also i have a Goldenleaf member!
He's the son of one of Aurelius' sisters who passed away while giving birth. His father is unknown (though that's where he gets his blue hair from). He was weak as a foal and didn't participate in the lantern ceremony - despite being the first (and only) born of his line. He believed he would be too weak and grew afraid of the flames.
He began to become fascinated by fireflies - a light source that he wasn't afraid of. he started collecting them and while it isn't official, he made his own 'lantern' by collecting fireflies at night and releasing them the following day.
some members of the herd may find his hair a bit concerning, but he's learnt to deal with the haters.

And when you say they should follow the family trait rule, you mean they should look similar to them, yes?

yeah i will~ i'm slowly filling things in. if you have any ideas, feel free to share them! <3 if you're questing a family member, i'd like them to be similar somewhat. but you could quest like.. a cousin so they can have odd traits. i.e. my new boy has blue hair. i'd like at least deer/natural markings. o u o

oh sorry! if you wanna just have someone be a member of the herd there aren't really any restrictions except like the restrictions already in place (no moon themes, no evil, no white hair etc). but yeah typically for family members they should have some similar traits - a bit more lax for cousins/nieces&nephews but for like.. children & siblings a bit more of a resemblance. O U O i hope i answered your questions u_u
