I am building a Tectonic Disruptor. .... and that was the cerebral perception O.O like your going to move the plates of the earth?
The plates of the earth are always moving. A Tectonic Disruptor stops them. Stopping them gives them time to melt into magma. I don't know what happens after that, but if anyone evil gets this device, the consequences would be catastrophic and would mean the end of life. .... and that was the cerebral perception
