A Love Square?![Omg, Tifa, and SKB]

Layla smiled, "Thanks. To be honest, though..I kinda want to sleep. I know that sounds lazy but it sounds so good, especially since it feels like forever since we last slept." Her eyes did seem to drop more as the time ticked by, signs of sleep deprivation started to show.

"Then you should go get some sleep." Adrian suggested, noting how sleepy the girl was. Crap, I keep forgetting which is which, I don't know if Layla is the sleepy one or if it's Belladonna. Adrian thought to himself.

Belladonna shot a brief glare at Adrian when he commented on being there to make sure nothing happened to her. It wasn't like she couldn't take care of herself. She could probably knock the agent out in ten seconds flat if she wanted. Seeing Layla's exhaustion, and feeling damn exhausted herself, Belladonna got up and pulled her sister to her feet, draping Layla's arm over her shoulder. "C'mon, Sparky. Let's just forget about your band for today, 'kay? It's bedtime for you. You can sleep on the couch for now, Agent Richter," she added, looking at Adrian. "I'll make up the bed in one of the extra rooms after we've all gotten some rest."

Layla hugged her sister and clung to her tightly, excited to sleep. She smiled at he agent and waved, "Night Night Agent." she said sleepily.

"Goodnight." Adrian said cheerily and finished up his plate, did his dishes and plopped down on the couch, taking off his glasses so he could sleep.

Belladonna smiled indulgently at her sister. They may have been twins, but at moments like this, when Layla hadn't gotten enough sleep, she often felt like she was older. "C'mon, sleepyhead. Let's get you to your room." Truth be told, Belladonna still felt like her twin would disappear if she took her eyes off her for more than a minute, but she wasn't about to admit that in front of Adrian. After she was sure the FBI agent was asleep, she'd slip into Layla's bed and snuggle up to her sister.

Layla fell asleep almost instantly when her head hit the pillow, forgetting that her sister wasn't in her room yet. That wouldn't last for long though as nightmares started up almost immediately, and each time it was as if the wound in her arm was burning.

Belladonna padded softly from her room to Layla's, stopping briefly to check on the sleeping agent in their living room. When she reached the other bedroom and heard the sounds she'd come to associate with her sister having nightmares, Belladonna slipped into the bed beside Layla and wrapped her arms around her twin, whispering softly to calm her.

When Layla felt her sister's embrace she immediately turned to face her, burying her face into Belladonna's neck. The nightmares were gone the instant her sister climbed into bed, her sleep becoming easier as the day went on around them.

Belladonna smiled and yawned. Once Layla had shaken off her nightmares, Belladonna was able to fall asleep herself. That's the way it was with them: if one was having trouble sleeping the other couldn't sleep either.

The girls would awake to the smells of breakfast being cooked by Adrian, as he had promised earlier that night.

For the first time since they were children, Belladonna woke before Layla. She still had her arms wrapped around her twin, and, seeing her sister was still there and hadn't disappeared while she was asleep as she'd feared would happen, Belladonna sighed in relief. She extricated herself from her sister and followed the scent of food cooking to the kitchen. "Morning, Agent Richter," she yawned. "Almost forgot you stayed over. Obviously no one attacked us in our sleep."
