Victor nodded and followed the prince inside. He wondered if the prince was aware of Hector's secret, but didn't say anything in case he wasn't.

As soon as he entered the palace, he handed Hector off to one of the soldiers at the gate. "Find these two a room for the night. Man I'm beat... I'll see you two in the morning." He said with a yawn before walking off and leaving Victor with the guard.
The guard was surprised by the sudden act, but swallowed hard and regained his bearing. "Well... uh... lets find you two a room then." He replied, awkwardly hold Hector due to the decorative uniform the castle guards had to wear.

Victor followed along to where the guard found them a place to stay for the night.

"Um... The spare bedrooms are this way." He said, leading him down the hall. "I'm sorry to ask this, but can you open the door for me. I have my hands full..." He said, looking down at Hector.

Victor nodded and opened up the door, then stood to the side to let the soldier with Hector in. Victor then followed.

"Thank you." The guard said, carefully setting Hector on the large, but only bed in the room. The room itself was extravagant and made for rooming kings, queens, dukes, and other people of significant status. "I really must go back to my post. If you need something, just call one of the maids." The guard said before leaving.

Shepard had managed to sneak past everybody and onto the shis cargo bay, he stayed hidden amongst a few boxes. He waited till the ship was in the air; leaving the bay he started carefully searching through the rooms.

Ruby heard something and suddenly, perked up. "Did anyone hear that?" She asked, starting to hear the doors open and close on her small ship even though everyone was in the same room. "Danny, helm, now." She said, pushing the lazy man to the helm before grabbing her gun and walking to the door.

Shepard heard the footsteps coming from the cabing, he panicked and turned around, he took quiet steps back to the cargo bay. Once there he looked around, there wasn't anything large enough to hide behind, he'd have to somehow blend in.

"W-who's there?" Ruby said, gripping her gun and keeping a sharp eye out. "Come out, come out wherever you are."

Victor stood there. Um, do I have to share this bed? he thought to himself. He thought there would be at least two beds in a room. He wondered what to do, so he called for a maid.

Shepard kept himself hidden, a few crevices between the cargo provided great hiding. Shepard heard the women but stayed still, he couldn't risk her catching him...

A few moments later, a maid knocked on the door nervously. "E-excuse me. Did you send for me?" She asked.

"Yes, I was wondering if His Majesty, the prince had intended this room for the both of us or for just my commander" Victor said.
