Okay, haven't tried this in a while, so here goes:
Okay, we know the vic was kidnapped in a way, he fell from the helicopter and the impact killed him, there was a group in the helicopter, sporting equipment was found around the body, and we know the perp and vic were not related, and did not know each other.

Was the sporting equipment for hiking/rock climbing?

Was there a struggle inside the helicopter causing the vic to fall to his death?

Did the victim know how to fly said helicopter or was in a way responsible for the helicopter?
