After a bit he realized how stupid he was being. Roch moved away from the other bug hunters and started moving quieter, watching two bugs--and then grabbing them up in the net. Well at least he'd caught two of them!

Stealthy seemed the right way to do it, Roch thought as he snuck up silently behind two bugs and grabbed them with the net. He just needed two more, he figured. That wasn't so bad!

He finished up with an extra, which didn't fit in the net, so Roch let it go before heading back to his partner. "Got the bugs!" he said, covering the net with his hand so they couldn't escape. "How's the cooking coming?"

Willow's tail flickered as she looked around. Huh pair up?

"Does anyone need a partner?" She asked curiously looking around a little unsure of who she'd partner with.... noticing Roch had already found a partner. She figured Freya may pair with the other valk ghoul.

Amphi stirred as fast as she could, getting frustrated with the concoction.

With all that was spilling, Amphi had decided to add EXTRA so that she would fill the cauldron! Although it still wasn't enough.

Amphi cringed as as she grabbed Swamp slime, but...thinking better, she added it in. This was good! Her cauldron was filling up now!

She was so close to finishing! MORE LIQUID!! Except it overflowed and then she was back to where she started. >:

Rusty water went in. Amphi was starting to get covered in liquids from the splashing and dropping, her legs starting to itch for their change...

Amphi frowned as her legs started to shine, either the horrible smell or all the liquids were starting to get to her.

Her arms swept out and stirred. When liquid spilled all over, her legs caught most of the water and shimmered, shifting into scales and forming into her tail.

"Danny..." The mermaid called out, clinging to the cauldron...."I don't think I can do this!" She looked as her tail flipped over....

Danny was standing a good ten feet away pumping her bug-catching net into the air.

"Amphi you can do it! I BELIEVE IN YOU!!" All of the best friend cheering. It was sad to see Amphi trying so hard only to hit mermaid form hardcore.

Oh dang. Mermaid form. "Uhhh how do you change back?"

Amphi slid to the ground from the cauldron and looked sadly over at Danny. Ah, her friend was so far away but...

"Danny, I know...I know you hate water but..." She slide away from the cauldron and looked up at the fire demon. "I need...to dry off...If..You'll hug me so that I can turn back to normal..." Otherwise she would never finish this.

Danny frowned.

No really frowned.

"Don't wan-" BUT THAT LOOK. How could Danny say no to Amphi? AMPHI? Her one true love really good friend?

She took a deep breath and then walked over to Amphi. Her arms awkward wrapped about the ghoul's waist and she lifted her up off the stool. Ew. Ew ew ew ew ewewewewewwewewewew. This was painful. This was more than painful it was horrifying. The water slid down Danny's leg and she could feel every pore it touched. It was so SLIMY. She wanted nothing more than to drop the ghoul and run, but no.

She'd do it for Amphi.

"Wh-When can I let go?" she asked, lips pursed in a tight frown. Amphi whyyyyyyyy.
