	Oi, AandOE says that simply using Chakra does not prevent the negative side of healing from occurring, you need actual damage.

	Ergo War Oi, AandOE says that simply using Chakra does not prevent the negative side of healing from occurring, you need actual damage. petrification blow it is, seeing as medical jutsu is said to be able to heal that, im assuming that would work then?
