Theodin smiled calmly as he listened to his parents, , nodding, “Thanks, mom, dad, at least I know that, if no one else, I can count on you.” It was then that he noticed Asami walking into the house and her sending the kids, who had run in to see her, off with her iron sand clone; which caused him to raise an eyebrow in confusion as he thought to himself ‘speak of the devil…wonder why she’s sending the kids off’ He was then slightly surprised to see her kneel before his mom and begin apologizing for her actions, her mention of a noble past catching him slightly off guard. His jaw went slack slightly for a brief moment when she mentioned them fighting to let all their emotions out before he composed himself again, he was still slightly confused as to why she was asking his mother’s permission to fight him rather than just asking him, but he wasn’t going to press that issue as he placed his hand on his mother’s shoulder and stepped towards Asami, “Sorry if I misspeak, mom, but my mind is thinking in terms of family, not ranks and titles,” he’d say quickly before continuing, “Asami, I don’t think there’s any need for formalities here, whether you want to recognize it or not, I think we all already consider you as part of the family…” Theo would sigh softly, then respond to her suggestion of a fight, “While I would prefer that we could simply talk things out, if you feel a fight is what it will take for us to work towards how we feel about each other, then I’ll agree to it. Where should we go, then? The academy? The dojo?” Theodin would then make a quick handsign with his left hand and a shadow clone would appear next to him, looking to his parents, “If one or both of us gets hurt seriously, I’ll send the command to disperse the clone; otherwise, this is between Asami and I.” He would then turn back to face Asami.

Theodin chuckled a bit at his parents' antics then watched as Asami left the house, bound for the dojo it seemed. Reaching into his bag he pulled out his breath mask and put it on before lifting his cowl to cover his head and face again and walked out of the house to join her (exit)

Theo walked back into his family’s house, his kids having run off on their own in route to the house to play. He puled up a chair in the kitchen and whipped himself up a glass of ice water out of thin air and sat for a moment before deciding to head to the academy and see if anyone wanted some help training. Ayame and Daichi walked into their home both of them just ready to be off their feet. Daichi yawned and took his place in the living area guarding the main entrance to the house. As he curled up Ayame came close and loved on him a little bit by giving him some scritches and scratches then hugged his neck, "You are an awfully amazing partner. Rest well big guy."
He gave a harumph and lay his head down on his bed as Ayame walked into her and James' room. She neatly folded her things then took a shower and returned to the room after putting on a long shirt for sleeping clothes. She then stretched and lay on the bed sighing peacefully, maybe just maybe thing would continue to go right.

James wandered into the hose and gave a nod to Daichi, walking over to give him a few strong scratches behind his ears and pat his large chest, he then headed off to the room he shared with Ayame.

James took his time, placeing his armor and gear in its home before changing shorts quickly and sliding into bed next to his mate. He wrapped himself around her, grumbling as he adjusted a few pillows, and then settled with a deep breath out.

"Well that was fun."

Ayame couldn't help but smile at the nuzzle as she gave a content chuckle, "I was just wondering what you thought of my hair.....I know you liked it long I just thought the short cut was more practical for battle and missions and the like." She said blabbering because she was nervous he wouldn't like it.
