It wasn't until Hel started to charge at her that Savage then noticed the gnome had put HER name on the list as well. She would have smacked the gnome but there was no time as Hel was already charging. Nothing to do then to go along with it now. So Savage went ahead and lowered her lance and charged for Hel.

"READY NOW!" The spirit of competition had seemed to have consumed all earlier aggravation about being on the list. Now s**t was real and Savage could only charge forward with her lance propped - and she managed to hit!

"YEAAAAAAAAAAAH!" What was sportsmanship again?

Mitzi nodded as Yin and Alex answered her questions, and then grinned at the boils. "Thanks!" She looked over the students they'd named, doing her best to remember their names.

Then Savage started the class, and the Reaper didn't have time to ask any more about them. Luckily Alex had pointed out her partner, so she didn't have to guess who she was with, and any friend of Alex's had to be all right. She waved at the purple-haired boil when he called out to her. "Yeah, you're Roch, right? Give me a second to get mounted up!"

"No problem, Yin, I'll catch up with you later," she replied as the weremantis went to find his own partner. Mitzi started to walk along the line of corgis, running her hand over their noses, trying to pick one. When one of the corgis nuzzled her hand, she grinned, knowing she'd found a good partner. She mounted up, and then used its ears to direct it over to where Roch waited. "Hey, I'm Mitzi. Alex says you're a Reaper, too?" she asked, trying for something closer to a real introduction, before she gestured out at the fields, "So we just find an open spot and charge each other, then?" she asked, looking around to see where they'd have enough room.

LMAO DAMN IT. I had a feeling the dice would do that.

Hel was putting a lot of faith in the magical power of her giant edible hot dog…and it failed her.

The ghoul took the hit as she passed Savage on her corgi. The ghoul let out a grunt, but was in no way deterred. She’d battled hard until the end that was the valkyrie way! Hel directed her corgi down a bit, and then quickly spun the beast around, and charged at Savage again, the giant edible hot dog brandished high and with a war cry.

There was no mercy in Savages eyes as she let out a mighty battle cry and charged Hel with her lance. This was a competition after all and it didn't matter who was holding that delicious bunned meat. Savage was handing a lance after all and it thirsted for points. There was a hit. Then there was a bit of an unprofessional cheer of something along the lines of show boating. Possible show boat dance while on corgi. And then Savage remembered she was supposed to be the teacher for a brief moment.

"Good job Hel~" She gave the warrior a thumbs up. Still, it was obvious that the professor was pleased with her self. Very pleased. Good job Savage. You beat a hot dog wielding teenager with your thirty something year self wielding a lance. All the props.

The only thing that was maybe missing right now was a boat to sink.

Muka peered at the sheet and saw he was paired with someone named TG.

"Tee Gee?" He screeched, peering above the many heads to find his partner. Surely they could peer above the crowd and find him as well!

"Yeah, looks like!" he said, grinning at her as he used the corgi's ears to direct his mount to an open part of ground. "I... have no idea if this thing will work, though," he said, waving his magical wand. "But hell, it'll probably be less painful than the dustbunnies she made us collect last class."

Then he turned his corgi and started to charge.

"Well, we won't know until we try," Mitzi replied with a grin, "Mine's even just a plush thing on the end." She followed him out to the open area, and was still trying to find a comfortable way to hold her hobbyhorse when the boil turned and started to charge her. She gave up, just holding it out and pointing at him while she did her best to spur her corgi forward.

She was spectacularly less than successful, her "lance" not coming anywhere near Roch, while she got a nice smack by his wand. She almost fell off her corgi, sliding halfway to the side and having to cling to its fur to not end up on the ground. Luckily she'd picked one that seemed to like her, and once she was no longer spurring forward it came to a stop, giving her a chance to pull herself back up.

"Ow... good hit." She rubbed her side, that star thing was kind of sharp.

"Sorry bout that," Roch said, frowning slightly. He hadn't actually expected to hit, to be honest. "One more go?" he asked, trotting his corgi to the opposite side and turning to face her. Who knew the stupid wand would actually work?

It appeared Alex had found his partner, or maybe his partner had found him? Either way, the zomboil gave Thanatos and Biskoto a huge grin, reaching out to grip the other boils hand in his own and give it a firm shake. If Thantato's smile was less then friendly, Alex didn't even notice, because he was too busy admiring the large snake draped around Thanatos's arm and neck.

"Hi! Yes, I'm Alex. Uh, just let me get myself all mounted up and we can start!" He released the other boils hand as he shuffled away, still smiling happily to himself even if he was feeling a little bit nervous inwardly about what they were about to be doing. What did a zombie know about riding a giant mutant one-eyed corgi, anyways? Alex's balance was at the best of times, completely atrocious. He couldn't help but imagine all of the different ways he might find himself falling off and hurting himself severely.

He walked the line of corgi's, most of them sniffing at him then flinching away, but there was one who didn't. Alex cocked his head curiously at this one, holding out a hand to give it a scratch behind the ears, while it almost seemed to grin at him happily, tongue lolling out of it's mouth. He figured this one must have a faulty nose, and looked large enough to support his 6'1" frame, so with a shrug, he clumsily climbed aboard, struggling to maintain his balance as well as keep a hold of the stick with the horses head in his other hand. Once he felt about as comfortable as he was going to get, he urged the corgi forward, until he was within a good distance of Thanatos.

"Well I guess we should get started then!" He called out, giving his mount a squeeze with his ankles, making it leap forward.

Damn it. She lost to Savage again.

…Well. Once again…at least it was a professor she lost to…and not to like…a student. There always was a small bit of comfort in that idea. Oh! You know what? Hel was suddenly beaming. You know why? Savage remembered her name. Okay, she suddenly didn’t care she lost anymore. The ghoul grinned a bit, and nodded her head. “A flawless victory, professor.” She complimented.

Okay…so she lost…she was still riding this Corgi, okay? Did that also mean she could eat that hot dog now? Mmm, depression eating.

Hearing his name called out, Valentino turned from the group he had just met. They were all students that he would have to greet in the future. They all had such pretty nine structure. Maybe some day they would volunteer to enter his lab. Then the fun could begin.

Walking away,Valentino went to stables to find his corgi. He could feel the heat radiating from its body. This creature was born to run and Valentino could never go against its natural instinct. Swinging his right foot over the corgi, scenting mounted his the beast. Taking his lance, Valentino saw the ghoul that he was to go against in the other side.

From far away, Valentino couldn't tell his the ghoul was ready, but it was her loss to be unprepared in battle. Urging his corgi onwards,Valentino charged.

Shun raised an eyebrow to Mitsu for the moment.

"Well perhaps you'll be able to visit the corgis now and then when the class is up," he suggested. Though, he had to wonder where these came from exactly. As for the little lesson, he found it to be a bit odd. But, this should be interesting he supposed.

Glancing down at his wand, he made his way to one of the corgis and mounted up. It was then that he managed to spot the demon of wrath.

"Shall we begin?"

The true question was did Savage really win in the end? She was left with a none eatable lance. Hel had a giant hot dog. There would be no lance eating. Only tears of what could have been later in the evening after class as Savage stared with a small smile.

"Thank you Hel.... Thank you..."

"Wah!" For once, Taryn was glad to have lost. She tumbled off of her corgi, still giggling wildly, and tumbled to a stop a few feet away. Her skirt flipped up, revealing a pair of striped undies as she crawled back to safety, and then hid them by rolling onto her back and holding her belly, laughing. Her corgi returned to lick her face, and all was well with the world.

"I give! You win!" Also, all the corgi petting. All of it.

Aghast and staring, it took Mort a moment to recover and all but throw himself over there to make sure she was alright. Well, he would have had his corgi not decided to join in the ghoul-licking, bowling him over to get a chance to taste this funny red creature. Also all the pettings. All of it.
