Nanami's expression stayed guarded, that is in till Masahiro addressed her. In all of the chaos, Nanami had forgotten that the duties of the head of the clan now fell to her. The woman's eyes grew wide, almost like a dear in headlights, and she looked at Saeko. She knew what her duty was, her father had grilled her many times on what her duty was to be once she took her father's place; she was supposed to protect the clan above all else. Nanami felt like she didn't know this young girl enough to judge her, but she had no choice in the matter. She was to make a decision now, despite how little she knew her, no matter how little she had seen her, no matter how she felt. The white-haired woman closed her eyes, her shoulders slumping, struggle clear on her face. She thought back on all the releases she had seen before, all the people her father had killed. She couldn't stomach it, not her first release, she had to have hope that she could let her go...
"Saeko will no longer be able to use the name Hyuuga, from her I take back that right. As Hyuuga, as the grand noble family of Konohagakure, we have served protectors for so many years. Any clan member who will willingly run away from duty, from their served purpose as a shinobi, is not a Hyuuga. She may use whatever else she wishes to call herself, as long as she doesn't go out and stain the name of our family... She will be released, allowed to wander." Nanami took a deep breath, finally opening her eyes and looking at Masa, determination burning inside her. "Though I promise, Sensei, that if she dishonors the name of our village, of my clan, of my family, I will hunt her down myself. It's the most lenient I can be, I cannot in good heart condemn this girl to death just yet." The pale eyed woman turned away, turning her back on Saeko, banishing her. She would have no ties to the Hyuuga, she wouldn't even have her surname.

Saeko listened patiently as the Hokage spoke out his speech, taking in the words he spoke, transfixing her face in one of confusion as the words entered in her ears and everything seemed to be spelled out before her. She listened to the role of a Shinobi and that they were expected to be in team units until they reached Jounin. She shook her head slightly at this notion, wanting to speak but felt she had spoken enough and allowed him to continue. She listened when he finally got to the point, which she was grateful for as the speech was one she had heard before during her academy days. He mentioned her academy training and how she had the chance to leave at any point, something she did not believe she had but expected now as someone who was much older and had the chance to make an educated decision to abandon the path she had initially chose to walk. She furrowed her brow as she spoke of Hiro and felt as if she already knew he had no favor for herself as the way he treated her, but something said to follow him as she would have the opportunity to learn from him.
Masahiro continued to talk and dread on about his younger years, which this made Saeko shift in her stance and place her arms crossed her body as she listened. She did not mean as much disrespect as she wanted him to get to the point, and when she got her wish after his speech, her face twisted in horror as her eyes widen. She listened with a shocked gaze as Masahiro spoke of sealing her memory away and taking her title away. The title she cared not for, but her memories? Everything she worked so hard for now would be stripped away from her? Anger built up within her as she watched him in confusion and anger. She had seen him make hand seals before his judgment was passed, confused, but now she knew what they were for. She felt his hand wrap around the back of her head and the motion of his hand removing the headband before it had traced her head to lay firmly behind it. She felt a change in her mind, anger still there as she never had the memory of their encounter removed, but the ninjutsu and the physical techniques she learned were removed. Her training within the Academy was pulled out as well and the memory of the village and the surroundings were stripped. She dropped to her knees, trying to remember what she had lost but it was nothing but a haze. Every memory seemed to bleed away into a large static of noise. Murmurs from her memories turned into silence and nothing she did stopped it. She was left with the knowledge of her judgment and what would come of her as the head of her clan stood within the same room. Anger filled her with rage as she looked up at the b*****d who took everything away.
Then came the judgment from the head of her clan. She listened as Nanami spoke out, saying that she, Saeko, would no longer be able to use her name as a Hyuuga. Saeko felt the anger rise further as it was a name she both loved and hated. She was always "encouraged" to train her hardest but that encouragement came from people who sought to abuse their rights and belittle her with abuse. She realized that now and she wished to spit at the head of her clan. But what good would it bring? Her death? She almost wished Nanami spared her the exile and killed her, but at least now she was able to wander as she pleased. She could find out where Hiro went and could find him in hopes he would assist her.
"May I leave now? I wish it leave this god forsaken village and be on my way", Saeko's voice came out of her mouth like a hiss from a snake if it could talk. She wished nothing but hell for the Hokage, taking from her the one thing she had pride in. She angrily jumped from Hokage to Nanami as she wanted to leave. "Where might I go now? Since I am left like a dog in the streets." she spoke out these words with more anger behind them, directing them towards the Hokage. ******** b*****d, she thought, standing up from her slumped position.
Masahiro made the motion to leave, and then the girl spoke. Grief and hatred, anger, things he knew all too well himself.
"The world is wide, expansive. It does not end at the seas, but your banishment only exists to the borders of land belonging to this village, not the Land of Fire in it's entirety. The countryside is wide and forgiving. I might recommend Takumi, from the crossroads it is simple to find. If you desire assistance finding the crossroads, our ANBU can assist you in finding the proper road." The Hatake said with a sigh, refusing to turn his face back to look to her.

Hate, such strong hate; she had never felt that emotion radiate from someone so strongly before. The Hyuuga gripped at her chest, as if her heart physically hurt. Had she done the wrong thing, had she made the wrong call? The young woman was confused by the turmoil beginning in her mind; she had been as kind as she could yet there was no relief from Saeko, and when the young hyuuga turned to look there was just anger and hatred in her eyes. Nanami stood there in shock, taken aback by the pure strength of the girl's glare. It stabbed in to her soul, it increased the pain she felt in her heart, and it made her run cold. She wanted to give this poor misguided girl another chance to live, another chance to find herself and do good; were it her father in her place, he would have taken back to gift granted to her from her blood before allowing her to leave-- her eyes. Saeko's eyes still lit up with anger as she heard the words of the Hokage. She figured Takumi might offer her some benefits and maybe a new home for her. She was set to wander at this point, still trying to remember the memories stolen from her. "Let this be our last meeting... to both of you" she spoke out these words, leaving with a turn on her heel and started walking out the door. She did not appreciate what was given to her as she was sure death would have been more forgiving. She opened the door, shooting a last hateful glance at the Hokage and Nanami, and then stepped through the opened door to start down the pathway in front of the building. Everything about this village seemed like a dark and hurtful stab at her heart as she continued forward through the gardened area just before the building and turned to the streets to head towards the Gate of the village.

Ivilice found herself sitting outside of the building. She was keeping somewhat to herself , unintentionally picking up on others conversation. She slammed her mental barriers down around her in the minds eyes equivalent of a call to silence. She shut her eyes and rebelled in it. `fuzzy. Feel like stretching your legs? I need to shut down for a little while and I need the body active.` she thought to her occupant as she felt a surge of raw happiness course through her. She let out a slightly unhinged sounding laugh from it. It had felt really good. She let her consciousness slip from the forefront of her mind, able to take possession again at a moment's notice. Yet her eyes opened and fingers twitched in turn, reflexes and nerves being tested. The kyubi`s red irises imposed themselves over her normal ones. `none of your chakra. We don't want to kill me now do we..` she thought as she slipped into blissful sleep as her body stood. The kyubi kicked off takas shoes and flexed the body's toes in the dirt, reveling in the sensations there. Another surge of happiness could be actually felt for those around her. The simple sensation a wave of pleasure to kurama. He looked up, stepped to the door in a quick stride and opened it, walking in, a mischievous grin plastered on Ivilices face, contorted that way from kuramas nature.

The hyuuga gave the woman a bow, before reaching up and untying her hair before putting the tie on her wrist much like Masa did. "Hello, Miss Takamatsu, it is a pleasure to meet you. Her mental state, was to be tested and judge. She took much time she possibly can get, she didn't want to be gone too long especially when Konoha needed everyone they can have. After asking questions to few shinobi, she found out that the relocation of the Hokage was moved to the Academia. Her hands went to her soft dark brown hair as she tied it around her hand for a moment, the sweat glistening the back of her hair from the heat. She would sweat more but the humidity made it worse. Part of her hopes that the building AC was working. A step within inside, the sudden burst of cold air caused Hozuki to let out a sigh of relief. Removing the hair from her hand as she let it free, Hozuki made her way around and looked for someone. Once she found him, a frown appeared but it disappeared just as fast. The youngest Senju forgot about her feelings towards this man. With a deep sigh, she waited patiently for the Hokage to move his way down the line and number of people in this room at the moment.

Nym stared at this odd new lady with the echo voice who seemed a bit creepy. She wasn't all that sure what was up with her and wasn't about to ask or draw attention to herself all that fast. Granted Masahiro had made the attention being drawn to her all too easy, she was now under this strangers command, she would have to follow orders then. "Well guess I'm off then eh? I'll be sure to try and nab ya for more trainin' later Angel. Ya take care" she would say. Approaching the echo voiced female she'd wave "Hiya, names Nym Armistead. Pleasure to meet ya." Shed say staring at the 'glass' girl from earlier shed also wave to her. "Hammer girl how you doin'?" the small redheaded woman would ask, both concerned and perhaps trying to see if the girl wouldn't burst into tears at the simple question.
Alethea startled from her nap and awoke to a bustle of people in the area. Oi what's all this then? She asked standing and stretching. Is there a party or somefin goin on? Cuz I don't remember getting an invite. She then sighed and rubbed at her temples, too long without alcohol. She grabbed the flask from her hip and took a swig giving a smile as the headache vanished. That was so much better. Now she could focus and oh boy were there a lot of people in here. Kazumi worried, despite how things had gone with Hozuki being understandably angry, and even hostile. Kazumi had been right, in that their brother had been alive, but she had been wrong in thinking that Hozuki would be perfectly okay in the village while she went looking for Ryouichi. The dark-haired Senju sighed softly when she was brought out of her thoughts when she accidentally ran into a young woman with pale hair, red eyes, and... were those horns? Kazumi was surprised, but more intrigued than anything. "Sorry, I wasn't paying attention." Kazumi bowed to the other woman, then thought slightly, wondering where her Sensei was, and if he was planning on training her soon. She was getting restless, feeling useless and wanting to do something, anything. She wanted to get out of her head. She shook her head and blinked when she saw her sister, but stayed back, not sure her presence would be welcome at the moment. She kept part of her attention on Hozuki, but she also noticed that the woman she had run into smelled faintly like alcohol, something she only noticed because she had run into her. She had never been around anyone who drank, so she was intrigued, but she didn't want to seem rude, so she didn't say anything.

So many people. Not only was there Masahiro, but there was a drop dead gorgeous red haired female in the office. She seemed to introducing herself to others. A white haired female who wasn't wearing much, that didn't bother her. Taka. Her sensei. Previous sensei? With her being moved around squad so much, she didn't know what was left or right anymore. Another white haired female but she was quiet. A movement of blue hair caught her eye as she turned to see who it was. An interesting female. Wait. How many females are in this office. Not too long after, a familiar sight of black hair just bumped into the blue haired one. Hozuki recongized immediately who it was. Without question or hesitation, she made her way over towards Kazumi as she wrapped her arms around her sister's torso and hugged her deeply. With a deep inhale, she smelled the familiar scent of fresh rain on wood bark and a hint of mint. Yea. This was really her sister. No words was needed, Hozuki was really sorry for being so hostile towards her. She understood now. They both cope death and disappears differently. Hozuki would gone to search for Ryouichi too honestly but she was told to stay. While she was angry she had to stay, she really did miss her siblings and they both returned to her.
