Indeed it is. Greatly increased effectiveness with bloodlines is great when you have a bloodline character.

From what I've seen so far? Well... From what I've seen of your posts, you're grammatically proper for the most part, although a bit reserved on detail. Granted, being reserved on details aren't a bad thing. You're just a bit more straightforward than most.
