Snowflake's ears pricked and she looked up. "O-Oh, are you sure? I don't want to be a bother..."

"Oh, darling I insist!" Rarity pushed. Bonfire offered a gentle smile that said 'go ahead, it'll be nice.'

Snowflake finally gave a soft nod and smiled. "Okay...thank you, Rarity."

"Don't mention it, darling!" Rarity replied. She took Snowflake into the back to do the measurements, taking her measuring tape with her. The tape floated around Snowflake, lining itself with her limbs. "So, Snowflake, are you and Bonfire old friends?" she asked.

Snowflake shook her head. "I just met him today...He's showing me the magic of friendship, because I'd been living here my whole life and didn't have any friends...Until today, that is..."  

[The Jolly Victini]

"Haven't made any friends?!" Rarity replied incredulously. "Darling, why ever not? You're beautiful! You should be taking the world by storm!"

Snowflake blushed, causing her muzzle to turn a deep red. "O-Oh...I'm just too shy..."  

[The Jolly Victini]

"Oh, don't worry, dear. With one of my dresses, people will be too shy to talk to you!" Rarity boasted.

Snowflake looked at Rarity. "R-Really?"  

[The Jolly Victini]

"If it isn't, then I can't call myself one of the best designers in Equestria!" Rarity declared.

"Wow..." Was all Snowflake could say.

Rarity went to work on Snowflake's dress. In total it took her about 10 minutes. Rarity wheeled out her newest masterpeice on a ponyquin into the lobby. The dress was a lighter shade of blue that matched Snowflakes's highlights perfectly with white frills that laced the underside. There were dark blue ribbons that adorned the flank on both sides, with Snowflake's cutie mark on both sides. The front included a colar-ish section that her head was meant to go and a Snowflake hair clip to accent her hair. "Viola! You new dress!" Rarity introduced.
