"So what if you can see the darkest side of me"
Dakota "Dax" Taara
"No one will ever change this animal I have become"
Dax sort of felt bad for the rookie girl, but after apologizing a few times regained a grip of his cruel and sadistic attitude. Lunamon walked beside him as he retired to the snack bar to get a Digi-Cola (See what I did there?)after forcing a nearby digimon to give him cash for the soda. He clicked open the top and sipped from it, basking in it's awesome taste.
"Why are we doing this, Dakota?" Lunamon asked, also sipping at some water. She had secretly given the Chuumon that lost its cash some more.
"Because, the finalists each get a digimon. We need some more teammates, and you know that." Dax responded. Lunamon shook her head.
"As it is you we have over fifteen teammates, and that Ghoulmon from before told us you will one day have the ability to control over twenty. Why must you get more?" she argued in an almost-passive aggressive tone, most likely form his treating digimon as objects in his sentence.
"You know, I don't understand that. That Ghoulmon didn't say I would have more than twenty - which I will one day - it said I would be able to control more. The only way you can control another digimon that isn't bound to your digivice, unless it likes you, is by it being your sibling's digimon. But my only sibling is still a child and definitely not in the digital world." Dax said, ignoring Lunamon's accusations.
Oh really? I bet she's around somewhere... Lunamon thought to herself.
Dax crushed his can and tossed it at the wastebasket before walking with Lunamon to the bleachers. He glanced at a male tamer that wasn't in any of the battles.
Why would someone not want to be a part of this?
Maybe he forgot to enter.
Whatever.
