The tiger that shouldn't be....is....

Markus kissed her passionately, quickly gaining entrance to her mouth. He groaned quietly, feeling her slender body pressed closed to him. He continued to rub her ears with one hand, the other trailing idle designs across her skin lightly.

The tiger that should be....isn't....

Akila's purr grew even louder than before, and she grinned into the kiss, very aware of what she was doing. Slowly she ground her hips against his, and her tail around his leg slid up just a little at a time. She brought one hand down to slip under his shirt and rest on his stomach.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is....

Markus groaned into the kiss as she ground against him. He blushed faintly, knowing she would be able to feel how excited his body was. It wasn't enough to make hims pull back though. He was enjoying her sweet taste and her soft skin.

The tiger that should be....isn't....

Akila ran her tongue in circles on the roof of his mouth, and her hand traveled up to his chest, lightly pushing up the hem of his shirt. She smirked to his excitement and in one 'innocent' motion, brushed her tail against him between their hips, which she then pressed tightly together.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is....

Markus broke the kiss to whisper to Akila with a laugh, "You're killing me, doing that. Yet I can't find it in me to say stop." He kissed her again, passionately, tongue tangling with hers.

The tiger that should be....isn't....

Akila by her bottom lip in a childish smile that said she knew exactly what he was talking about. Lightly, she tugged at the edge of his shirt. Her way of asking about getting it off of him. She moved with the kiss, grinding in the same rhythm.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is....

Without breaking rhythm from grinding against Akila, Markus pulled back from the kiss. He carefully pulled his shirt off, not wanting to hurt his wings. He let the blank tank top drop to the floor as he reclaimed Akila's lips. His chest was the same golden color as the rest of his skin and well muscled thanks to all the flying and fighting he did. Blade scars, from all his fights, crisscrossed his body but he didn't even seem to notice them.

Akila smiled, gently running her fingers over his scars. The leg that was wrapped around his waist curled around his leg from the back, so that her leg pressed against him and he could feel her own heat pressed to his leg as she moved. Not breaking the kiss, she placed his hands on the edge of her shirt. She could do things equally, but the bottom skin was off limits.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is....

Markus pressed his hips against her. It was driving him crazy, feeling her like that and knowing her couldn't have her. He kept himself restrained though. Never in a million years would he do something Akila had plainly said no to. If he was right though, he knew what she was saying yes to. Slowly, in case he was wrong, he drew her shirt off.

Akila pulled out of the kiss for the shirt to pass over her head after she lifted her arms and was instantly hit with the chill, raising goosebumps on her white pale skin. The scars that laced her lungs and stomach were a light purple that looked almost metallic and oddly brought out the blue in her eyes and hair.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is....

Markus wrapped his wings around them, creating a warm cocoon for Akila. Seeing the scars clearly for the first time, he couldn't stop the flash of anger that ran through his dark eyes. It was gone as soon as it came though. Lowering his head, he took his time to kiss each and every scar lovingly, silently reassuring Akila that they changed nothing.

Akila's nervousness faded away with every kiss and she smiled warmly. Once he had finished, she touched one of the scars on her ribs, and the one of the ones on his chest. They were almost the same.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is....

Markus smiled. He moved, holding Akila against him so the scars practically lined up. "We all have scars. Nothing to be ashamed of." He said, kissing her forehead lightly.

Akila looked up at him. He was really amazing. She lifted a hand to cup his cheek and guided him down into kissing her again. Soft and sweet. Much less energetic than the last time. She was suddenly having seconds thoughts about what she'd 'said' before. He would make an amazing mate and she knew it... But she wanted a mate for life. He probably wasn't ready for that. It would be smart to stick with her first decision, but she couldn't imagine being with anyone other than Markus.

Markus kissed her long and sweetly. When he finally broke from it, his dark eyes were bright with happiness. "I've waited a long time to be able to do that." He told her with a smile, resting his forehead against Akila's. "And it's been worth every minute and more."
