Some light scale markings around his back/shoulders/thighs/tail (scales the same teal colour as his hair). Splotches of brown mixed in here and there, as if there is mud lightly splattered across his body. White hooves, teal eyes. For his fins, make all of the spiny parts the same colour as his body, and all of the membranes a much lighter shade of that blue. Perhaps the membranes could be slightly transparent if possible? Gold metal rings on his fins/tail with tiny aquamarine beads and gold chains dangling from them. A pearl necklace with gold chains/aquamarine gems hanging from it. A few seashells/starfish, all in shades of coral pink, resting on his body (perhaps with a bit of the brown underneath to show that they're stuck on with mud/sand). Obviously, ignore the dreichda's horns/wings because they wouldn't be allowed as non-mutant edits. XD Oh, and his expression shouldn't be angry like the template; make him have a serene expression.
*** As a note, if I may, I'd like the alternate template here on the right with the shoulder fins.
