What he order for that numemon is not in the rules, one can not pick what they get when de-digivolving, the one doing the art would follow the rules of the unexpected instead just as it states below for the de-digivolving rules.

*If Digimon does not have a known Lower form, you may follow the same principles of unexpected, meaning that it must be a normal digimon from the unexpected list under the "Evolves From" section

The last part of the last quote I stated says to place in the requested digimon meaning that the tamer chooses which digimon as long as it has the same attribute.
