Some things I hate about being a girl are...
.Being called weird or boyish for liking/doing certain things like playing video games.
.The way some guys view us.
.Being expected to know how to cook(I'm 18 and I can only make basic things like toast...I'm really not proud of that)
.Being called anorexic for being kinda skinny (though I highly doubt that most of the people who called me that know the extent of the disorder)
.The way guys assume that we get all doled up just for them.
.Being called a lesbian just for calling another girl pretty(i'ts as if were only supposed to put each other down or something)
.Not being expected to be good at math and science(those are my main loves besides books and video games)

My list:
1.) Periods. Mostly concerning the fact that if you run out of tampons, your guaranteed to feel like you wet yourself all day. My cramps aren't that bad, so whatevs. 2.) Um, girls aren't weaker than guys? Wut you talkin 'bout Willis? Yup. 3.) The pressure we have to be perfect. 4.) I hatehatehatehate it when girls are taken advantage of by guys.

1. Periods, mostly the cramps.
2. The horrible rule saying I have to shave my underarms and legs(Who even thought of that anyway?!). Silky legs feel and look amazing but ugh, such a time consumer.
3. Being expected to work in the kitchen and clean house all day.

- periods(i think that's a given) - socal expectations - boys and some girls only looking to me for some sort of sexual act - stereotypes - criticism for taste in fashion(i have none), music, movies, and books - patronized for speaking my thoughts outloud - people assuming i'm overly emotional, squealing, illogical creature who couldn't possibly hope to level to anything more than a mother and taking a select amount of jobs many women were reluctantly allowed to have in the 1950's and if i'm anything other than a caring, soft spoken, quiet, nearly annorexic, verginal vixin than i must be a problem that should be ignored, taken care of, or am clearly a lesbian/whore cat_scream
......*is currently finished venting*

MissLadyMarmalade R.I.P daddy-o! Love you always!♥♥ {{I hate it when your arguing with a guy and they say "it must be that time of the month, and your just like "damnit, Its not! Don't use that as an excuse!"}}
hello I'm new ^ - ^, i have to agree with you there. Every time me and my boyfriend fight or if i get pissed off at him for doing something stupid, he says "oh must be that time of the month" and I'm like "no its not my time of the damn month, your just an a**" an he proceeds to look at me dumbly - . - Othere things i hate about being a girl: having to shave all the damn time sexism the fact that my bf thinks i know nothing of "good" video games the fact that i am told i must have makeup on, because its the girly thing to do ect...

Sometimes I hate being a girl because...
~Feeling insecure all the time redface
~Having my brain forever implanted with the idea of a Prince Charming and a fairytale ending
~Feeling fat because girls skinnier than me say they're fat
~Society's view of a beautiful girl
~That time of the month stare

I have always thought of the female condition as a curse hha. Aside from periods, I guess the biggest ******** would be the social expectation of being female. We all have to act, weigh, think and be a certain way to be considered attractive or acceptable. Just because I don't fall into all into these categories doesn't make me any less womanly c:

Probably the fact that it's awkward when girls take the initiative in asking boys out... when you actually do the courting thing. Sometimes guys can be soooo slow. You both know you like each other, but he just won't take the initiative to ask you out. Or I don't know, I just don't think girls should be the ones to ask boys out... so I guess it's more of what I hate about my personality in particular sweatdrop
