Body: Primarily covered in scales, but what isn't should be golden with scattered hints of brown. Please see ref for an idea of what I'm referring to specifically. His underbelly should be a creamy white with golden accents relating it to the rest of his body.
Face: I'd like him to have additional, smaller scales on his cheek and under his eye, same golden color as his back scales.
Mane: Platinum blonde, closer to white than gold, long and mostly straight. You can style it as you like from there, but nothing too elaborate, please.
Tail: Regular unicorn tail or custom kirin/unicorn-type tail? Somewhat CC in that respect.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Templated kirin hooves will be fine.

Body: Most of the horse should be green similar to #009900 but can fade to other greens. color palette is taken from conure parrots (see images) I'd like him to have circus inspired swirly markings over his body. Placement of markings is CC. Think Whimsical and fun. He should be a contrast to his saddle All references are below
Face: see refs
Mane: Stock Cockatoo mane with a few flowing longer feathers and hair like the reference below coming from beneath it. Hair is blue that fades to black at the end, feathers are a mix of colors. I'd like each individual feather to fade from one color to another not be all one color.
Tail: An edited spade tail that comes down and in front of the horse, similar to the placement of devil tail one. I'd like the spade to be a little wider of a triangle at the base than that though, so it is not so pointed. The end of the tail has feathers draping out and around the spade as well.
Hooves/Fetlocks: I'd like editted long hair fetlocks, longer than draft, similar to angeni but I would like feathers mixed into them. flowing soft feathers in the same placement as the fetlocks, not the "Feather fetlocks" templated for hippogryphs.

Custom Items: He is a creepy Carousel horse, so a saddle based off the images below. All of his items should be in a color theme very close greyscale.

Saddle wingsThe saddle has wings like the top set here coming off the back. They are black, but have white/grey bones where wing bones would be. The bones are the top of the wing, and the feathers come out of them. The wings come from under the skulls, and will probably cover where the tail comes out of the horse.

Saddle The saddle has an actual black saddle (not the bumpy brown that is here) but has the ribs coming off, and the leg bones of the front and the back that curve towards the actual legs. The handle of the saddle where the rider would hold is bone, but looks like it is breaking out of the black leather of the saddle. Skulls start where they are on the back here, and go around to the front. There are black feathers poking out of the skulls as filler. Placement On this horse, where the yellow loops are would be skulls, and the draped pink/green would be the ribs.

Within the above, anything you would like to CC that is creepy/fits/makes it look good is fine with me.

Custom Items: Big hairstick like in main pick only pretty version. It's a crescent moon with pearls. Hairstick and pearls can be CC in color. Glowing orbs should be purple and black. A few little crystals should also hang from the wings.
Due to the wings the cape unlike the main pick the cape should fall off the back side of the front shoulder and fall to the ground and some kind moon/space clasp and instead of having beads on the cape the beads can be anywhere else of the soq and have to be purple/purples and or black in color and a big glowing purple orb by his feet.
