It was very hard not to notice the new arrivals to their little group. First compliments by Sin, which earned the demon ghoul a bright smile and a brush of dark fingers along her wrist. Next came a little ghost ghoul that would been introduced as Victoria, and her enthusiasm for breasts was unique, to say the least. She laughed, though it was more an exhale then an actual sound. All the same, the sight of the small ghoul nuzzling into Bell's ample bosom was amusing. "A pleasure to meet you, Victoria."

And of course Lizzy. If Hadiyya were a different sort of ghoul she might have been very jealous of the connection between her and Junko, but if the futakuchi-onna had had to look elsewhere for close companionship then that was no one's fault but Yaya's own. She'd been preoccupied, first with her own relationship, then with the sudden lose of communication with the boil after he'd gone to visit his aunties.

She was just going to have to work harder at reforming the strained bonds she had with those she considered dear. Perhaps she'd even find new friends along the way. "Afternoon Lizzy."

Of course mention of the Mistress had the djinn looking curiously at the fall of dark hair, and she slid her hand along a length of it, arm extending to let the strands slid slowly through her fingers. It was weird, but she'd never minded the Mistress, not even at her worst.

"Eight is a very good number," he said, voice soft and reassuring. He only knew so much about kitsunes, but it was of his humble opinion that however many Momo had, that was just fine. His heart might not have beat often(less so these days), and it was still fractured and numb, but as she grabbe done of her tails and began stroking it like some sort of security blanket it melted that black muscle into a puddle of goop.

Raising to his feet, he climbed over the back of the seat beside the ghoul and plopped down beside her, draping an arm over her shoulder so he could pull her in against his side. Cool lips pressing a kiss between her fluffy ears. "I'm glad to be back, but what's wrong, Momo-chan?" It was one of his goals in life to chase away any frowns that crossed the kitsune's lips.

Jericho stared at the white haired girl, shaking his head.

"Spoiled meat? Not at all!" he said quietly, before glancing to the Wrath demon. Letting out a sigh, he slowly nodded.

"That would.. be nice actually,", he said, sounding resigned. He didn't like to admit it, but he really had no clue who these people were. It was...awkward. To say in the last. At least it was for him, since they clearly knew who he was and whatnot.

His gaze shifted to the other girl that came on by, blinking as she claimed to be a mighty adventurer.

Terra stole Roch's place, looking at the little fox ghoul with a slight smile. "You are very nice to hug mi hermano when he needs it," she told her. "And you are very right about time. May I--"

Oh, how she wanted to. "May I pet your ears?" she asked. Yes, Simply was an accomplice in Roch's revenge, but she didn't believe that the ghoul understood what had just happened. Although she could be wrong. "Oh, but that is very forward of me, they are just so large and lovely--"

"Our names. 'Cause he can't..."

Dear Jack.

There was a selkie sliding toward closer onto his lap. West held his lips together very tightly, muffling his snarl. A little of it might have escaped anyway. Once it had faded, he opened his mouth to protest, but the ghoul had already moved. Good riddance. Levi could have her.

"That's Sibyl," he said, somehow managing to keep most of the menace from his voice. "An' Levi." He pointed at the tatzel. "I'm West. We knew each other. Once." The demon still wished he could have been one of the ones to retrieve the dragon from the hunters but, you know, mysterious quicksand. He looked at Levi. "He can't..."

At a loss for how to explain in front of Sibyl, West just... didn't. Maybe there had been enough said for her to get the situation on her own, or maybe he'd just tell her later. Or now, if she insisted.

He sighed again. "So, Jericho. How've ya been?"

Ruth tilted her head at the proffered limb, acting as if not understanding the gesture. Well, she did know what it meant and what it usually entailed, but she never really did one for herself. (Agent greetings and introductions were... a little more complicated and involved several complex handshakes that sometimes lasts for twenty minutes.) Her grin widened, and as she was about to take Serafina's hand, Brenley introduced himself. She blinked, not that it would be visible beneath the bill of her cap, but she blinked all the same. Her lips pursed, as if now unsure what to do, especially given the rather monotonous tone of the boil. With a cant of her head, Ruth decided to join in on the whole introducing bit.

She pointed to Serafina with one hand then raised three fingers and ran them across her own mouth. Then, she pointed to the reaper boil, made a fist with the other hand, and pressed the knuckles to her ear. Considering her lack of vocal acknowledgment that was as close to repeating their actual names as she would go.

And now for her own name... she gestured to herself with both thumbs, stood up, turned her back to them, and promptly raised the back of her skirt. Revealing tight, short shorts with her name RUTH monogrammed just below the band of her shorts. She held her skirt raised just long enough for the two to hopefully read it.

Serafina's eyes lit up when the other ghoul's grin widened, but it fell just a tad when the other voice spoke up behind her. Did the other boil decide to actually approach? Eyes lifted from where they were focused to turn back around and look at -- Brenley, his name was, declaring he was new right away. Well, that was good. She very much wasn't new! If these people were new, maybe she could make them dependent on her for getting around--

Really, Serafina? Was she getting that desperate--

Serafina shut her mind up and instead paid attention to the gestures that Ruth made. Indeed, she didn't speak her name, but the gesture she made was one that defintely matched up. She lifted a hand to her surgical mask, tracing three fingers across her own lips, a thoughtful action mostly to affirm that the name made sense. Was she able to tell what was underneath? For a moment, she fretted, checking that the edges of her surgical mask were quite readily hidden underneath her hair. It seemed to be...

The ghoul was a bit surprised that this other ghoul was revealing her short shorts to them--oh! ... She monogrammed her name on her shorts? Interesting decision. She needed to not stare at someone else's a**. With a soft cough, she then repeated, "Ruth," confirming she had seen the name. "Nice to meet you both, Brenley," she also confirmed the other name, bowing her head to him.

"I've been to the human world once before," she offered, glancing towards the crowd. "Humans are ... interesting." Yeah, that was certainly a word for it. "Seem to draw crowds at least."

Victoria very reluctantly let go of Belladonna, unwilling to leave the comfort of her big sister's boobs embrace. However, she had to be polite! Especially since both Amphi and Belladonna were helping with introductions; it was nice to see that some of the ghouls that she had befriended knew each other! Smiling, she curtsied at each of the ghouls as they were introduced, her feet never touching the ground as she hovered beside the witch.

"I've met Miss Amphi! She taught me how important it was to eat healthy," Because it apparently stimulated boob growth. She then used this as a chance to give the mermaid a quick hug, making sure to rest her head on her bosom, "And it is a pleasure to meet all of you, Misses." She couldn't get over one of Belladonna's comments, however, and rather than hold the question in, she decided to ask, "Miss Sin is dressed to kill? Does that mean that she is an assassin, Big Sister Belladonna?"

Victoria looked really impressed as she said that; the demon was pretty - not as pretty as her prettiest big sister, of course - and the mirror ghost could already imagine Sin taking out enemies while dressed in fashionable garb...

--

Lizzy held on to Junko, gently patting her hair, almost like she was reassuring her soulmate that everything was going to be fine... And it will be! Besides, it was also for her own benefit; having been hiding away from such huge gatherings for some time, she couldn't help feeling a little anxious to be around so many people. So many unfamiliar faces, and faces that bring nostalgia... It was like being a wide-eyed Snot again.

"Afternoon, Yaya," She smiled, "It's been a while!" Maybe more than just 'a while', but it was hard to pinpoint how long it had been, with everything that had happened over the past couple of Octobers, "Actually, it's been a while since I've seen most of you... I'm glad to see that everyone's, uh, well." She was going to say 'safe', but that would probably sound really ominous.

Amphi, Belladonna... Old friends she really should catch up with one of these days.

"Looking forward to the field trip?"

The ghost boil was a bit leery on this whole... thing. He wasn't sure how to describe it. On one hand theatrics did play a role in what his clan did, on the other, a class with a teacher and maybe suffering and being turned into a minipet. He'd rather not end up as a minipet. Ears flat on his head the ghost had come in his more traditional robes, choosing comfort and function over form today. Supposedly theater would mean moving right?

All in all, Frost just did what was needed, then sat down, trying not to draw attention to himself.

A clack, and the small box sealed shut, student forms inside. Little legs popping up from the bottom it scampered to Rengath who looked at it, stood up-

And punted it off to stage right.

“Well now that the legalities are all covered, I hope you little miscreants actually know the basic laws of cross world travel. To sum it up in whole: Don’t be an idiot. I know, a difficult concept for some of you, but I expect some margin of common sense.” Muttering, he picked up the box and small bags, taking them to the DETH pamphlet covered table and- With a flick of his wrist, the papers were set on fire and turned to ash before they hit the floor. It’s possibly the longest time he’s not set DETH propaganda on fire while the option was available.

“Now today class, you will learn about blending in, that is, using humans and their ridiculous manner of costume to hide your true selves. The humans fear one of their own becoming a monster- so imagine going from looking like one of them to well.. one of us. A good scare, they’re often left unsure what they just saw, and from that they question themselves and become more paranoid. It’s a age old tactic. Now, aside from the fact you all can’t be trusted not to ruin everything, this trip is also rather delicate. Humans, for whatever reason, like to celebrate the middle ages. A good time for us, a terrible time for them. Bubonic plagues, epidemics, wars- humans are all sorts of disgusting things but I digress. They will acting like they might have hundreds of years ago. So, not only will you all get a chance to see how this tactic works, but you’ll see humans as they might have been hundreds of years ago. I have in here-“ he motioned to the box, “-pins you will wear that will disguise your form from them. Grab a green cloak from the stacks by the door. These MUST be worn while in the human world. Your FEAR will be locked down, as will all of your natural abilities. You will for all purposes, be a human.”

He shruged. “It’s only for a day, so no whining. Anyway. Take one pin and cloak, and follow me over to the portal. Which yes, is monitored by boogiemen.” A sharp look to several students. “Now hurry along here. I’m not going to wait.”

Going up you notice the pins are a silver and green...in a leaf shape. The green cloaks are folded neatly in a pile by the door-
That Rengath just walked out of towards the woods. Better hurry it up!

OOC
Going to the table to grab the pin and cloak. Rengath is walking towards the woods. If you linger... you might miss something important! So hurry along!

Jericho gave the group a sheepish smile as West half-explained his problem before giving the names of those around.

"Thanks. I... figured that much," he said. It wasn't hard to guess that they had once known one another. Rubbing the back of his neck, he soon nodded to the demon, "Been doing alright. Just kinda getting used to everything and all."

Soon after he answered, he heard the clack. Turning, he faced the professor up on the stage. The idea of witnessing something from the human middle ages caught his attention. That was when dragons were at their strongest right? Maybe he could learn a thing or two...

Maybe.

He went on up to take the pin and cloak, though he didn't put them on just yet. The professor didn't say to do that after all!

It was finally time to get started. Shun raised a brow as Rengath explained what was on the agenda for the day. He was curious, to say in the least, what the middle ages were like. If it was that horrible for the humans, he also had to wonder why the hell they would celebrate such a thing. Maybe they were masochistic. Hm.

He furrowed his brow at the mention of the pin. The Reaper already looked pretty damn human as it was, though he soon got a little more understanding as it was also to lock down their FEAR and whatnot.

Letting out a sigh, he begrudgingly picked up his pin and cloak.

That cloak wasn’t going to be nearly enough to tone down Hairwolf. He slid the green fabric over his shoulders, whirling it around himself with a grin. It wasn’t quite the color he would have chosen but he supposed they were trying to blend in. Fastening the little silver pin to the cloak, he strolled nonchalantly after Rengath, ignoring all orders to hurry.

When Rengath began to speak, Myr flicked his eyepod off, pulling out the buds and tucking it all into his pocket. This sounded rather interesting, learning about humans and how they costumed themselves, and maybe even a little about human history.

It might even end up being fun.

He made his way to the table to grab a pin, a strange silver and green leaf shaped one, and a green cloak. He liked cloaks, and once he had this one, he slipped it on, following after Rengath. He didn't want to miss anything, because he knew if he did, it would likely end up being important later.

The authority figure spoke with a careless tone, but the school would not appoint someone a teacher without reason. His tutors had a reason and they were chosen by and deemed the finest. Perhaps this one had his points and he moved at a fast pace, which Uru preferred for the most part. Taking a green pin, he looked at it. A three pointed leaf with a silver border, mid-rib, and lamia with some ornate crest around it. This was certainly unlike the other pin that they had used to go to the moving images field trip, but perhaps there was a reason for this. Grabbing a cloak, he draped it over his arm and held the pin in his hand, following the professor to the portal.

No abilities. No shapeshifting. They were to appear and blend in with the human populace, but, was what was the bigger image here?...

Yes, Olivia was a quiet one. Doing nothing more than passing glances towards Molan while he dealt with his brother and the growing collection of students for today's fun filled class. There were more that she recognized like large Uru from their previous adventures to the human world, and the reaper from the battle and Frost even. Her smile never faltered once.

Until their teacher for the day finally called for their attention and drawled on about their activity for the day. Well, that hadn't brought upon the frown really (the fire kind of had, she jumped a little with a displeased sound) because the idea of a scare and traveling to a different place was always so exciting to her. It was the matter of once again losing her natural ability, the thing that kept her nicely cooled and comfortable. It had been so unpleasant the last time when they had been turned human, all the sweating and the heat which never bothered her before. Olivia pursed her lips together for a moment, well she had signed up and all.

"Shall we go?" She asked the two brothers before heading over to pick up a very lovely green cloak and a pretty leaf pin. (Taking note along the way that Andrew seemed to be talking to another ghoul.... hmmm......) Fastening the accessories upon herself, she held her hand out to Molan so they could hurry along like the instructor mentioned for them to do.

Maple felt that all familiar blush creep along her cheeks when Andrew found his way over to her. Her fingers dug into the strap of her bookbag, still a little reluctant to give it up just yet as she remained quiet. There was no way she was going to tell him exactly why she had decided to come, so she nodded quickly then looked down. Only to peek up again when Rengath began to give them a little information about their trip for the day.

It was mildly interesting actually, the brief information about the human world's history and distressed times. And celebrated. And they would be passing along during such a time as well, masquerading and mingling among them. (Oh, how many worse case scenarios played through her head at the mere thought). No turning back now though, inwards sigh.

So, she dropped off her shoulder bag at the designated spot after they were instructed to pick up a cloak and a pin. They were rather nice actually, a delicate looking leaf and they both looked alright with her outfit (even if she never was too self conscious about such things). Maple spared Andrew a look (filled with both worry and a little bit of hate because this was totally all his fault) as she put on both articles, wondering if he was going to follow along with her as she made her way after the professor. (She was NOT going to hold hands, thanks).

The gestures the silent reaper made had soon attracted Brenley's attention back to the ghouls. While he couldn't be certain that she wasn't threatening to punch him in the ear, she didn't seem like she was interested in doing so right now, at the very least. No, she seemed interested in... lifting her skirt. Bren leaned forward, narrowing his eyes when he saw there was more to this display than shapely buttocks.

"Ruth." He dropped his gaze, resting his hands on his knees and nodding sharply as the sudden spots of color blotching his face began to fade again. "And Serafina. Yes. Nice to meet you."

The boil sat up and turned his attention to their instructor as Rengath made his announcement. "Oh." While Brenley had been curious to learn more about the human world from his new acquaintance, it seemed he would soon be seeing the place for himself. Excellent.

"Would either of you like me to get you a cloak or a pin?" he asked, rising to his feet and trotting out his friendliest smile.
