Her reasons for joining would be mostly entirely OOC for me. She has no real character to speak of and needs plots. I've always thought she needed a unicorn friend/partner. I'm quite sure she's the kind of quilin that would make a great healers companion. If I'm right about Ruby, the flighty unicorns wouldn't bother her, she just wants to be useful. Doesn't everyone?

They're not a band of healers; Dal has very limited healing skills, and Cir has only vague magical powers, since the loss of half his horn. What's more, in this sort of herd, they're going to be extremely cynical of other races/breeds and their environment, and I don't think your character would flourish the way you want her to.
I feel as though she'd be more suited to one unicorn that she could pair off with and assist in healing? Just my take on it.

So, Sesshy mentioned something interesting to me today, and that was that Kirin seem to suffer the same fate as the classical unicorns across seas.
That is to say, Kirin are hunted as well, and for similar reasons. This opens up many possibilities that I was previously unaware of, and as such, I'd like to make a note that Kirin (and half-kirin/kirin mixes) will be allowed on the same level that Unicorns (and half-unicorn/unicorn mixes) are. This means that stock and previously existing character who need a plot and herd will be welcomed, as well.
I just need that first Kirin to come up to Cir and explain that they're technically cousins, and their similarity of circumstances, and he should be all good XD (my own personal plot, right there.)
