Day 4

A week and a half before finals, this is how most nights will be spent. Studying in bed.

Day 07 - A picture of your most treasured item.

I have a lot of items that are precious to me, not all of them I can provide pictures for, so here are two:

My books have always meant a lot to me, they were my first friends, and I'm always going to enjoy reading.
Second are my chibi vocaloid figurines (picture is not mine, but these are the same figurines that I have at home)
I stayed with a friend for a weekend over the summer this year so I could attend a con. I've always considered them a close friend, even though we rarely talk, but when we do it's always about something meaningful. We used to like each other, probably still do a little bit, but we were never open with our feelings. Anyway, the reason these are special to me is because he gave them to me. I came back from the last day of the con, and they were all neatly laid out on top of my stuff. His words when I asked about them were "I thought they were an appropriate gift" (as my birthday was a month away at the time) "and otherwise I would have just sold them"
So yeah, it meant a lot to me that he would let me take them, as he's only ever gifted me something once before, despite us being friends for years, and that time was just because our mutual friend was not-so-subtly hinting about it.

I have a hard photo but not a digital photo of this but I'll go with something else.



This was one of our old schools visits to Tate Modern, one of the most boring places to go when you're with these lot. We were all art students funnily enough but we had to provide our own entertainment and in this guys case, own art.

• Back when it was popular I was officially ranked the third best Pokemon Trading Card Game player in the state of Oregon
• I collect Batman comics
• I’ve seen over 2,300 movies
• I’m working on compiling a list of every movie I’ve seen (I’m aware it’s obsessive and crazy behavior)
• I worked as a Resident Advisor while in college and loved my job
• I once picked up a hitchhiker and the first thing he said after getting into the car was “Thanks, I just got out of prison and didn’t have anyone to give me a ride.” (he turned out to be a really nice guy so no worries)
• I read a lot
• My cat is so clumsy she once broke her leg falling out of a tree
• I drink a lot of tea
• Rain is my favorite type of weather followed closely by windy and thunder storms
• I have the hardest time talking about myself, it took me forever to make this list
