The Longsword was begining to approach the Inny base. It turns out that the base had been hidden inside of an asteriod field. Though this being something the Inny's would use even pre-Covenent contac it wasn't the best choice of hideout. "Okay we just look behind this asteroid and..... whoa." What Sen thought would be just a simple compound proved much bigger. It was essential one giant city cover an ateroid about 85% the size of Earth's moon. "I think this just got a lot harder."

(wow I was worried that I'd be really far behind, but pretty much nothing got done during my hiatus)

Shrukan opened his eyes apon entering the asteroid field. He looked out at the massive, city like compound and sighed. "bet your glad I threw a fit now" knowing that there was no way they'd make it in and out of there in just a civilian ship. He glanced over at Sen, "so what the plan?" he asked. Going in gun blazing was obviously not gonna work.

(Yes we have all been very lazy this summer.)

Sen stopped the longsword on its approach to the compound. "Well honestly I doubt we are going to be leaving on this ship with our luck. For now we hang back and see what ships come in so if all goes to hell we will have an option to get off this rock."

Meanwhile, back on the ship, Jumpy was getting back to normal, she was in the training room doing sit-ups and normal exercises that didn't involve weights.

marcus was with jumpy making sure she wasn't overworking herself

Jumpy sighed as she stopped, laying down and closing her eyes.

(I'm back and it is time for the start of something)

Space the infinite void. Many a man has looked to it for answer. Also in an atempt to lower on all pretensious narration we will now start telling the truth. Slowly towards the planet Reach shot a pod contaning a beast of unfathamble power. Soon Pluton will land on Reach.

(Homework. Go watch Odd One Out from Halo Legends if you haven't yet so you know what Pluton is and how it acts.)

marcus sat by jumpy just relaxing not doing anything was nice for once

Jumpy sighed as she sat up again, she'd be back up to fighting capabilities in a couple hours, and be fully 100% close to midnight.

(ive been kinda lazy lately so i havent put on any new clothes on him but i will now lol)

marcus sensed jumpys frustration in not being able to do anything so he suggested "want to go to the the ships training area and materialize some elites a mile from your location on some high groung so you can get some target practice ?" he said now sitting up as well and smiling at her as shak'ti dropped a sniper rifle on to his lap and smiling at her hovering a few feet from her face and nodding his entire body

Jumpy giggled softly as she shook her head, widening her arms apart telling him to make it two miles, for good measure.

Meanwhile the pod was coming every closer to Reach.

Also Sen was busy reading the readings of the Longsword. "Rock, rock, ice, rock, rock, missle, rock... wait missle!" Sen has to quickly make the Lonsword dive to avoid the explosive projectile. "Sen see if there are any extra gun turrets on this thing we have a hostile!"

marcus chuckles "good idea" he then caried jumpy to the ships training arena and set her down "so what do you prefer mountain , plain , snow , rain ? " smiling at her
