pawniard was going to try and stab through Bill's foot upon landing.

If that worked, Liuye would get up along with his trainer and they'd both run past Bill on either side to try and get by. And if it didn't, they'd try anyway. Liuye was beginning to realize that Salieri was unsure if she could win in her condition.

Bill had no intention of going easy on the kids. Salieri's punch was anticipated but the feign was a surprise. Liuye was up and over and coming down. Bill reacted the same way regardless, he took a short step back, allowing for Liuye to miss and stab the ground.

He reacted before the other Pokemon could rise, already kneeling and grabbing Liuye. The tiny thing didn't weigh a lot, thus it was really easy. As he stood fully up, Liuye held with both arms holding his own, Watchog acted.

Recovered from Giga Impact, Watchog released another Focus Blast, this one aimed for Liuye and Bill.
PostPosted: Fri Jul 08, 2011 9:36 pm

Salieri noticed Liuye’s attempt at stabbing the opposition. She hadn’t trained him to use such a brutal tactic. Then again, she hadn’t trained him not to. Vicious fighting was in a Pawniard’s nature, but this was the first time Salieri had seen her pokemon fight so ferociously. The battle was a serious one, after all. This wasn’t a trainer sanctioned match. This was a real fight. Which meant she wasn’t trying to play fair. It was time for the ace in her sleeve.

“Now, Chen Zhen!”

A slender yet tough green vine shot down from the hole in the ceiling, swiftly wrapping around Watchog’s wrists from which it fired the attack. From the surface, Salieri’s Pansage tugged up at the Vine Whip that was protruding from the underside of his wrist. It had been a hunch, but the trainer was glad that her gut instinct was correct. She had a feeling that if Liuye Dao had found her, then Chen Zhen wouldn’t be far behind. He had been lurking above her before the fight even began. Fortunately he had enough common sense to not be a big damn hero at the instant danger arose, saving his entrance for a surprise.

Watchog’s wrists were forcibly pulled upwards, changing the aim of the attack entirely. Instead, the ball of energy flew up at the ceiling, once again shaking the tunnel. This time, the rumbling was much more violent: the roof was going to collapse again, this time on top of Watchog if it didn’t move.

Chen Zhen could feel the ground beneath his feet begin to give way. [Uh-oh.] The Vine Whip uncoiled dexterously and retracted back into the grass monkey’s wrist in a snap as he ran around to the other side of the incoming cave in. He hoped that his approximation of Salieri’s location underground was correct enough that he’d be over her with the ground of the Dreamyard’s surface level beneath them.

As for Salieri, the petite Battle Girl ducked down and popped her head up between Bill and Liuye Dao's outstretched arms so that she rose in between the grab while spinning. As she did, she extended one palm and one leg outwards. Her palm pressed against Bill’s chest while her leg extended against the center of Liuye’s chest in between his ribcage blades. With a shove, she forcefully pushed out both of her extended limbs while balancing on one leg. "This needs to end!"

The result would be Salieri pushing Liuye out of Bill’s grip while staggering Bill backwards momentarily. Even if Bill didn’t budge, Liuye still slid out of his grip. As his sleek red arms began to get pulled out, he twisted his hands so that the blades faced Bill’s wrists. If the Plasma grunt didn’t let go, his wrists would be slit vertically.

Watchog looked up at the collapsing ceiling and he dashed out of the way, barely making it as the ceiling fell behind him, the shockwave causing him to stumble. He saw it then, Liuye in the air, no collapse. A smile and a finger pointing toward, from it fired Thunder bolt. If Liuye dodged, it'd likely hit Salieri, considering the speed of lightning, though, it wasn't likely.

As for Salieri herself? Bill had abandoned his hold on Liuye as Salieri arrived and, positioning his feet, he resisted the stumble and instead he'd catch Salieri's wrist before she could escape, unless her hands were exceptionally fast. Then he'd, with one hand caught, aim to crash a fist down on the top of her head.
