I will shut the world away...”"You're slow, boy.", the assassin says as she easily twists around the kick, ending up behind Rand. She retaliates with a swift kick of her own aimed at the back of Rand's knees. "If you children are really so eager to fight, then come at me.", she responds to the small earth Guardian. “I will not fall!
I will not fade!
I will take you breath away...”

"Fine," Leigh-Ann said. Her eyes narrowed and she dropped to one knee, her hands coming down on the ground. The Earth beneath Eris' feat became somewhat mushy and unstable as small vines sprouted from it to wrap around the woman's ankles.

((That wasn't TOO bad. Just needs some fine tuning on the delivery.))
Rand barely had time to react before his knees buckled from her counterattack, sending his scurrying against the ground while Leigh's vines rose from the ground. Raising an eyebrow at the unlikely and enchanted ally, he nodded towards her while climbing back onto his feet to meet Eris head-on once more. He charged forward to try and catch her immobilized form, throwing a quick elbow into her midsection. "I appreciate the challenge and the help Ms. Earth Mage! You'll be next on my list!" he called over to Leigh-Ann during his attack.

“I will not bow!
I will not break!
I will shut the world away...”Eris mutters a curse under her breath as she pulls at the vines before resorting to just burning them off. She lets out a small grunt as he elbows her, quickly grabbing the arm and pulling him towards her while thrusting the heel of her other hand towards his nose. She gives a small kick in Leigh-Ann's direction which sends a small wave of flame at her. “I will not fall!
I will not fade!

Rand hissed as he tilted his head back to avoid the full impact of the blow, though what struck him was easily enough to have his ears ringing with a small trail of blood running down his chin. He dropped onto his knees wiping at his face, raising his free right hand to conjure a small explosive blast of orange flame at point-blank range at Eris.

Leigh-Ann didn't have time to respond before Eris kicked the flames at her. She pulled her hands from teh ground, holding a clump of Earth in each to protect herself. It barely worked, the edges of her clothes getting singed.
She then held up the Earth clumps and used her powers to launch them at Eris like bullets.

A group of people walked along a trail heading to another town. They were playing music and celebrating and drinking as they traveled. Unaware of the dangers that lay ahead. Suddenly a large group of bandits ambushed them. The leader ordered fro all the money and goods that they possessed. the travelers cowered and began to hand them what they wanted. "Oi!" A voice called out as a man sat onto of one of the caravan with his hat over his eyes. "Leave them alone.." He said as the bandits laughed and walked towards the caravan with their weapons drawn. "Fine then..." He said as he lifted his hand up into the air with his palm up. "You had your chance...." He said as a small twist formed in his hand. "Now...BLOW AWAY!" He said as he launched the twister at the bandits.

((She could just cancel out my character's blast with one of her own or just jump away from the impact. As for Leigh, she could leap back and let them hit Rand in her place since he's already too close.))
