Nindo: " Patience yields focus " Personality: She has an unshakable sense of loyalty. This side of her has often been called her Mother hen side. She will, and has, gone out of her way to help an elder person get to their destination and other such activates. Utaku is generally a calm person. Someone who doesn't fly head on into a fight. That doesn't mean she's afraid of fighting however. Far from it. Utaku can be incredibly courageous when she wants to be, even putting herself on the line for the safety of others. If a nap is interrupted be prepared to lose your hearing for a little while. When Utaku loses her temper she will often screech literally. Though she finds this rather embarrassing. She can be overly polite especially to people older or higher rank as than herself. Utaku tries to come off as older than she really is. She tries to take on more responsibility than she can handle, though never complains about anything. Despite this Utaku can be seen to have a very childish personality. Biography: Utaku was born in a extremely small and very remote village in the Land of Fire. It was located along the rocky coast of the Hanguri Gulf. Homes were built along side sheer cliffs that looked impossible to get too. Though the shops, docks, and such were kept closer to the beach. It was the kind of village where every one knew every one. Where it honestly took a village to raise a child. Every one pitched in in the daily life to keep their little village afloat. Growing up Utaku had a keen interest in the medical profession. The village did not have a doctor and the closest one was miles away. Or they had to rely on traveling merchants to bring medical supplies. Who came rarely, and even rarer stuck around to ever sell anything. The reason: Utaku's village consisted of nothing but Kemono Shinzo's. Not a one of them looked human in any way. In fact all of them were of the avian variety. At first glance they were a village of monsters. Utaku always disliked this view on her village. However, after seeing a random traveler for the first time as a child she could understood where they made the mistakes. Nevertheless this only fueled her desire to be helpful to her family. The years passed and Utaku managed to get teaching from a passing medicine man who would stop by every few weeks. On the last day he was in town the medicine man suggested she leave the village in order to learn more. There was a logic in that, that Utaku understood. Though it pained her greatly, Utaku left her village in order to better it later. Eventually she found her way to the closest town, Gurinbare-to.

Their medical techniques cure all symptoms of status effects applied to the user, rather than where most of the techniques cure them one at a time. In addition, medical techniques which inflict a status may inflict three different applications of the status, rather than just one. The user's crafted poisons also carry this property. The shinobi also obtains 5 custom techniques for medical ninjutsu as well as a Medical Ninjutsu Keystone technique. • Unleash the Beast | The clan member is unforgiving in their strikes. Taijutsu techniques of the user may apply one tier higher trauma status at the following ranks. E-C Rank: Tier 2, B-A Rank: Tier 3 and S-S+ Rank: Tier 4. The user may use clan techniques through animalistic vocalizations but this takes just as much time to mold chakra as handseals.

Whew haz really put it into perspective when he rewrote them.
Hot/Cold Front needs a cost, for effects like these I think we usually have it be 5 per rank or you can substitute this for whatever jutsu has vertigo applied to it you can change it out with either status. It also needs to have an addendum that states it follows the same rank/tier as other effects. ( only S & S+ can apply stage four )
Low/High Pressure, waiting for feedback on this. If this is doing what I think it is then this is going to need to use a custom slot since it's just a little too much for a pa to apply every wind Jutsu in an area.
Shearing Winds just have it say that it's making the wind apply bleeding by being so sharp. The for no resource/activation makes it sound like the blades of wind is a whole separate jutsu that's taking place at the same time.

Almost perfect! I just need a little clarification I think before I can make judgments. ^ ^ Is The All-Seeing Eye meaning to say that it is treating genjutsu as if you were of the scholar's discipline? In a sense, your eye already does kind of do this as long as the primary sense being used is chakra and it gives you a rank reduction to using kai. As for Overwhelming Mastery I'm going to have to deny it sorry! The case for overwhelming is that we generally don't allow member made customs to affect it and essentially this ability may be read as the opponent losing their overwhelming which is reserved for very few defense based bloodlines ^ ^;

In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or action payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. You gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu per body rank that are dedicated to their primary element. Finally, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. Genjutsu: ▱▰▱ Master of Deception → With genjutsu, realism and the sensory ability of the target factor heavily into the ability of the victim to realize they are in a genjutsu. The illusionist chooses [1] Sense of Specialization that will render a genjutsu cost [1] rank less if the casted genjutsu's primary sense is their specialization. Genjutsu that use the illusionist's Sense of Specialization as the primary sense become resistant to the sensory powers of sages and non-Infinite Perception discipline scholars. This resistance means that the genjutsu will go unnoticed from these abilities. Since the illusionist has become so adept in their Sense of Specialization they may always weave it into genjutsu as an Additional Sense unless it would bring the illusion's sensory control above the [5] limit. The illusionist may also always select any Additional Sense that is not their Sense of Specialization to add to a genjutsu as long as it does not exceed the cap of [5] manipulated senses.
Sense of Specialization: Sound ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Ninjutsu - Genjutsu: The user is able to combine their ninjutsu and genjutsu together for one action by using the ninjutsu as a trigger by effecting the target's senses. This ability has a three post cool down. Ninjutsu and Genjutsu cost five chakra less per rank of the technique.

• Hot/Cold Front | An alteration born from Minori's parents, Seiji and Karleen. Minori's primary element, Wind, is an extension of his heritage and can be altered on a whim to mimic his bloodline. At any point before a Fuuton jutsu is cast, Fuuton techniques can be altered for [5] chakra per rank of the applied technique from its base form to instead imitate Shakuton or Hyouton. This conversion treats affected Fuuton jutsu as the specified element for the entire technique's existence, but are still considered non-bloodline Ninjutsu for the purposes of interaction with Korabo, PAs and other systems. Altered Fuuton from this extra cost carries the properties of the imitated element, Shakuton or Hyouton, can apply its associated *status but loses its ability to apply Vertigo. Techniques altered in this PA carry the aesthetic and properties of the new element (frosty winds, shimmering heat) but are still considered Wind jutsu for purposes of system interaction. *([Ice]Frost/[Scorch]Dehydrate, E-C: Tier 1, B-A Rank: Tier 2, and S-S+ Rank: Tier 3)
• Shearing Winds | Minori's Fuuton Ninjutsu and other air based techniques are finely controlled to be like blades of air. Offensive Fuuton and air or wind based techniques apply the bleeding aspect of trauma as if struck by a blade.
• Low Air Pressure Mastery | An elemental ability building off of Minori's control over the Wind Element. When Low Pressure is activated from the Fuuton listing, Minori is able to tweak the strength of the technique to be stronger or weaker for his use as a Variable jutsu [X-Rank]. The range of Low pressure's effective area of effect also fluctuates, its maximum affected area following the scaling below while the penalties imposed to stamina and Endurance are also listed below. Evanescently Magnificent
Clarified Hot/Cold Front a little bit more, shortened and condensed the wording with some tweaks. Essentially it tweaks the element of Fuuton techniques used to either Scorch or Ice, and what makes it different from the PAs in either bloodline that commit the same idea is that the later PAs and eventual Customs build off of what Hot/Cold Front is specifically doing -- Hence the "still considered Wind Jutsu" line. Added a cost as requested, if it's too much lemme know as well.
Shearing Winds has been tweaked accordingly, made note of air or wind based techniques such as those that can be found in Tai/Buki jutsu -- as is intended.
Turned Low/High into two separate PAs that are... Varaible Jutsu with a bit more added onto 'em. Either way, they do exactly as written and are meant to interact with the other PAs. Putting that out there. If they're too much, lemme know.
Personal Attributes: • Kinetic Transfer | Masato's sheer strength of his taijutsu and basic combat strikes penetrate targets that they directly and create a pressure wave of kinetic force the size of the striking limb. Each time Masato makes contact with a target with a technique he is deducted 10 stamina per rank of the parent technique up to two ranks below it's cost automatically. Anything struck by this aggressive and passive force suffers tier one trauma. • Might of the Kyotoryuu | The user's Kyotoryuu techniques penetrate through armor as though they were one tier lower. • Sharp Strike | When Masato's taijutsu techniques impact an opponent that opponent suffers a 1 point decrease in endurance for one post per body rank of the user or the injury is treated. • Crushing Impact | For each point of strength invested into the stat above the cap grants each physical strike concussive knock back equal to ten feet. • Unparalleled Speed | Techniques that require the user's speed to be X amount of points higher than the opponent's agility to reach it's full effect have that number reduced by 1 point.

FANtastic versatility: Seika has practiced using her fans to execute techniques from styles or fit for a fan, however her dedication to these weapons has allowed her the ability to harness techniques of alternative weapons but with the fans general length and weight being the only real difference. She may use Her fans in place of Buki-Jutsu requiring a thrown weapon, a club or rod type weapon that would be wielded in one hand and potentially dual wielded, in place of swords[but not greatswords or great clubs unless using a massive fan] and and place of knives and with any tai-Jutsu that would use the palm of her hand.

Nindo: Personality: A generally jaded individual Hasaki is the kind to show minimal restraint in voicing disagreement in things she hears and is rather judgemental on people via second hand information and first impressions, whether stressful or not. People who can’t keep control or are quick react with hostility or idiocy will generally be treated with resentment and it will take a while to show that one is able to better themselves and understand her reasoning for keeping people like this distant and aware of her disdain toward them. She also generally views people negatively unless proven wrong but circumstances might lead her to keep quiet about such things I.e. when dealing with a superior and trying to maintain positive standing due to responsibility, although she might still try to voice her issues.
Towards her animal companions and moreso her surrogate older sibling, Hamline the Kamaitachi, she treats them all kindly and with genuine care, she views then as her family and they reciprocate the same feelings towards her. She enjoys music and plays the flute for herself and her companions, enjoying the act so much that she will even play for people she isn’t fond of if the choose to listen and generally takes requests. She is loyal and protective, very responsible and follows orders accurately, she is willing to take initiative and give commands efficiently due to formed teamwork with her companions and as a result is level headed and critical in most situations.
She comes off as cold and distrusting as she generally is and can be honest or straightforward to the point of harshness although generally doesn’t have misplaced malice when doing so, and will definitely show malice and hate of someone she does to the point of verbal hostility, sniping, scathing observations and general distancing from that person and will rise them and double check information coming from them. As a member of the blessed of O-inari her viewpoint on their bloodline is that it is a fact and a part of them and that it is no more a blessing or less of a curse than any other bloodline, meaning that any scorn put towards her casual viewpoint of her forbidden seal or forbidden seals in general is that they hold no form of blasphemy and are merely aspects of her people or tools of others and no worse than any other tool for protection or killing, especially as the bloodline was derived from a need for the land of tea to protect itself in the past.
She tolerates zero hostility towards her ninja companions to the point of issuing a single warning for one to cease and desist certain actions regarding her companions before taking immediate actions if gone unheeded. She will avoid these situations leading to death but considering if someone is taken by surprise by her group they will definitely be spending a lofty stay at a hospital. They also hold a similar disposition toward protecting her although with much looser constraints. This stems from an enormous fear of loosing them

Biography: As a child she was an up and coming prodigy of the land of teas Tozen clan, Hasaki is by birth a member of the main branch whom has obtained the companionship of a great kamaitachi that’s life has been intertwined with Her own since she was eleven. Most of her life has been spent diligently training, but also some years before her birth she was prearranged to be married her off, however this ploy was abandoned when she was eleven as an incident took place surrounding her and the people of her future husband that destroyed this arrangement utterly.
Hasaki was kidnapped shortly after she successfully revealed her mark of o-Inari, the reason behind her capture was impatience and lusting after the power of the Tozen bloodline. The Fuyuki crime syndicate were the people behind her future marriage and their patience in acquiring her ran thin, the original intent they had to try and discover how her bloodline worked and to add members of her family through offspring to bolster the organizations ranks. Despite her age the groups patience wained when she was eleven which resulted in a small raid, her parents and some other family members were slain and the girl was kidnapped without much difficulty. Due to her training and the fact she was assaulted by her prearranged suitor she managed to escape her captors during transport and then tried to maintain distance from Her pursuers, however she was not capable of navigating the confusing and complicated landscape and fell down a ravine, to what she believed and basically hoped was her death.
Fortunately for Hasaki she survived, landing in a thin river and being washed ashore she managed to make it through that ordeal. She was banged up, psychologically crushed and humiliation, but she was alive and upon seeing a cave entrance she decided to use it to hide, she was very careful about doing so and brandished a Kunai she’d managed to steal from her captors. The cave greeted her with a powerful musk, however this caused no concern to a young girl afraid for her life and this fear made her not question what might be further in the cave. The young girl fearfully felt her way through the dark, tripping a couple of times until she took a step and there was no floor beneath the foot and her other slid, throwing her a few feet deeper into a chamber that gave off warmth and a rapid sound of air, more precisely laboured breathing.
Curiosity override fear as she slowly approached the noise, her hand gripping a kunai right to her chest, there were bones littered around the floor which she quickly realized and was gripped by fear, realizing that she was in a nest or burrow of sorts, she found fabrics and soft foliage that was clearly brought here, then finally she found something, large, fuzzy, warm and defiantly alive. It was easily bigger than her and it’s laboured breathing caught her attention, she blindly gather some of the materials and managed to create a small fire a short distance from the object, her eyes widening in astonishment as she revealed the large black frame of a curled up giant weasel, that was in fact a kamaitachi and in the future would be referred to as Hamline.
The bewildered girl was astonished the thing ignored the fire, it’s body shifted and weakly opened eyes, as if to inspect her, its expression pitiful as its eyes were clearly only partially capable of sight making Hasaki realize this was extremely young and basically an infant despite its gigantic size. Another was visable curled up a short distance from the first, they were easily bigger than her and quiver opening its mouth and letting out a pitched whimper, trying to look threatening towards the young girl who cautiously approach, speaking quietly to reassure it. The cooing was unneeded as the create collapsed unable to back its posturing, which prompted her to rush over to inspect it, quickly realizing it was sick and extremely dehydrated. This was evident by its dry nose and the fact that the shinobi who was recently soaked was damp and the creature realized and licked at her desperately. Inspecting the other poor creature she immediately could tell the moment she touched it that the poor child was dead, it’s eyes at least were closed but the girl started to cry, fearful this would be akin to her fate.
Riddled by the fear of her captors and the now greater fear that this things parent could come back at anytime and she was definitely food to these creatures based on her sized the girl started to flee, scrambling up the wall she’d fallen down she intended not to look back, however she did and what she saw was a child starring at her leave, Attempting to follow and before managing to shift itself even small distance it heavily hit the floor with a defeated air, laying motionless where it collapsed with a whimper. Hasaki stared and looked at this poor thing, trying to hold on, wanting to live just like she was, Hasaki couldn’t abandon the creature and telling it she’d be right back she took off retracing her steps until she found the cave entrance and sprinted over to river, pulling off one of her shoes and using it a a makeshift scoop she sloshed up water and ran back to the creature.
Hydrating it was extremely arduous, she had to move the massive frame of its unconscious head so she could pour the fluids down it’s throat. After a few doesn’t trips, the creatures laboured breathing seemed to improve, this wasn’t taken as an excuse to stop and she spent a couple of hours of these trip, her feet cut and her exhausted, the last thing she remembers was sitting beside the creature, drain, hurt and hungry and she fell unconscious. She awoke suddenly and to terror incarnate, a child’s nightmare standing in front of the girl, her body blasted off of the ground and she found herself violently separated from Hamline and unceremoniously smashed into the ground on her back, something pinning her to the floor, guttural noises from a throat bigger than the girl herself, Hamlines mother had come home. The creatures teeth were bared threateningly and a gigantic pair of eyes stared hate and viscous intent of a predator that cared nothing of humans beyond prey.
The mother had returned from hunting, she was distressed because her children weren’t suckling properly for their mother was underfed and not producing enough milk and they had gotten sick. The mother was not prepared to return to the scent of a human, a human who had been with the others that made her hunting take far to long, so long in fact on of her kids were dead, she intended to end the girl which she found at least partly responsible for this and ignored any scream or plea the child gave, the wind in the cave picking up as the kamaitachi intended to use its powers to decapitate the human girl before consuming her. It was then that the young one would reawaken and move, biting onto its parent ankle and positioning its body between its mothers gaze and its saviour. A silent discussion happened between the two creatures resulting in the parent withdrawing its now wounded foot and backing up and grabbing the prey she killed and dragged over when hunting, a powerful male bull that had had its neck torn into and broken, the kamaitachi beginning to eat as it watched her child and Hasaki with killer intent, then speaking words that Hasaki could hear “You live because my little one lives as a result of your actions, if she dies, you too will die, if she recovers, I will guide you to the nearest human settlement and let you be.”
The results of this were that Hasaki spent around four days caring for Hamline. Hameline deceased sibling was dragged off at some point when the two of them were asleep on the first night, it took till the second for the mother to allow her child to cuddle up to its saviour and upon returning from a hunt she gave the girl permission to take some to eat. At the beginning of the fourth, the den was attacked and everything went to hell. Hasakis pursuers has discover her location, they immediately got attacked upon finding the caves entrance by mother, whom suddenly snapped awake and wordlessly shot towards the entrance of her home after the trespassers, which very quickly became evident to Hasaki and her charge.
Hasaki tried to escape the cave during the combat to try and have her pursuers chance her away from the location, however Hameline who was much better followed at a distance, watching what it actually saw to be its deceased litter mate, it’s scent having attached to Hasaki due to being in their den and touching the deceased sibling. Although it had this misconception it at least understood that it would be dead if not for her and followed out of curiosity and the bond the two had formed in the short time. Her pursuers lost the majority of their number to mother however they managed to gain the upper hand and wounded the kamaitachi badly, as a Result Hasaki yelled to get their attention, throwing her single kunai in an attempt to assist, immediately being set upon by someone with a sword that turned out to be her suitor. She would have been disabled then and there if not for Hameline leaping in and taking the strike to the face before instantly reeling back in pain, the blade narrowly missing its eye, the sword that did so stabbing into its midsection before it had the time to strike into the ground, its mother desperately leaping to protect her child lost focus and was struck with an immense salvo of explosive tags, injuring it to such an extent that her blind fury wouldn’t allow her to protect her offspring.
This was when Hasaki finally gave her kidnapped that which they wanted from her, just not the way they had intended, Hasaki, enraged and terrified for the lives of her short term patients that were basically the only reason she was alive and this was unbearable, her seal fully unleashed at that point and the drained combatants had no way to stop her, especially as the injured kamaitachi parent, although barely able to move was not unable to use its chakra using Hasakis reaction as a distraction to prepare a large technique which annihilated the rest of its foes but on, the one who stabbed Hameline, the one Hasaki was focused on, the one who was to be her future husband, a made man of the Fuyuki group, smashing several of his ribs to gravel before violently drowning him in the river and breaking his neck for good measure and worse things out of rage. The disgusting and dishonourable pervert met what Hasaki and the kamaitachi saw as a fitting end.
The result of this were that the Mother was going to die, out of thanks to Hasaki and more so our of concern the creatures final words were of thanks toward Hasaki and instructions to look after her remaining little one, as without her, it may never learn what it needs to survive and bid them both farewell before dragging itself into it home and to where she had dragged her child that had died, wrapping around her little one and wishing Hasaki and her living child a good life. Using equipment from the slaughtered ground of Fuyuki group members she managed to tend to Hamelines injuries, then after prying it away from its fallen parent they headed off.
The Yozens approach to this was to declare Hasaki as dead and keeping her training and activities secret, even from the locals so her disappearance would be the last she was spoken of by anyone there and she was given the spare name of Matasu. Later sending her to the Tanigakure to distance her from her people and should it come to light she was alive, have plausible deniability in case the Tanigakure were to fall.

Strengths: • She is a brilliant musician both with her flute and vocally, she definitely has perfect pitch and her hearing is rather precise to the point she can notice the tiniest and most subtle changes in tones and pitches. • a penchant for wind techniques to the point of being able to emulate traits of her Kamaitachi with custom techniques. • is extremely good at coordination, tactics and command as a result of her needing to be in charge and training multiple ninja pets. Weaknesses: • The Fuyuki group did a number on her and her hatred and trauma runs so deep she will loose her head around them reducing her efficient and leading to reckless actions. • Might be overly dependant of her ninja pets as her standard strategy usually involves her conducting and backing them up from afar. • Doesn’t appear to have much luck in the realm of chance oriented games, like cards and dice, likewise she seems to be bad at absorbing rules for recreational games and some sport to the point of almost confusing them absurdly although has a couple she gets and isn’t terrible at. • Her Defenses are reliant on a ninja pet being at her side at almost all times in combat to cover her from melee and Bukijutsu/tai-Jutsu, her defensive abilities in buki and taijutsu as lacking when she’s not focusing on utilizing that type of fighting style. • intimacy is something she’s not good at and generally gets uncomfortable if touched by men and is downright hostile or fearful if further than casual contact is made by someone who shouldn’t be doing so. Although she can see past ignore this if like practicing wrestling or something but might have some reservations. ▰▰▰Personality: Hamelines mental and emotional capacity is as complex as any humans if not of slightly different dynamics, her massive intellect is contained with slightly more powerful and straightforward instincts than a persons. She is carefully out of reach of most besides her children or Hasaki, this is in part due to having a very similar view of things to Hasaki but also a level of care towards the safety of others greater than her human sibling. Out of concern for harming people she doesn’t let people touch her without a legitimate reason, the concept of someone wanting to simply pet her because is basically demeaning and she’ll usually knock people over who even attempt, persistence will be met with intimidation. She will only play with her kids, Hasaki or select few people she like, this again is in part due to the previously stated reasons, however it’s also out of a concern that she will hurt someone due to being a rough creature. Although her attitudes are a lot friendlier toward children, which she will disregard her pride and show more consideration towards kids and give them much more favourable treatment and treat them with care.
▰▰▰Background: Hameline is the child of a Kamaitachi that when dying of sickness and dehydration and a kit was saved by Hasaki when she was in desperate straights regardless of her fear of Hameline. Her sibling has passed away and she remembered almost dying, before Hasaki took on her siblings scent and saved Hameline by providing much needed fluids and care. Hameline stood between her mother annihilating the child and managed to get Hasaki spared, this unfortunately ended in pressures who were after Hasaki mortally wounding Hamelines mother and injuring herself, Hasaki assisting in the very end allowing them to come out victorious at the cost of Hamelines mothers life.
Since then Hameline has lived with Hasaki as her sibling and sort of a surrogate child, although Hameline views Hasaki as the child due to her own experience with having litters of children. Hasaki has never met her mate, whom happens to be a local giant Ferret that lives in the warring lands. Her children as a result are intelligent and capable but are no where near as Intelligent of capable as Hameline, lacking the minor human-esq adaptation that some summon or advanced animals posses like Hameline. She has had four litters, five live with Hasaki although two are too young and not properly trained and thus will currently be spoken off little, the children that take after her Kamaitachi side do not survive the hybridization and only the dominantly ferret ones survive. Hameline generally isn’t seen around Hasaki unless there’s appropriate spacing and people who won’t be put off by the enormous predators presence and often hangs around a mile or two from Hasakis village when nearby, although can be dozens of miles away at any given time when they are off the clock, she will Be summoned when needed and far away although if she accompanies Hasaki on a mission she generally stays a few miles out and will rush over when needed as certain environments won’t afford such an immense sized creature much stealth

This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -2 rank reduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. You can release yourself from genjutsu at one rank lower in kai chakra release but with no benefit in pain release. In addition, the user's sensory abilities are extended fifty feet per rank of the technique. As a master tracker, you can advance in the ninja hunter and special ops careers for half as many Oinin Butai and ANBU missions completed. Upon reaching Initiate in Oinin Butai, you gain the Eagle Eye perk innately so you can choose one other Oinin perk as well. When you use a sensory technique with jamming you can double the jamming effect, this ability applies to one technique per three posts. Second Class: Bloodline ▱▰▱ Dual Ancestry → Dual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the optional attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank. ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Scholar – Bloodline: Able to sense without any technique if someone has the same bloodline as the user within a thirty-foot radius. Gains a technique exclusive to this cross.

For each rank of a technique, it's flames burn actively for one post or one additional post if a limit is given. • Illusory Prowess | This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost. • Inscribed Flesh | The Yozen can create any and all seals, and therefore cast any sealing technique - no matter how intricate or complex - upon their skin without handseals. This alternative method for Fuuin must still adhere to the alternative jutsu casting clause as chakra must still be gathered to accomplish a technique as a seal isn't instantly created. In addition, with one-touch and one action, the Yozen is able to summon up to three creatures from a contract for only the chakra cost of the highest-ranked creature summoned. • Sacrosanct Seal | Forbidden Seals, including Blessings of Ō-Inari, owned by this rpc have an additional 100 corrupted nature chakra stored in their seal. Additionally, by rejecting that forbidden seals/curse marks are curses at all, the Yozen clansmen are able to keep full summoning contracts while having the Blessing of Ō-Inari and any other forbidden seal. • Genetic Palette | With intensive genetic therapy and strong blood, this character is able to possess more than one transplant. Biography: Being the youngest son of his family, Riven is not devoid of duty, but his expectations by his family are much lower. In short his father is fine if Riven chooses to live a regular life, but does not neglect to train the young swordsman should he ever ask for it. Riven spends his days practicing naturally recurring swordsmanship, as he showed no aptitude or any of the Holy Zaishin styles. It saddens him a bit, but his determination never falters because of it.

First Class: Bukijutsu ▱▰▱ Juggernaut → The user suffers no restrictions of movement or drawbacks from any armor tier they wear and it requires no slot consumption from the Inventory System. In addition, armor they are actively wearing are increased by two ranks in durability and techniques that are increased in effectiveness against armor do not gain that bonus against the user. The user gains a [+1] stats boost to strength and endurance. Once every three posts, the user is able to defend an attack without paying an action for the technique, instead spending it upon an offensive action if the user chooses.
Second Class: Bukijutsu ▱▰▱ Expert → The user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. The shinobi can pick a single weapon, or two if dual wielding, to apply this focus toward with examples such as Katana, Spear, Bows or even Dual Daggers. They acquire a Keystone technique that is unique to them with an additional 2 Custom Techniques derived of this special ability. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. With a minimum of 5 chakra or stamina paid. ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Bukijutsu – Bukijutsu: If this class is taken as the first and second class, then the user takes 2 disciplines from this class and an additional bukijutsu style. Dedicated Disciple: A disciple who chooses to specialize in a small number of their class's arts. Limiting themselves to three of their class's styles, granting overwhelming in all three styles up to S Rank. In addition, these masters of their arts are able to have a 1 point increase to their 8 point stat cap making it 9. Kiritani Network I [Winter Holidays 2019/2020] - Guards purchased for Kagerou's residence can be distributed to and stationed at any of her businesses instead.
Kiritani Network II [Winter Holidays 2019/2020] - Beneath their different fronts, the businesses Kagerou controls are all working together as one, incredibly expansive information network. Therefore, tending to and performing upkeep for one business counts as tending to all of the businesses she owns.
Kiritani Network III [Winter Holidays 2019/2020] - Kagerou has a general idea of the overall state of the location her businesses are in by the power of regular reports. Additionally, when Kagerou collects ryo from a business, she can instead choose to collect information instead, be it from the past or the present. Information collected is detailed and accurate, but it can only be collected from activities that occurred in places that can be accessed publicly. For every 5,000 ryo collected, Kagerou can learn the general gist of one roleplay post in the same subforum.
Kiritani Network IV [Winter Holidays 2019/2020] - When Kagerou collects from Baron/Celebrity and Conglomerate/World Famous businesses, she can collect information on the inner workings of villages. This information remains accurate, but is far less detailed. For each collection she would make, she can learn one detail on an individual or organization (legal or illegal) found in the subforum the business is in. She may not learn a direct weakness or fear, but she can learn other pertinent information that may imply at a weakness or fear.

Kiritani Hearing I [Two Year Anniversary] - The Kiritani are trained to have sensitive ears, able to pick out the chords in a song and the sound of a pin dropping in the next room over. Kagerou has perfect pitch and altogether better hearing than others, easily able to hear whispers from the other side of the room and heartbeats of those close to her.
Kiritani Hearing II [Two Year Anniversary] - Born in the mists to serve the mists, Kagerou has been trained to fight in the mists by those who relied on no bloodlines. Relying primarily on hearing, she is able to fight as well with her eyes closed as when they are open.
ZERO System [Two Year Anniversary] - Doujutsu can only be altered so much to empower senses other than the eyes. However, information is information no matter where it comes from. Taking the heightened sensory processing of the Sharingan, Kagerou applies it to all of her senses: hearing, smell, taste, tough, and chakra on top of sight. All of Kagerou's senses benefit from the Insight ability of the Sharingan when her doujutsu is active, gaining an equivalent level of acuity appropriate for that sense. The stat bonuses conferred by Insight are only given once, but she now has the bonus so long as she is able to see, sense chakra, or use any sense that can functionally replace sight.

-Kiritani Network's are all approved!
-Kiritani Ghost- is approvable once you add in just a few notes! ^ ^ For the blindness portion add in parathesis that you can't erase yourself some a specialized trait like the blindsight clan! Just normal people! EDIT: Now that I think about it try to word it so it's more inclusive and not just the sound sight. Like if a hoshi cut you they would still be able to smell your blood with their one techqniue)
-Kiritani Hearing I Is approved as long as you tie it into your saskue clan eyes/Zero system since there needs to be a little bit more of a reasoning behind why your body is surpassing everyone else's. Yuh I get its special training but I haven't heard of anyone in the real world being able to do that yet.
-Kiritani Hearing II is denied. The idea is neat, but how the mist fighters saw through their stuff is already explained away with the mist seeing technique whatever its name is I forget.

Kiritani Ghost [200 Members] - Stealth is the bread and butter of the Kiritani. Kagerou's movements, even the most extreme, make no perceptible sounds and her body emits no perceptible scent. At least, none that can be perceived by most shinobi. Those with senses enhanced above and beyond by bloodline, PA, technique, etc. can catch faint traces of her sound and scent.
Kiritani Hearing I - Could I instead tie this into Kagerou's Performer class and her choice of Infinite Perception for her Scholar discipline? The Echo technique in the sensory list uses hearing to sense one's surroundings, so that could be the basis.
