(he's supposed to be N.Italy and S.Italy's older brother, however since he's a tiny nation, he has the appearance of a small child ^^)

(lolz OMG cool xD lol I made Mexico hold a spear to represent her Aztec heritage, and Vatican dress like a member of the clergy since he's a very religious nation. the curl's to show he's related to italy xD)

he holds on to his book "all these large nations... it's kinda scary.... but I better get used to it if I'm going to make new friends" ^^;
