Personality:
To be nice about it, Aldrovanda is just a little crazy (well a lot). He’s nice and very comforting but he’s not very useful. In fact, he’s actually almost totally inept at his chosen profession of “nurse.” You have a wound? He’ll try to heal it (and maybe succeed) but it’s probably going to take a lot longer and hurt a lot more than it should. His heart is in the right place but he just doesn’t have the skill or dexterity…yet.
He’s flighty by nature and easily distracted by things (he’s often known to go off on tangents in conversation when something reminds him of something). Anything medical or healing wise he does it best to learn and emulate. It’s going to take a firm hoof to help me become skilled.
Van Pelt: He speaks in a language that Aldrovanda and he call "chomp, chomp". No one else understands it, but they seem to. Van Pelt can be his best friend one day and then them not speaking to each other the next.
Backstory:
Born to a mother who fears moving plants and a father who also has a plant on his back, Aldrovanda had a very interesting albeit loving family atmosphere. He and his sister are the result of a fling his parents had. Their mother makes the best of it and tries not to look at the plants.
