Don't quite have all the details worked out but here's a sketch anyway. Is there anything I should change before I go ahead and start finalizing and inking it? Kinda regretting the odd angle now.

I'd say maybe add slightly more volume to the hair closest to her head. Even when hair is pulled tight, it doesn't follow the shape of the head exactly. I took the liberty to {crappily} red pen some suggestions on the neck and shoulder as well.

On a side note, one should never hold a gun with their finger on the trigger unless they are intending at that very moment to shoot it since a slight jolt could cause you to pull the trigger accidentally when you're not aiming at what you had intended to shoot. Safety first, boils and ghouls!

That was actually really helpful advice... never did think about safety though. I just think a finger on the triggers looks cooler. emotion_dealwithit



On a different note: after this one I'm taking a break for some personal art. One of my friends wants me to draw Kurt Cobain and it's almost birthday time so I'll probably do that instead of buying a gift emotion_yatta

That's totally awesome. I think TES has a good point about having the finger on the trigger. Maybe kat should aim those guns at a dark elf or two while they run away and see how nimble they are. Maybe she is. Maybe they are on the second floor.

Only if it's not full of fail. But hell, someone wants me to draw one of my all time rock heros I'm not going to say no. I haven't done anything like this since I drew Hyde from L'arc~en~Ciel. cat_whee
